Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kurikulum diniyah di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Alfadiyah. Kurikulum diniyah merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan Islam yang bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam proses pembelajaran formal sejak dini. Dalam konteks pendidikan dasar, penerapan kurikulum ini menjadi landasan penting dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa serta memperkuat identitas keislaman mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pihak sekolah, serta analisis dokumentasi kurikulum dan laporan kegiatan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai dinamika pelaksanaan kurikulum diniyah dalam keseharian sekolah. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan temuan secara komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum diniyah di SDIT Alfadiyah cukup efektif. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh keterlibatan guru-guru yang memiliki kompetensi keislaman yang baik, manajemen sekolah yang terstruktur, serta partisipasi aktif orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan keagamaan siswa. Kurikulum diniyah diterapkan melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti pembelajaran kitab, hafalan Al-Qur'an, serta pembiasaan ibadah harian yang terintegrasi dalam jadwal sekolah. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kurikulum ini. Salah satunya adalah keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran yang harus disesuaikan dengan kurikulum nasional. Selain itu, adanya perbedaan latar belakang kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi keagamaan juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan evaluasi berkala terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum serta pengembangan model pembelajaran diniyah yang adaptif, kontekstual, dan mampu mengakomodasi keragaman peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala madrasah dalam mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di MAS Guppi Samata Gowa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka dan observasi, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kepala madrasah menjalankan fungsi kepemimpinannya dalam konteks transformasi kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah berperan sebagai pemimpin transformasional yang mampu mendorong perubahan budaya belajar, memperkuat sumber daya manusia, serta mengelola kurikulum dan supervisi secara efektif. Selain itu, kepala madrasah juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung serta mengatasi tantangan keterbatasan sarana dengan pendekatan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, peran kepala madrasah sangat strategis dalam memastikan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi asas-asas pengembangan kurikulum dalam konteks kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MTs Nurfadhilah, Kabupaten Gowa. Asas-asas kurikulum yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi asas filosofis, teologis, psikologis, sosiologis, serta asas relevansi, kontinuitas, fleksibilitas, efektivitas, dan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan asas-asas tersebut telah dilakukan secara konsisten dan adaptif di MTs Nurfadhilah, yang tercermin melalui integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pembelajaran, penguatan karakter peserta didik, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, keterlibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan seperti guru, kepala madrasah, dan masyarakat turut memperkuat efektivitas implementasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang berbasis pada asas-asas pengembangan kurikulum mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan membentuk peserta didik yang beriman, berilmu, dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of time management and performance of teachers on the formation of students' disciplinary character at MAN 2 Bone. The focus of the study is detailed into four sub-problems, namely: description of teacher time management, teacher performance, and student disciplinary character; the effect of time management on disciplinary character; the effect of teacher performance on disciplinary character; and the simultaneous effect of both. This study uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method. The population is 687 students, with a sample of 87 respondents selected through the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaires and documentation, and are analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the descriptive analysis show that teacher time management, teacher performance, and student disciplinary character are in the moderate category. Inferentially, there is a significant effect of teacher time management on disciplinary character (t count = 5.331> t table = 1.987), and a significant effect of teacher performance on disciplinary character (t count = 4.740> t table = 1.987). Simultaneously, both also have a significant effect (F count = 15.881 > F table = 3.10; sig = 0.001 < 0.05). The implications of the study indicate that teachers who are able to manage time well and have optimal performance can be role models in shaping student discipline. Therefore, school support is needed through training, monitoring, and strengthening of a culture of discipline. Further research is suggested to examine other factors that also influence the formation of disciplined character.

Abstract

Purpose - This research examines the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK Negeri 9 Makassar, focusing on planning, organization, execution, and supervision. Using a qualitative approach, data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. Method - The study employs a qualitative and phenomenological method, involving interviews with school leaders, curriculum coordinators, the head of the Fisheries Processing Agribusiness Department, and two teachers. Additionally, observations and document analysis were conducted, and data management followed three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings - The results indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum planning achieved independence within a year but requires improvement, particularly in school operational plans (KOSP), competency aspects, teaching modules, project-based learning (PJBL) implementation, and P5 projects. Organizing the Merdeka Curriculum using a block approach has been initiated, but subject allocation needs improvement due to a shortage of teaching staff. The implementation offers flexibility in inclusive learning by involving students in projects. Supervision through monitoring and evaluation requires further actions to align with learning objectives.Research Implications - This research discusses limitations in design or methodology influencing result interpretation, addressing constraints on generalizability, practical applications, and the utility of findings. The study emphasizes limitations directly related to research problems, highlighting the need for understanding P5 projects, KOSP development, widespread distribution of teaching modules across departments, and addressing teaching staff shortages. Recommendations include educators designing optimal learning programs and student projects.

Abstract

This paper describes community participation in the development of standard facilities and infrastructure for Islamic Elementary School of Keerom-Papua. This type is qualitative research, the research approach is a phenomenological perspective and a descriptive analysis approach, data sources are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, research instruments namely, researchers as key instruments, observation guides, interview guides and reference documentation, processing techniques and data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification, data validity testing, namely triangulation techniques, checking the correctness of information, discussing and consulting data, and extending the research time. The results showed community participation in the development of standard facilities and infrastructure at Islamic Elementary School of Keerom-Papua concluded that the community was enthusiastic about participating in building mushallah/mosque and procuring canteens and greenhouses. Boarding and equalizing the madrasah yard, fencing the front door of the madrasah, making madrasah fish pond gardens, and the land used as the location for the construction of madrasah and mosques are the provision of traditional leaders (non-Muslims) and the procurement of sports equipment, while the procurement of the main facilities, specifically for Islamic Elementary School The private sector shows that there is participation but it is not maximal while public Islamic Elementary School have not seen maximum community participation, it is due to a lack of public awareness of a sense of responsibility in developing madrasah, and building communication to exchange opinions with the community about the importance of community participation in developing madrasah as a charity Jariyah and social activities.
