Abstract

Ketahanan pangan di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan serius akibat ketimpangan sosial-ekonomi dan infrastruktur antarwilayah yang berfluktuasi antarperiode. Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) menjadi contoh nyata, dengan capaian Indeks Ketahanan Pangan (IKP) antar kabupaten/kota menunjukkan variasi signifikan pada periode 2018–2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor sosial-ekonomi dan infrastruktur terhadap IKP dengan mempertimbangkan heterogenitas spasial-temporal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) untuk menangkap dinamika pengaruh variabel pada dimensi ruang dan waktu, serta Fuzzy C-Means untuk mengelompokkan wilayah berdasarkan pola pembangunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Angka Partisipasi Sekolah (APS) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap IKP, PDRB per kapita berpengaruh positif meskipun terbatas, akses air minum layak berfluktuasi, sedangkan rasio elektrifikasi konsisten berpengaruh positif signifikan. Analisis Fuzzy C-Means menghasilkan tiga klaster utama: (1) wilayah dengan APS sedang dan IKP relatif tinggi, (2) wilayah dengan APS tinggi namun IKP menengah hingga rendah, dan (3) wilayah dengan APS rendah dan IKP rendah yang merepresentasikan daerah tertinggal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembangunan di NTT masih menghadapi ketimpangan spasial-temporal, sehingga kebijakan tidak dapat bersifat seragam melainkan harus disesuaikan dengan karakteristik lokal.

Abstract

Penerapan dua algoritma analisis density-based cluster, yaitu DBSCAN dan Shared Nearest Neighbor (SNN), dengan integrasi Principal Component Analysis (PCA) pada Produktivitas Jeruk Siam di Indonesia tahun 2023. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari 7 indikator jeruk siam, yaitu produktivitas (Ton/Pohon), produksi (Ton), pertumbuhan produksi (%), luas panen (Hektar), rata-rata suhu bulanan (°C), rata-rata kelembaban bulanan (%), dan rata-rata curah hujan bulanan (mm). Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder tahun 2023 yang diperoleh melalui publikasi BPS dan Kementerian Pertanian RI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SNN memiliki stabilitas pengelompokan yang lebih baik dibandingkan DBSCAN, dan penerapan PCA meningkatkan kinerja DBSCAN dan SNN. Model terbaik diperoleh dari SNN pada data PCA dengan tiga komponen utama (PC3), dengan Silhouette Coefficient sebesar 0,872. Algoritma ini menghasilkan 3 cluster, yaitu Cluster 0 mencakup 32 provinsi dengan skala produksi besar dan kondisi agroklimat yang beragam, Cluster 1 terdiri dari 3 provinsi dengan produksi kecil namun pertumbuhan sangat tinggi, sehingga terpisah dari sentra produksi utama, dan Cluster 2 mencakup 3 provinsi yang memiliki karakteristik lokal unik dengan skala produksi rendah hingga nol.

Abstract

Geographically and Temporally weighted regression (GTWR) modeling has been developed to evaluate spatial heterogeneity and temporal heterogeneity in factors influencing the spread of dengue fever in Malang city. By using the monthly data in 2012-2015 as the temporal unit of each urban village in Malang and village is considered as a spatial unit. GTWR model is compared with the GWR model using several statistical criteria. GTWR model shows that the relationship between dengue incidence with population density and monthly average temperature significantly affects each Village in Malang.Keywords : DHF, GTWR, Spatiotemporal Pattern

Abstract

This study developed a double resampling procedure as a method for estimating standard error in truncated spline semiparametric path modeling, given that standard error cannot be obtained analytically. Primary data were collected from 100 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using a path structure involving Facility and Infrastructure Quality and Waste Bank Participation have a significantly positive effect on 3R-Based Waste Management Practices and the Waste Economic Value . The modeling process involved selecting knots, estimating spline functions, and evaluating double resampling performance through simulation studies. The results showed that and had a significant positive effect on and , while the relationship between and was negative before and after the 21% threshold. The simulation study shows that the Jackknife-Bootstrap method produces lower standard errors and bias, while the Bootstrap-Jackknife method is more stable at very small sample size. These findings confirm the effectiveness of double resampling.

Abstract

PT Petrokimia Gresik is the most complete fertilizer producer in Indonesia and one of its production is ZK fertilizer. There are five measurable chemicals that correlate to form ZK fertilizer ie H2O, H2SO4, K2O, SO3 and Cl-. ZK fertilizer monitoring process has not been statistically done by PT Petrokimia Gresik, either univariat or multivariate. Since ZK fertilizer is composed of five chemicals that correlate each other, a multivariate control chart is used. RMCD is one of the robust parameter estimation methods for outlier data. The average vector and variance-covariance matrix derived from the RMCD method is used to calculate the statistics on the multivariate control chart. Therefore, the robust control chart is more sensitive to detecting a shift in production processes compared to the classical ones. The data used in Phase I is daily data per January 1 - April 30, 2017, while Phase II data used is daily data as of May 1 - July 15, 2017. The results of the control chart analysis in Phase I shows that the production process has not been controlled statistically analysis of cause-effect diagrams. Furthermore, the control chart limits in Phase I that have been stable after the repair are used for Phase II production data. The result of the control chart analysis in Phase II shows that the production process has shifted. This can be known by the number of points that out of control.
