Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Samsung Service center di Kota Malang dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Jumlah responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden.  Metode dan alat analisis adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) – Structural Equation Model (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifiakan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan ke loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh citra perusahaan ke loyalitas pelanggan.Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan. Abstract: The research aims examine and analyze the direct impact of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The research also examine and analyze the indirect impact of service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediation variable. The study surveyed a sample of 140 respondents in Samsung Service center in Malang City, purposive sampling was chosen as a method to determine the samples. Method and tools of analysis was Partial Least Square (PLS)- Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction ,corporate image has a significant on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant impact on customer loyalty, corporate image has a significant impact on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant on customer loyalty,  and customer satisfaction mediates the impact service quality to customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction mediates the impact of customer loyalty to the corporate image. Keywords : service quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

The existence of cooperative useful as a pillar of the national economy, according lofty goals listed in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution is to realize prosperity for all Indonesian people.This study aims to analyze the health of financial and non-financial in Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia "Sri Rejeki" in Donomulyo District for five years (2009-2013). The study design was descriptive and the analysis methods based on the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Regulation No.14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009. The results showed that the predicate cooperative Sri Rejeki in Donomulyo District is quite healthy from 2009 to 2013 with score 69,2; 79,3; 71,8; 72,4; 72,4. Performance assessment indicated that the cooperative has increased performance. Some things to note in this cooperative is the SHU policies and utilization of idle cash. Currently, the cooperative has business activities, family atmosphere and excellent services provide to members. Abstract

This study examined the existence of the phenomenon of market overreaction in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 100 days of work Jokowi-JK. Furthermore, this study aims to determine whether the amount of change in the percentage of sectoral indices will be followed by a price reversal in the next period. Tests on the market overreaction done using one sample t-test two-way against abnormal return sectoral indices. Model abnormal return calculations used in this study is the market-adjusted model. Meanwhile, testing of the occurrence of price reversal is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression was done by regressing the dependent variable cumulative abnormal return to the independent variable abnormal return and market capitalization. The results show that of the 9 sectors in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, there are  only  two  sectors  that  have  abnormal  return  statistically  significant,  namely: property sector and infrastruc sector. Property sector has a positive abnormal returns, meaning that experienced a bullish trend during the study period. Meanwhile, infrastruc sector has a negative abnormal returns, meaning that experienced a bearish trend during the study period. Market overreaction that occurs in the property sector was not followed by a price reversal in the next period. Although not significant price reversal, but the variable coefficients abnormal return property sector has a negative value. These results give a signal that the bullish trend in the property sector has the potential to continue in the next  period, but will experience a  slight slowdown. Meanwhile, market overreaction that occurs in infrastruc sector followed by a price reversal in the next period. Price reversal happened a signal that the bearish trend in the sector infrastruc will potentially turn into a bullish trend in the next period.   Keywords: market overreaction, price reversal, abnormal return.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham  pada perusahaan  food and beverage  pada tahun 2009-2013.  Dengan menggunakan variabel Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Invesment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) sebagai variabel bebas dan harga saham sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode  purposive sampling, dari 15 perusahaan diperoleh 8 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity  (ROE) dan Return On Invesment  (ROI) tidak berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap harga saham.  Sedangkan Earning Per Share  (EPS) dan  Price Earning Ratio  (PER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham selama periode 2009-2013.Keywords: Harga Saham, Perusahaan Food and Beverage, ROE, ROI, EPS, PER

Abstract

Financial problems often occurs particularly to college student whose doesn’t live with their parents anymore  (board). This college student usually receive allowance each month from their parents.  Generally,  the acceptance period once a month potentially cause error in consumption patterns if there is no planning and financial discipline in spending. To be able to avoid  the financial problems everyone needs to learn personal financial planning. The main objective of this research paper is to reveal and understand the students’  strategies to achieve their personal financial goals. The research setting are the canteens at Brawijaya University. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data uses in this study is primary data, which obtained by observation at the study site and depth interviews to the students of Brawijaya University. The result show that the strategy to achieve student financial goal is determined by application of appropiate plan of actions with the personal financial situation and goals, this plan of actions are to maintain or expand the current sitation or perform a new innovation to create something new. The implication of this research is personal financial planning is expected to be reference for students to achieve their financial goals. Preparation and application of personal financial planning is intended to facilitate the avhievement of students’ personal  financial goals. The purpose of financial planning is not just a set routine of income and expenses, but also can be used to achieve financial goals that are specific. Abstract

Kabupaten Malang was given opportunity to explore the potential of financial resources by setting taxes and charges for the region to increase the acceptance of PAD. The research aims to analyze the contribution and effectiveness local taxation and charges  to the PAD of Kabupaten Malang during the last five years (2007-2011). The object in this research is an area of Kabupaten Malang, research focusing to discuss about the PAD, local taxation, and local charges. Research type in this study was a descriptive. Analysis of local taxation and local charges to the PAD in the research carried out using the contributions analysis tax and charges to the total PAD each year and the effectiveness ratio of targets and realization. The results of this research found that average contribution local taxation and local charges type in receipt PAD Kabupaten Malang during 2007-2011 is greatly fluctuates. The biggest tax contributions comes from street lighting tax, averaging 36,4% over five years. As for the largest local charges contribution comes from public services charges, averaging 22,73% over five years. The larger percentage of contribution of a local tax and local charges to the total PAD,  then the more big contribution of the  tax and charges to the acceptance of PAD  an area.  This research contributes to the Kabupaten Malang government to better see the potential area which is owned to add value to the contribution of local tax and local charge as well as improve the performance of DPPKA. Abstract

In ordert to win the competition,business needs a strategy for to survival. This research aim to know the strategy by using environment analysis which implemented for UD.Ducery’s. The method used in this research is a descriptive. The data analysis used SWOT analysis and QSPM. The research results that UD.Ducery’s needs to using market penetration strategy for business competition. Market penetration refers to a increase sell promotion through online advertising, product publicity from a various event and increase sales force to gain intensive selling in the penetration area. Abstract

The research aims: to test the influence of January Effect and Rogalski Effect of the Abnormal Return and Trading Volume Activity in the Indonesia stock exchange.  The sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. Methods of analysis used  the Product Moment Correlation Test, Kruskall-wallis Test, Paired Sample t-Test, and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.  The result showed that January Effect occurs in  the period 2012 influential against  to Abnormal return but  it  didn’t  happen,  further  more  influence on Trading Volume Activity. Abstract

Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur manajemen modal kerja adalah cash conversion cycle, gross working capital turnover ratio, current assets to total assets ratio, current liabilities to total assets ratio, dan current ratio, sedangkan profitabilitas diukur dengan return on assets dan return on equity. Perusahaan yang diteliti sebanyak 139 perusahaan non keuangan untuk seluruh sektor, kemudian dianalisis lagi untuk masing-masing sektor yaitu sektor utama (industri penghasil bahan baku), sektor kedua (industri manufaktur), dan sektor ketiga (industri jasa), dengan periode penelitian tahun 2011-2013. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, hasil yang diperoleh adalah manajemen modal kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan non keuangan untuk seluruh sektor. Pengaruhnya terjadi hanya pada sektor utama (industri penghasil bahan baku). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen modal kerja bukan merupakan penentu bagi peningkatan profitabilitas perusahaan. Manajemen modal kerja belum dikelola secara efektif dan efisien untuk menciptakan penjualan sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan memahami: (1) persepsi Kyai dan pengelola bisnis  terhadap manajemen risiko,  (2) penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pengelolaan bisnis dan manajemen risiko, (3) persepsi Kyai dan pengelola bisnis   terhadap penciptaan nilai perusahaan,  dan  (4)  pendistribusian  nilai  perusahaan  kepada  pemangku  kepentingan. Setting penelitian adalah bisnis di Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat, Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan postpositivist, teologi, dan intuitif. Desain penelitian studi kasus interpretatif tipe “single case”. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Model Interaktif dari Milles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan   bahwa: (1) Manajemen risiko merupakan proses untuk mengeliminir risiko dengan menempatkan  niat yang kuat sebagai esensi yang mendasari praktik manajemen risiko dan adanya kekuatan spiritual berupa khusnuzhzhan kepada Allah SWT dengan bermuara pada maslahah menuju falah. (2) Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam yang membingkai aktivitas bisnis telah membuktikan bisnis telah berkembang pesat. Bahkan nilai Islam ‘an taraadhin minkum  menjadi central value  yang akhirnya berkembang menjadi budaya perusahaan, sedangkan nilai-nilai Islam yang melekat pada praktik manajemen risiko menunjukkan adanya jiwa kewirausahaan sejati pada diri seluruh pengelola. (3) Nilai perusahaan yang tercipta dari praktik manajemen risiko dipandang dalam aspek materi/ekonomi dan immateri, yang dalam aplikasinya telah mampu memberikan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan lahiriyah dan batiniyah bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan, (4) Nilai perusahaan tersebut didistribusikan kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan baik pemangku kepentingan manusia maupun alam sebagai perwujudan dari maslahah yang menjadi tujuan didirikannya bisnis.
