The population in this study was 186 female lecturers with a research sample of 121 people selected based on a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used a simple linear regression technique which showed the value of R = 0.392 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This indicates that there is a very significant positive effect between workplace well-being on work-family balance of female lecturers at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh

Abstract

Early adulthood will experience stress, insecurity, worry, and social pressure regarding life goals, including students, which is called a quarter-life crisis. One factor that affects the quarter-life crisis is hope. This study aims to analyze the relationship of hope with the quarter-life crisis in early adulthood. This study uses a quantitative approach. The measuring instrument in this study uses a quarter-life crisis scale based on Robbins and Wilner's theory and a hope scale based on Snyder's theory. The sample amounted to 330 early adult students. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis of this study was tested using Pearson's product-moment correlation. The study results showed a correlation coefficient (rxy = -0.249) with p = 0.000 (p ˂ 0.05), namely there is a very significant negative relationship between hope and quarter-life crisis in early adulthood, so the hypothesis is accepted. The higher the level of hope in individuals, the lower the level of quarter-life crisis experienced, and vice versa, the lower the hope, the higher the quarter-life crisis experienced by individuals.

Attention which is achieved through the process of adapting to new conditions and information can be an issue for new students. Previous studies have suggested that listening to Quran recitation (murattal) can positively influence attention. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effects of listening to Quran recitation on students’ attention. The research was conducted by designing a quasi-experiment with a non-randomized pre-test and post-test control groups. Besides this, the groups were divided into two, the experimental group and the control group. The data were collected from 20 new students of Ar-Raniry State Islamic University as a sample, who met the criteria of having healthy hearing conditions and obtained GPA > 3.50. The measuring instrument utilized in the study was the number range test of Weschler Intelligence Scale, while the treatment used was listening to Quran recitation. Then, the data was analyzed using a paired t-test to examine the difference in attention between the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that there was a difference in the average attention score between the experimental group of 11.70, and the control group of 8.80 with a significance level of 0.026 (P < 0,05). Thus, the findings of the study indicate that there is a significant difference in attention between the experimental group and the control group after listening to Quran recitation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the roles and patterns of synergy between State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) and the Interfaith Harmony Forum (FKUB) in strengthening interfaith harmony in Aceh. The research employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and institutional document analysis across selected PTKIN and FKUB institutions in Aceh. Data were analyzed through reduction, thematic categorization, and relational pattern interpretation. The findings indicate that PTKIN functions as a center for strengthening religious moderation through curriculum integration, research, and community engagement, while FKUB performs mediative and policy-facilitative roles in managing religious dynamics. Their synergy operates through dialogue forums, moderation training, and community-based collaborative programs. The study concludes that substantive religious harmony is more effectively achieved when PTKIN’s educational function is structurally connected with FKUB’s mediative role and supported by community participation. The research recommends strengthening institutional moderation frameworks within PTKIN and enhancing evidence-based conflict analysis capacity in FKUB
