Abstract

With the development of the times, smoking habits for many people have changed. Many people use e-cigarettes, one of which is an e-cigarette with the Foom brand. Many consumers use e-cigarettes for the reason of reducing smoking habits. The existence of e-cigarettes also affects the desire to buy from many people, where most people purchase e-cigarettes because they get much information from social media. A total of 110 respondents were taken as samples with the criteria of being over 18 years old, active users of e-cigarettes, and active social media users. Data testing was carried out through path tests and the results found that social media marketing and trust influenced purchasing decisions by 49.4%. However, trust does not influence purchasing decisions, and also trust does not mediate between social media marketing and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Good store atmosphere and service quality can support the success of a business in reaching consumers who have the desire and action to make repeated purchases. This research focuses on how store atmosphere and service quality can affect customer loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 145 respondents, who had shopped at least five times at the Griya Setrasari supermarket, in Bandung City. Data analysis used linear regression analysis and the results showed that store atmosphere and service quality contributed 38.5% to customer loyalty. Recommendations are aimed at improving store atmosphere elements and employee training to create a satisfying shopping experience.

Abstract

A strong brand and a product with good quality will encourage a stronger desire for customers not to switch in purchasing. Apple products are products with a strong brand and quality that is recognized worldwide. This is what drives the purpose of the study to see how these two variables can affect customer loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 121 respondents who met the criteria, such as having used Apple products for more than a year. The results show that product quality and brand image simultaneously affect customer loyalty with a contribution of 61.8%.

Abstract

Understanding quality services and products in a business is one of the factors that needs attention, especially in dealing with rapidly changing trends. Moreover, changes in trends are closely related to changes in consumer behavior. Consumers will easily switch purchases if they feel dissatisfied. Therefore, this study examines how service quality and product quality can influence purchasing decisions made by consumers. Data shows that despite an increase in coffee consumption in Indonesia, Kintsugi Terrace sales have fluctuated, with a significant decline from August to November 2024. Data collection involved 97 respondents selected through non-probability with purposive sampling. The results show that simultaneously service quality and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions by 66.7%.

Abstract

Intermediate level consumers (churn) in the telecommunications industry were high currently, causing the company always strives to improve the quality, provide value, attract new customers and retain existing customers. Loyalty means consumers back to business transactions (purchases) repeatedly, although perhaps a product of the company is not the best product on the market or have the lowestprices. Consumer behavior can be explained by a view that customers are satisfied, generally will be loyal to the products offered and finally, the high level of satisfaction and loyalty of customers, will be able to reduce the level of chumhappened. This research uses sampling method is based on specific criteria or considerations, where the criteria or considerations used are user simPATIzone and a resident of the city of Bandung. This research also uses the simple regressionmethod to Testing and processing of data. The results showed that customer satisfaction on product attributes benefit’s simPATI effect on customer loyalty by 48.6%Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Product Attributes and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Price is one important component in marketing as well as in creating of customer value. Determination of an appropriate pricing strategy will not only affect consumers' perception of the level, but will bring the consumers to the point of purchase. Odd Price is one of the company's strategies to create the impression in the minds of consumer’s low price. This strategy is considered quite successful in influencing consumer psychology in deciding to buy the product or service offered by the company.

Abstract

Kelas menengah memiliki peran krusial sebagai bantalan ekonomi nasional. Melihat keadaan ekonomi saat ini yang bisa dikatakan tidak mudah, kelas menengah dan menuju kelas menengah yang di harapkan akan naik kelas, justru terancam turun kelas. Salah satu ancamannya adalah inflasi pada biaya kesehatan. Biaya kesehatan yang begitu tinggi membuat masyarakat yang mengalami sakit terkadang harus merelakan tabungan hingga asetnya untuk menutupi seluruh biaya kesehatan yang diperlukan. Hal ini dapat dicegah apabila masyarakat meyadari pentingnya memiliki asuransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengetahuan produk akan memengaruhi niat beli yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan konsumen. Sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Kota Bandung yang mengetahui produk dan jasa Prudential. Pengolahan data yang di diperoleh dengan analisis jalur dengah hasil bahwa pengetahuan produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat beli yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia bisnis telah mendorong perubahan perilaku konsumen, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh live streaming dan diskon terhadap minat beli konsumen pada platform Shopee. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna Shopee yang pernah menyaksikan live streaming atau melihat diskon, namun belum melakukan pembelian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dimana hasil memperlihatkan bahwa live streaming maupun diskon berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pelaku bisnis digital dalam merancang promosi berbasis interaksi langsung dan insentif harga guna meningkatkan intensi pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan melalui platform media sosial serta penyebaran informasi dari mulut ke mulut telah menjadi unsur penting dalam upaya menarik dan mempertahankan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemasaran melalui social media marketing dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih Klinik Glaria Mom and Baby Health yang berlokasi di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori, melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan pasien di Klinik Glaria. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik pemasaran melalui social media marketing maupun word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih layanan kesehatan di klinik tersebut.
