Abstract

Penerapan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan pemasaran produk UMKM di era globalisasi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualan produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan pemasaran produk UMKM di Gerai Lengkong, Kelurahan Pondok Jagung, Kecamatan Serpong Utara, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap pemilik gerai dan beberapa pelaku UMKM terkait, serta observasi langsung di lokasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital, seperti media sosial, platform e-commerce, dan aplikasi berbasis teknologi, dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan, serta meningkatkan penjualan produk. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi digital juga mempermudah pengelolaan inventaris dan proses transaksi yang lebih efisien. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan bagi UMKM lainnya dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi digital sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran dan daya saing produk di pasar lokal maupun global.

Abstract

The implementation of the Driving School Program at SD Negeri Tamansari 03 Jakarta faces challenges in implementing learning with a new paradigm, which causes this program to not run optimally. This is reflected in the low quality of schools in literacy and numeracy. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the driving school program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method. This research involved school principals, teachers, students and parents using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that the driving school program which consists of five intervention activities, namely consultative and asymmetric assistance, strengthening school human resources, new paradigm learning, data-based planning, and school digitalization can improve the quality of learning, learning outcomes and student character. This is proven in the education quality report at SDN Tamansari 03 in 2024 which saw an increase in the literacy, numeracy and character aspects of students by 83.33%, while the learning quality aspect was 73.71%. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the driving school program contributes and has a positive impact on improving the quality of education at SDN Tamansari 03 Jakarta.

Abstract

Background: At the junction of mathematical tenets and cultural paradigms, ethnomathematics has begun to manifest its scholarly presence, exhibiting a progression marked by sporadic volatility but generally steering towards a positive direction.Aim: This bibliometric survey meticulously delineates the ethnomathematics-related publication portfolio, unearths influential scientific platforms, and spotlights the foremost contributors in the field.Method: Harnessing the capabilities of VOSviewer software, this investigation excavates the wealth of knowledge embedded within the associated articles and documents. The probe utilized the keyword "ethnomathematics", opting for "article title, abstract, keywords" from the Scopus.com database search menu.Result: Among its revelations, the year 2020 emerged as a zenith in the publication landscape with 63 radiant documents, while the "Journal of Physics Conference Series" stood as a formidable scientific source, boasting 111 documents. Authors like Herawaty, D., and Widada,., shone brightly with 15 documents apiece. The word "ethnomathematics" waved like a flag, appearing 189 times across articles with a total link strength of 80.Conclusion: This exploration draws to a conclusion that despite experiencing ebb and flow, the overall trend in ethnomathematics publication has charted a course towards positive elevation. The implications of this research voyage illuminate a path for adopting a broader approach in keyword selection, beckoning us for a deeper dive into the intricate beauty of this interdisciplinary domain. The gleaned insights reverberate as a call for further experimental and phenomenological studies, plunging into the rich and captivating cultural facets of mathematics.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of teacher competency development policies in both Indonesia and Malaysia and identify challenges and supporting factors for their implementation. Method: The method used is a literature review, analyzing policy documents, scientific journals, and official reports. Results: The results indicate that Indonesia emphasizes a decentralized approach through the Merdeka Belajar program and teacher certification, but still faces challenges in access to training and quality equity. Meanwhile, Malaysia implements a centralized approach through the Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG) and the Program Pembangunan Profesional Berterusan (CPD), with systematic support for technology integration. Both countries face similar challenges, such as infrastructure limitations in remote areas. Novelty: This study recommends strengthening regional cooperation, exchanging best practices, and increasing policy flexibility to address local needs.

Abstract

Background: Curriculum development is a key factor in improving the quality of education, particularly in Islamic schools that are adapting to global standards. Specific Background: The Cambridge Curriculum has been adopted in several Islamic schools in Indonesia to enhance learning outcomes and align with international benchmarks. Gap: However, limited studies have explored how this curriculum is implemented in Islamic contexts, especially in relation to challenges faced by schools. Aim: This study aims to describe the implementation of the Cambridge Curriculum in an Islamic elementary school and identify the obstacles encountered. Results: The findings reveal that while the curriculum introduces modern teaching strategies and enriches learning experiences, its implementation is hindered by limited teacher capacity, insufficient resources, and difficulties in student adaptation. Novelty: This study highlights the integration of an international curriculum with Islamic values, offering insights into contextual adaptation in local educational settings. Implications: The results provide practical recommendations for policymakers and school administrators in managing curriculum innovation, while contributing to the academic discourse on curriculum globalization in Islamic education. Abstract

Background: English is an essential skill that needs to be mastered from the elementary level to prepare students for global competition. Specific Background: However, many students in primary schools still face difficulties in listening, reading, writing, and speaking English fluently. Knowledge Gap: Few studies have explored structured school programs that integrate fun and interactive learning activities to improve students’ English proficiency. Aim: This study aims to describe the implementation of the English Time program at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan as an effort to improve students’ English language skills. Results: The findings show that four main strategies were implemented: listening exercises, reading practices, writing activities, and speaking sessions. These strategies significantly helped students become more confident and engaged in learning. Novelty: This study provides a practical example of a school-based program that successfully integrates enjoyable activities into daily routines. Implications: The results may serve as a reference for other schools to design similar programs to strengthen students’ English skills. Abstract

This study focuses on how maqâshid al-syarî`ah (sharia objectives) correlates with the reformulation of Pancasila constitutional state concept. Specifically, it aims at proving and explaining the relevance of maqâshid al-syarî`ah with the reformulation of Pancasila constitutional state concept. This study uses a qualitative research method that is based on theoretical-philosophical approach. Data were collected using documentary study techniques and were analyzed using qualitative content analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that the concept of Pancasila constitutional state has certain characteristics of constitutional state. The values and doctrines embedded in Pancasila are the state fundamental principles of Indonesia as well as the basic ideology of the state. In Islamic law perspective, the concept of Pancasila constitutional state has its substantial basis in maqâshid al-syarî`ah. This study proves that the concept of Pancasila constitutional state is theoretically valid and substantively connected to maqâshid al-syarî`ah, which includes justice (al-‘adl), affection (al-rahmah), public interest (al-mashlahah), wisdom (al-hikmah), and the five objectives (al- maqâshid al-khamsah). Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimanakah relevansi maqâshid al-syarî`ah dengan reformulasi konsep Negara Hukum Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan dan menjelaskan relevansi maqâshid al-syarî`ah dengan reformulasi konsep Negara Hukum Pancasila. Dalam penelitian ini diterapkan metode riset kualitatif berbasis pendekatan teoritis-filosofis, yang dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tehnik studi dokumenter; dan data dianalisis dengan tehnik analisis isi secara kualitatif (qualitative content analysis). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep Negara Hukum Pancasila memiliki ciri dan karakteristik Negara Hukum plus nilainilai dan kaidah-kaidah yang terkandung dalam Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan ideologi bangsa Indonesia; dan dari perspektif hukum Islam, konsep Negara Hukum Pancasila punya basis substantif maqâshid al-syarî`ah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep Negara Hukum Pancasila terbukti valid dan otentik menurut sudut pandang teori maqâshid al-syarî`ah dan substansi maqâshid al-syarî`ah, yang meliputi al-‘adl, al-rahmah, al-mashlahah, al-hikmah, dan al- maqâshid al-khamsah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi etnomatematika pada tenda pramuka sebagai sarana pembelajaran matematika yang kontekstual dan menarik bagi siswa sekolah dasar dan menengah. Etnomatematika yang menggabungkan budaya dan konsep matematika, diterapkan dalam mendirikan tenda pramuka yang melibatkan konsep geometri seperti jajar genjang, persegi panjang, dan segitiga sama kaki. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan basis pendekatan etnografik yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenda Pramuka memiliki unsurunsur matematika yang penting dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengajar matematika. Implementasi konsep geometri pada tenda pramuka mencakup pemahaman pola, pengukuran, dan pemecahan masalah, yang semuanya dapat meningkatkan antusiasme dan keterampilan matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan tenda pramuka sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman matematika secara lebih efektif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Privatization is a crucial issue for third-world countries such as Indonesia. In the electricity sector, which is the lifeblood of the community, the involvement of the private sector is a crucial concern. Two judicial reviews of the electricity law in 2003 and 2015 proved the significant issue of privatization in electricity. This study analyzes how the state regulates the privatization policy of the electricity sector in Indonesia. This study, a normative or doctrinal legal research model, explores electricity regulations and doctrines such as Laws Number 20 of 2002 and Number 30 of 2009, Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, and two decisions of the Constitutional Court number 001-021-022/PUU-I/2003 and 111/PUU-XIII/2015. In conclusion, this study explains that Indonesia allows the privatization of the electricity sector throughout the role of private companies is still under state control. Privatization, which is a reduction in the role of the state and an increase in the role of the private sector, has been well implemented by state-owned enterprises, including the electricity sector. Both decisions of the Constitutional Court emphasize the strong role of the state and become the majority in controlling the electricity business, but do not reject the role of the private sector. Furthermore, state-owned enterprises have a top priority as a provider of electricity for the community.

Abstract

AbstractMulticultural education is crucial in the socio-multicultural atmosphere. Multicultural education encourages students to respect those whose beliefs differ from their own—living in a diverse group of people with the principle that differences are a gift. The method used in this research is qualitative by focusing the design on source triangulation, which analyzes the references from the Qur’an and scholars’ and experts’ ijtima’. This study explored the model of multicultural education practiced by Al-Asyriah Nurul Iman Islamic boarding school in Bogor; It involved stakeholders from students, teachers, and other academic communities. The socio-multicultural values that exist, including ta’aruf, tawasuth, tasamuh, ta’awun, tawazun, peace, and religious freedom, are the foundation of the pesantren education model at the educational institution Bogor. Understanding socio-multiculturalism brings peace and reduces the possibility of social discrimination, violence, and injustice caused mainly by cultural differences in religion, race, ethnicity, language, gender, age, and social strata. AbstrakPendidikan multikultural sangat penting dalam atmosfir sosio-multikultural. Pendidikan multikultural mendorong siswa untuk menghormati mereka yang keyakinannya berbeda dari mereka sendiri—hidup dalam kelompok orang yang beragam dengan prinsip bahwa perbedaan adalah anugerah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan memfokuskan desain pada triangulasi sumber, yaitu menganalisis referensi dari para ulama dan ahli dari al-Qur’an dan ijtima’. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi model pendidikan multikultural yang dipraktikkan pesantren Al-Asyriah Nurul Iman Islamicdi Bogor; Melibatkan pemangku kepentingan dari siswa, guru, dan civitas akademika lainnya. Nilai-nilai sosial multikultural yang ada, antara lain ta’aruf, tawasuth, tasamuh, ta’awun, tawazun, damai, dan kebebasan beragama, menjadi landasan model pendidikan pesantren di lembaga pendidikan Bogor. Pemahaman sosio-multikulturalisme membawa perdamaian dan mengurangi kemungkinan diskriminasi sosial, kekerasan, dan ketidakadilan yang disebabkan terutama oleh perbedaan budaya, agama, ras, suku, bahasa, jenis kelamin, usia, dan strata sosial.How to Cite: Rasyid, H, Shomad, A.
