Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang upaya yang dilakukan SMP Al-Islamiyah Putat Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam menciptakan kemampuan untuk Survive di tengah gelombang kebijakan Pemerintah terkait bidang pendidikan sebagai bukti nyata dari daya tahan (durability) suatu lembaga pendidikan, di sisi lain semakin banyaknya kompetitif lembaga pendidikan baru dengan tawaran berbagai program unggulan. Menciptakan lembaga sekolah swasta yang sumberdayanya diadakan dengan lebih besar pada swadaya dan dana menuju sekolah yang bermutu, pilihan alternatif, atau bahkan rujukan tidaklah mudah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, adapun cara memperoleh data dilakukan dengan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara (interview), dan dokmentas, setelah data terkumpul dilakukan analisis sehingga menghasilkan simpulan sekolah SMP Al-Islamiyah ini mampu bersaing dengan sekolah lain baik sekolah negeri maupun swasta di sekitarnya. Sekolah ini secara implisit sudah menerapkan MPMBS dan upaya penjaminan mutu internal dan eksternal, adapun yang mendukung survive-nya sekolah ini pada beberapa hal berikut; jumlah siswa stabil atau bahkan bertambah setiap tahunnya, sarana prasarana cukup terpenuhi, Kepercayaan masyarakat masih cukup tinggi, sekolah memiliki corak Islami meskipun sekolah umum, tidak berafiliasi dengan organisasi masyarakat tertentu, kualifikasi pendidikan guru-gurunya memadai berpotensi dapat mengajar dengan efektif, perpustakaan berjalan dengan baik, moralitas peserta didik baik, biayanya standar (terjangkau).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of TQM and Six Sigma in the learning process at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Sidoarjo because the indicators of the failure of the learning process are the teachers have not mastered the learning material, have not been able to manage the class, have not mastered technology, and have not implemented learning strategies/methods. This research used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data for this research were principal, vice principal, quality assurance, teachers, students, and parents/guardians. The research data were analyzed and concluded. The results of the showed that: (1) The implementation of TQM in the learning process at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Sidoarjo was carried out according to the indicators of TQM success, including school services in meeting community needs and expectations, handling student complaints, and fulfilling infrastructure facilities to support teaching and learning activities ( KBM), increasing time discipline and work discipline, reducing complaints from the community by developing the best service culture and conducting evaluations; (2) The implementation of Six Sigma at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Sidoarjo was carried out using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) method, so that the learning process goes well, problems that occur gradually go down and do not reappear.

Abstract

The industrial revolution became a challenge for someone who could not take advantage of it and became an opportunity to change the growth mindset for productive thinkers. This research aims to discuss efforts to biild religious awareness through educational technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This research will explore how technology can be used effectively to increase religious understanding and awareness at various levels of education, from elementary to highest levels. This research method uses library research using content analysis techniques. The research results to build religious awareness require three aspects: first, it requires integration between technology and religious values. Second, involving teachers and religious leaders in the use of educational technology. Third, providing broad access for all levels of society to educational technology. It is hoped that this research can serve as a guide for developing better religious education policies, as well as providing insight for educational practitioners, technology developers and the general public regarding the importance of technology in the Islamic religious context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada materi himpunan berdasarkan tahapan pemecahan masalah menurut Teori Polya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP N 1 Sukoharjo dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 peserta didik kelas VII C. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah diperoleh melalui tes dan wawancara. Data hasil penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis kemudian dibuat persentase berdasarkan tiap tahap pemecahan masalah Polya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 73,3% peserta didik dapat memahami masalah, 68,8% peserta didik dapat merencanakan penyelesaian, 40% peserta didik dapat melaksanakan rencana penyelesaian, dan 31,1% peserta didik dapat memeriksa kembali jawaban yang telah dikerjakan.

Abstract

The position of fatwa institutions in cases of blasphemy by cult groups is often seen as representing only the majority Muslims and blaming minority Muslims, as in Indonesia, or seen as a tool to suppress anti-government groups, as in Malaysia. This study aims to explain the position of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and Jawatankuasa Fatwa in handling heresy, including the reasons behind the differences in the positions and roles of the two institutions. Researchers use qualitative methods with a comparative legal approach. This study found that MUI's heretical fatwas had no legal force, the central MUI has the authority to enact heretical fatwas within MUI institutions, but not absolutely to respond to national laws, and not play a role in the criminal justice system. Meanwhile, Jawatankuasa Fatwa Kebangsaan (JFK) has the force of law with certain conditions, however, the federal state Jawatankuasa Fatwa has the authority to determine heretical fatwas to respond and strengthen state regulations (blasphemy laws). This research can be used as a reference for law enforcement in handling blasphemy cases by considering the views of MUI and Jawatankuasa Fatwa, which are regulated adequately by laws and regulations.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the current practices of religious commodification and their effects on religious authenticity, focusing on how commercialization impacts the spiritual integrity of religious values. Method: Employing a literature study approach, the research analyzed 53 articles selected from databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, JIM, and ResearchGate. These articles were drawn from an initial pool of 30,590 publications related to religious commodification, with 20 articles serving as the analytical framework. Results: The findings reveal that religious commodification is a manipulative practice aimed at material gain, often resulting in the erosion of spiritual values and the reduction of religion to a consumable commodity. This process undermines the sacredness of religious practices, transforming them into tools for societal and economic exploitation. Novelty: The study highlights that religious commodification is not merely a commercial phenomenon but a materialistic intrusion that challenges the foundational beliefs and authenticity of religious practices. This perspective underscores the need to reexamine the balance between spiritual and material elements in religious contexts. Future research should incorporate direct case studies to provide empirical insights into the nuanced practices of religious commodification, offering critical guidance for religious communities and policymakers

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi etnomatematika pada tenda pramuka sebagai sarana pembelajaran matematika yang kontekstual dan menarik bagi siswa sekolah dasar dan menengah. Etnomatematika yang menggabungkan budaya dan konsep matematika, diterapkan dalam mendirikan tenda pramuka yang melibatkan konsep geometri seperti jajar genjang, persegi panjang, dan segitiga sama kaki. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan basis pendekatan etnografik yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenda Pramuka memiliki unsurunsur matematika yang penting dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengajar matematika. Implementasi konsep geometri pada tenda pramuka mencakup pemahaman pola, pengukuran, dan pemecahan masalah, yang semuanya dapat meningkatkan antusiasme dan keterampilan matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan tenda pramuka sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman matematika secara lebih efektif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Technological advancements can harness the potential of an area, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). Many micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Wringin Anom Village, Panarukan Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency, situated along the Pantura Road, remain undigitized, thereby hindering their potential to expand their customer base. Therefore, through the use of the WordPress platform, the 206 Community Service Students Group of Jember University introduced e-DIMMA, which stands for ‘Electronic List of Wringin Anom UMKM’ with the aim of providing information related to potential UMKM in the Wringin Anom Village area along with supporting data related to the products of the UMKM concerned. Thus, e-DIMMA will simplify the process for consumers to access information necessary for conducting buying and selling transactions. We use a method of science and technology diffusion, which involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of activities commences with the analysis of problems, the socialization of work programs, the collection of data from UMKM, the development of websites, the training of website administrators, and the evaluation process. We will coordinate with the village government to assess the effectiveness of creating UMKM websites for product marketing with the goal of increasing market access for partner.Keywords: digitalization; MSME; website Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada suatu daerah salah satunya usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Desa Wringin Anom, Kecamatan Panarukan, Kabupaten Situbondo yang terletak di sepanjang Jalan Pantura memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum terdigitalisasi sehingga potensi peningkatan konsumen belum sepenuhnya optimal. Oleh karena itu, melalui pemanfaatan platform WordPress Kelompok Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat 206 Universitas Jember memperkenalkan e-DIMMA yang merupakan singkatan dari Elektronik Daftar UMKM Wringin Anom dengan tujuan menyediakan informasi terkait UMKM berpotensi di wilayah Desa Wringin Anom dengan disertai informasi penunjang terkait produk dari UMKM yang bersangkutan. Sehingga, akan memudahkan konsumen dalam mengakses informasi hingga melakukan transaksi jual beli. Metode yang digunakan berupa difusi ipteks dengan tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan analisis masalah, sosialisasi program kerja, pengumpulan data UMKM, pembuatan website, pelatihan admin website dan evaluasi. Efektifitas pembuatan website UMKM sebagai sarana untuk pemasaran produk akan dikoordinasikan dengan pemerintah desa dengan capaian berupa peningkatan akses pasar bagi mitra.Kata kunci: digitalisasi; UMKM; website

Abstract

Learning is an activity carried out by educators in a programmed manner which can create a process of interaction between students and other students, educators and students and students and learning resources. In this study, researchers used Probability Sampling with a simple random sampling type, which means it is the simplest sample determining technique with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques use pretest and posttest test methods. The type of design used is One Group Pretest – Posttest Design and uses a quantitative approach. The population used was 30 students in class IV at SD Negeri Candiharjo. In the N-Gain test, the average result from the pretest was 46.667, while the posttest mean was 81.967 with a total of N or samples of 30, 16 male students and 14 female students. Based on the test data for the validity of the question items, normal data was also obtained with a total of 0.158, then entered into the Eta Square Test formula to get a final calculation result of 0.875, which indicates an increase in the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media. It can be concluded that the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media at Candiharjo State Elementary School has a great influence on students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun spirit kewirausahaan, kemandirian dan kemampuan manajerial bagi mahasiswa STIE Widya Wiwaha. Peserta program ini 20 orang calon wirausahawan dari kalangan mahasiswa dan alumni terpilih. Luaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah lima wirausahawan mandiri yang terdiri dari dua wirausahawan mandiri bidang kue kering, dua wirausahawan mandiri bidang hidroponik dan satu wirausahawan mandiri bidang kerajinan membatik. Kelima wirausahawan mandiri ini memiliki: 1) Kemampuan manajerial meliputi manajemen produksi, manajemen SDM, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran, 2) Memiliki kemampuan mengaplikasikan Ipteks pada proses produksi, marketing dan pelaporan keuangan, 3) Memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan berbasis green business dan spiritual. Dalam rangka mewujudkan luaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan, yaitu, Pertama: pelatihan kewirausahaan yang bertujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan kemampuan manajerial dalam mengelola bisnis, kemampuan mengimplementasikan ipteks dalam bisnis dan membekali jiwa kewirausahaan berbasis green business dan spiritual. Kedua, pelatihan praktek produksi, praktek pemasaran dan praktek menjual serta magang di industri mitra. Seluruh peserta pelatihan diberikan pelatihan Green Entrepeneur mandiri berbasis ipteks dan spiritual dengan bobot: pelatihan kewirausahaan 25%, praktik produksi 30%, praktik pemasaran 25% dan praktik menjual 20%.Pada tahap ketiga, seluruh peserta diberikan bantuan teknologi dalam bentuk kepemilikan website serta teknik promosi secara on line dan diberikan bantuan berupa peralatan produksi. Selanjutnya mereka diwajibkan mempraktekkan bisnis secara langsung sesuai dengan teori yang telah diberikan dibawah pengawasan tim dan industri mitra. Secara periodik, setiap akhir bulan peserta diwajibkan menyusun laporan keuangan dan laporan perkembangan kinerja bisnisnya. Dari hasil evaluasi dan monitoring dipilih lima (5) wirausahawan mandiri yang terus dibina sehingga menjadi green entrepreneur mandiri dan dan sukses.
