Abstract

Workers will face difficulties in achieving company standards without the existence of a positive organizational culture. A strong organizational culture has a huge impact on performance, creating high motivation, a positive environment, creativity, and work-life balance. This not only improves performance, but also contributes to employee productivity and overall well-being. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, the data collection method is carried out through observation, questionnaire, and documentation activities. The research sample involved 66 people, with a sampling technique using the saturated sample method. The collected information was then evaluated by applying descriptive data analysis methods, validity and reliability tests, data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis, determinant coefficients, and simple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to assess the impact of organizational culture on employee performance at the KMP LAN Makassar Center. The results showed that the overall organizational culture indicators were rated "excellent," and the overall employee performance indicators also showed "excellent" ratings. According to the results of the product moment correlation test, a significant relationship was found between the two variables. The determination coefficient indicates that the organizational culture variable (X) affects the employee performance variable (Y). A simple linear regression evaluation shows that organizational culture has a real impact on employee performance at the KMP LAN Makassar Center Office.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi agama di kalangan anak anak santri melalui pengajaran mengaji dan tajwid di rumah pengajian. Dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang sederhana Melalui pengajaran yang terstruktur dan didukung oleh pendekatan yang interaktif dan inklusif, pengajaran ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penghayatan terhadap Al-Quran, serta memperbaiki bacaan dan pelafalan dalam rangka menghormati keagungan teks suci tersebut. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong partisipasi aktif dari santri agar para santri bisa memperbaiki bacaan Al-Qurannya. Dengan kegiatan ini, kami berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat akar spiritual masyarakat dan memperkaya kualitas kehidupan beragama di lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian di Panti Asuhan Al-Wahhab penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anak yatim dengan menitikberatkan pada pembentukan karakter, kreativitas dan motivasi untuk mencapai impiannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membangun semangat anak-anak panti asuhan; emberikan sedikit gambaran untuk masa depan; berbagi cerita dan kebahagiaan; membangun karakter pada anak-anak panti asuhan, dan menjalin silaturahmi kepada anak yatim piatu. Metode yang digunakan meliputi berbagai kegiatan mulai dari sosialisasi, kegiatan menggambar, berbagi cerita hingga bermain game, dan memberikan motivasi melalui kutipan-kutipan inspiratif. Dengan partisipasi aktif anak-anak dan dukungan tim pengabdi, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan suasana yang memotivasi anak-anak untuk mengungkapkan impiannya dengan lebih percaya diri. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan karakter, kreativitas, rasa percaya diri dan motivasi anak panti asuhan. Mereka menjadi lebih terbuka dalam berinteraksi, lebih berani mengungkapkan impian, dan lebih percaya diri dalam mengejar tujuan hidup. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pembentukan karakter dan pengembangan kreativitas anak yatim. Namun ada beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan ketidakpastian jumlah peserta yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, saran untuk kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang antara lain lebih memperhatikan perkiraan jumlah peserta, memperluas sumber daya manusia yang terlibat, dan menyusun strategi yang lebih fleksibel untuk mengatasi hambatan yang ada. Dengan begitu, kegiatan ini dapat terus memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi anak-anak yatim piatu dalam mengembangkan potensi terbaiknya.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan film yang inspiratif sebagai media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu media yang memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Laporan ini menjelaskan kegiatan pemanfaatan film sebagai media pembelajaran bagi siswa di sekolah. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan minat belajar, dan mendorong kreatifitas siswa melalui pendekatan yang lebih inovatif. Film yang dipertontonkan berjudul “5 Menara”, Pemilihan film dalam kegiatan ini tentunya berisi hal-hal inspiratif yang bisa memotivasi siswa, dan film tersebut ditonton bersama sama oleh siswa siswi, setelah film berakhir ditutup dengan beberapa pertanyaan yang kami berikan seputar cerita film dan siswa yang menyimpulkan apa yang sudah mereka tonton. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mendorong partisipasi keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan film sebagai media pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dan siswa tidak cepat bosan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, kegiatan ini bisa membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan analitis siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the office practice program, the description of office practice, and the influence of the office practice program on improving the competence of Office Administration Education students at Universitas  Negeri Makassar. This study is classified as an associative study with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 70 students of the Office Administration Education study program, Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas  Negeri Makassar with a simple random sampling technique. In this study, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique in this study used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study explain that the office practice variable is in the very good category, while the competence improvement variable is in the very good category. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the two variables have a strong relationship. Based on the simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of the office practice program on improving the competence of Office Administration Education students at Universitas  Negeri Makassar. This study reveals that the implementation of the office practice program is running well so that competent students are realized and can compete in the industrial world and gain knowledge and experience that are useful for their future.

Abstract

In the document storage system material, teaching strategies are needed to support the learning process. Because the material discusses archive systems or documents, types of documents, electronic documents, digital documents and so on. Learning goals will be achieved, if teachers strive to choose the right learning strategy. The learning strategy used by educators in the document storage system material is to use the demonstration method, so that educators will easily apply the material and students will easily understand and apply the theories obtained after the learning process. Choosing the right teaching strategy will increase student learning achievement in terms of skills or expertise. The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of the application of the demonstration method on student learning achievement on the document storage system material of the Department of Office Governance Automation at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. The approach used is quantitative. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics and classical assumption tests. The results of the processing showed: (1) the variable of the application of the demonstration method (X), classified as good. (2) the variable of student learning achievement (Y), reviewed from the student's report card score on the document storage system material which is classified as a very high category with a good score range. (3) The correlation test of product moment is known to have a significant influence and has a moderate relationship. As well as for the simple linear regression test, it shows a positive and significant influence between the variables of the application of the demonstration method (X) on student learning achievement (Y) and the document storage system material at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar

Abstract

Spatial planning has an important role in improving the effectiveness of employee work, so that the process of employee work flow can run smoothly and well, an effective office space arrangement is needed. This study aims to find out how the application of office spatial principles in the Education and Culture Office of Pangkajene Regency and Islands and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of office layout in the Education and Culture Office of Pangkajene Regency and Islands. The type of research used was qualitative descriptive and data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation with five informants, namely employees of the Education and Culture Office. The results showed that the indicators used were effective. The intended indicator is that the shortest distance principle is quite effective due to the placement of facilities, only a few rooms still need to be fixed or arranged properly. The principle of the work series is classified as effective because the placement of office equipment and each flow of workers has met the requirements of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), where all work activities start from the field of integrated services, so that work can be done effectively and efficiently. The principle of using all parts of the room is quite effective because the existing room has been fully used according to the field and tree tasks and their functions. The principle of changing the composition of the workplace is classified as ineffective because there are informants stating that there is no need for changes in the arrangement because the available space is sufficient. The principle of integration of activities is classified as effective because  spatial planning and equipment have unified each division. The principle of security and job satisfaction is classified as effective because it has been fulfilled in terms of spatial planning and office equipment is good at making employees comfortable, safe, and has met employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Providing services to the community is a form of government function in realizing. This research aims to determine the mechanism for implementing the role of office administration in optimizing public services at the Ujung Pandang Subdistrict Office and the factors inhibiting office administration in optimizing the Ujung Pandang Subdistrict Office. This type of research uses a qualitative approach where the research carried out is descriptive, namely, to describe the reality of events that occurred in the field during the research, which makes it easier for this research to obtain objective data in order to determine the role of office administration in optimizing public services at the Ujung Pandang Subdistrict office. Research data was collected using interviews and observations and then analyzed using descriptive statistics by collecting, compiling, reducing and verifying data. This research shows that the implementation of office administration services at the Ujung Pandang sub-district office is quite optimal, as can be seen from the fast and simple administrative procedures as a requirement for providing services as well as comprehensive information related to the administration mechanism for every form of management by the community. The forms of service available at the Ujung Pandang sub-district office include administrative services, goods services, services and regulatory services. Factors inhibiting the role of administration in public services at the Ujung Pandang District Head's office are the lack of facilities to support the continuity of administration, human resources that need to be strengthened again by providing understanding or training related to secretariat to each related staff.

Abstract

The administrative management function refers to the set of activities and responsibilities required to ensure that school administration runs smoothly and efficiently. The main purpose of this study is to find out the application of management functions to administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in optimizing administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research that focuses on the application of management functions based on indicators of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the optimization of the management function in administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar can be said to be "Quite Optimal", This is shown through management indicators, namely: 1) Administrative planning is carried out systematically through deliberations led by the principal, head of administration, and involving all staff, to discuss and prepare annual program planning by paying attention to the needs of staff,  education customers, and the need for service support facilities; 2) The organization of administration starts from the determination of administrative tasks, followed by the recruitment and selection of administrative personnel, as well as the division of tasks according to the field and competence of each staff; 3) Administrative briefings are carried out directly by the principal, either personally or through meetings. Briefing and motivating activities aim to ensure that all staff understand their duties and responsibilities, the school's goals, and the efforts taken in achieving these goals; and 4) Administrative supervision is carried out every day, where the principal goes directly to supervise the performance of staff, identify staff needs, and provide appropriate solutions to obstacles that staff may face in carrying out their duties and responsibilities

Abstract

This study aims to find out the work discipline of employees at the Baraka District Office, Enrekang Regency. By using qualitative research methods with descriptive research types. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, data condensation and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that each indicator used can be said to be "good" according to the indicators used, namely Attendance, employee attendance is quite good because employees are present on time to the office. Compliance with work regulations, employees implement work regulations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) properly. Regulations on work standards, employees have implemented work standards well. Working ethically, judged from the level of employee ethics, both fellow employee leaders and the community. Therefore, employee work discipline can be said to be quite good and there are performance achievements that must be fulfilled by employees, otherwise employees will be subject to sanctions. This research also uses the latest indicators regarding employee discipline and is supported by the latest journals and supporting books
