Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the personnel management of village officials by developing SIMPEG application to realize Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Village in Kendal Village, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research is research dan development (R&D) method by using prototype model that consists of 3 steps, which are: listen to customer, build/revise mock-up, and customer test drives mock-up. The techniques of data collection are literature study, deep interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that the personnel management using SIMPEG application has realized the 17th SDGs of Village (partnership for rural development through management and integration of information and communication technology (ICT). The development of Village SIMPEG application also is one of the efforts to realize the principles of electronic government and orderly personnel administration. However, this application still needs develpment by providing upload button to upload files related to several SIMPEG menu. The upload button can be used as an electronic archive that support information, such as educational history form, training history form, and award history form

Abstract

Archiving activities are part of the dministrative activities in an organization, which are very important. Archival management is a major factor in supporting the course of administrative activities in an organization. However, in practice, there are still organizations that are lacking in managing archives, so it can also affect the service process to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of electronic mail archiving applications in the form of APEL SISA in Kendel Village to realize the development of information and communication technology in achieving the Village SDGs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research refers to the theory of Muhidin and Winata (2016) that digital archive management activities include two things, namely archive storage and archive retrieval. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using APEL SISA, archive storage in Kendal Village, which was originally manual, becomes more effective and efficient in providing services to the community, and electronic retrieval of archives can facilitate archive management at the Kendal Village office. Based on this, the management of archives in Kendal Village needs to be done all electronically to make it easier to manage archives that are stored and find back archives when needed.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas bagaimana mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan desa melalui penguatan BUM Desa. Penguatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemerintah Kecamataan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun, dengan memberikan pelatihan perubahan mindset bagi para pengurus/pengelola BUM Desa dalam mengelola unit usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian juga mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang menguntungkan bagi BUM Desa dengan mengoptimalkan potensi desa. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengelaborasi data deskriptif dari hasil FGD, dokumentasi, dan observasi rangkaian kegiatan di Kecamatan Dolopo. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengelola BUM Desa, perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, perwakilan dari bidang pemberdayaan dan kesejahteran keluarga. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan paradigma kewirausahaan dan pemahaman yang benar mengenai pengelolaan unit usaha di BUM Desa sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Selain itu, studi ini mengidentifikasi bahwa strategi bisnis yang akan dijalankan di lahan masing-masing desa adalah bisnis di bidang pertanian, khususnya pertanian jeruk nipis. Usaha ini akan dibantu sepenuhnya oleh pihak ketiga dan hasil panennya akan dikumpulkan oleh pihak ketiga, serta didistribusikan kepada mitra usaha sebagai pemasok jeruk nipis.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tlemang Village, Ngimbang District, Lamongan Regency Indonesia, have difficulties in marketing and do not yet have appropriate methods for marketing products. This research aims to determine the business conditions in Tlemang Village MSMEs and analyze appropriate product marketing methods that Tlemang Village MSMEs can carry out. The focus of this research uses SWOT analysis. This article uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this article come from primary data, namely interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from previous research and relevant articles. The data analysis technique in this research uses an interactive model by Miles and Huberman with components of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research using SWOT analysis can use the following strategies: SO strategy: maintain and improve product quality, improve human resource quality, improve product marketing; WO strategy: increase product innovation, open new target markets so that sales are wider, market products in offline and online stores; ST strategy: increase product promotion activities to the public, maintain stability in product selling prices; WT strategy: expand market network, create packaging that attracts consumers, find the right method for marketing activities. As a recommendation, the local government should support MSMEs in Tlemang Village in adopting innovations such as digital collaboration, affordable quality control tools, and participation in business incubation programs.

Abstract

Pelayanan melalui Call Center 112 di Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan pusat untuk mengetahui keadaan Gawat Darurat. Masyarakat Kabupaten Sidoarjo masih belum mengetahui cara menggunakan layanan Call Center 112 terdapat Pank & Gosh Call untuk setiap harinya, kurangnay Kordinasi antara Pegawai Call Center dengah OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah), sehingga bertujuan untuk Mendiskripsikan Efektivitas pelayanan Gawat Darurat melalui pelayanan Call Center 112 di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian terkait Efektivitas pelayanan Pengaduan Gawat Darurat melalui Pelayanan Call Center 112 mengunakan metode pendekatan Deskriptif melalui metode kualitatif yang digunakan dalam mendapatkan data secara detail dan bermanfaat, sehingga Efektivitas Pelayanan Pengaduan Gawat Darurat melalui Call Center 112 Kabupaten Sidoarjo menggunakan teori pengukuran efektivitas menurut Duncan (dalam Hasanah Budi, 2018) yaitu : Mencapai tujuan, Integritas, dan Adaptasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah SOP (Standart Operasional Pelayanan) tindak Lanjut Gawat darurat dan Tidak Gawat Darurat dan Pamflet SOP (Standart Operasional Pelayanan) dan Punishment layanan. Kesimpulan dari Hasil Penelitian yaitu dalam indikator Pencapain tujuan yaitu dalam masih belum efekti, indikator Integrasi masih belum berjalan secara maksimal, indikator Adaptasi belum dapat dikatakan maksimal masih kurangnya kordinasi, sehingga terdapat saran dapat mengembangkan inovasi pelayanan pengaduan, mengadakan sosialisasi lanjutan dan dapat mengevaluasi kebutuhan pelayanan pengaduan Call Center 112.

Abstract

The increase in the value of IKM for public services in the Ketintang Village, but the reality in the field of service has not met the expectations of the community, due to the facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized, such as the lack of chairs in the waiting room and the waiting room is not equipped with air conditioning. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method, measured based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey, with a population of 150 people and a sample of 60 respondents. The results of research on population administration services in the Ketintang Village of Surabaya City based on calculations using nine elements obtained seven elements with categorization B "Good" namely: requirements; systems, mechanisms, and procedures; turnaround time; product specification type of service; executor competency; executor behavior; handling, complaints, suggestions and feedback. In addition, the highest IKM score is at the cost (tariff) with an elemental value of 4.00 or an IKM value of 100 and categorized A "Very Good", while the lowest IKM score is facilities and infrastructure with an elemental value of 2.67 or an IKM value of 66 .67 and categorized C "Enough". However, the overall value of IKM population administration services in Ketintang Village, Surabaya City is 81.37 or categorized B "Good". Abstract

The Family Hope Program is a conditional assistance program that aims to overcome poverty that occurs in Indonesia, the Family Hope Program has been issued by the government since 2007. However, the implementation of the Family Hope Program still has obstacles and has not been implemented optimally. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, in this study to examine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Jambangan District, Surabaya City using the theory proposed by George Edward III. The sampling technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation carried out in the sub-district has not been carried out optimally in the communication category, the problems found in the communication element have not been carried out optimally. Elements related to the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH), namely socialization that is carried out not in accordance with the Family Hope Program (PKH) implementation guidelines issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs (SOP), are still not precisely targeted at the beneficiaries, namely stakeholders concerned about receiving Family Hope Program assistance are still abusing authority by utilizing PKH assistance for personal interests. The researcher advised the Ministry of Social Affairs to re-coordinate with several other stakeholders, namely Districts, Sub-districts, Villages, RTs and RWs to conduct monitoring and evaluation.   Keywords: Family Hope Program, Implementation, Poverty

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector is one of the efforts that can be made by the regional government to obtain regional original income. This study aims to determine, describe and analyze the appropriate strategy of the Government of Blitar Regency through the Department of Culture and Tourism in developing regional tourism in Blitar Regency. This type of qualitative research is descriptive and theoretical approach used for this study with SWOT analysis by examining each SWOT indicator with HR, Funds, Information, Infrastructure. There are two types of data, namely Primary (main) and Secondary (assistant) data. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verifying. The results of this study are SWOT analysis namely Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats which are then seen from the four strategic indicator factors, namely Human Resources, Funds, Information, and Infrastructure. it can be concluded that placing the tourism sector in the main focus on regional development funding, maximizing funds for the formation of tourism human resources and for the development and development of tourism destinations, as well as facilitating tourism destinations with public facilities, working together with all official parties to carry out development and development of tourism both in terms of accessibility and tourism infrastructure, Providing naming and directions in several tourist attractions and TIC (Tourist Information Center) or Tourism Information Center   Keywords: SWOT analysis, strategy, tourism development

Abstract

The achievements of the Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital starting from the Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Regional General Hospital have been declared passed. Plenary Level Accreditation Hospita Accreditation Commission (KARS), Creating Innovation of Delivery Friends Services that offers safe, fast and reliable drug delivery services, Cooperation Agreement with the Probolinggo Resort Police regarding the Handling of Road Traffic Accident Victims at the Accident Situation. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the quality of health services. according to Standard. Regulation of the Minister of Health.Republic of Indonesia Number.30 of 2022 at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital. And describe the challenges faced by employees that can hinder efforts to implement Health Service Quality Indicators according to the Standards of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2022 at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital. The research method is qualitative research. The research focus is the Quality of Health Services according to Regulatory Standards. Minister of Health. Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2022 at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital and Inhibiting Factors Researchers used primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are that 7 indicators are appropriate and 6 indicators are not in accordance with regulations. Minister of Health. There are factors inhibiting the quality of health services starting from constraints on infrastructure and facilities that conflict with hospital policies, shortage of human resources, aged human resources so it is difficult to change, availability of pharmaceutical drugs, lack of supporting infrastructure such as CT scans, patient families cannot be invited to work together, Medical devices are not on standby according to standards, doctors who order drugs outside the National Formulary and don't want to be replaced, surgery scheduling that is not in accordance with SOP. Thus it can be concluded that the quality of health services is according to the Standard Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2022 at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital.   Keywords: Quality, Service, Health

Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) yang semakin pesat mampu dirasakan oleh setiap lapisan masyarakat dan instansi pemerintah. BKPSDM Kota Surabaya dalam hal ini telah menerapkan perkembangan IPTEK salah satu alat yang digunakan yaitu alat absensi fingerprint. Alat ini digunakan pimpinan untuk melakukan pengawasan dan penilaian terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai menyelesaikan tugas dan fungsinya. Pada penelitian ini terdapat permasalahan dalam penerapan fingerprint pada BKPSDM Kota Surabaya masih ada beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, contohnya terdapat pegawai yang terlambat hadir saat datang bekerja, meninggalkan kantor, pulang tidak sesuai jam kerja yang ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan terkait penerapan fingerprint untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan PNS di BKPSDM Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian dapat diukur melalui Hasibuan tentang indikator kedisiplinan yaitu tujuan dan kemampuan, teladan pimpinan, balas jasa, keadilan, waskat, sanksi, ketegasan, dan hubungan kemanusiaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan fingerprint mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai di BKPSDM. Pada tujuan dan kemampuan pimpinan dan staff telah mengetahui tujuan penerapan fingerprint. Teladan pimpinan BKPSDM telah memberikan contoh kedisiplinan yang baik. Balas jasa yang diterima pegawai telah sesuai dengan peraturan dan mampu memberikan kesejahteraan. Keadilan di BKPSDM telah diberikan dengan adil terkait pemberian balas jasa dan sanksi hukuman. Waskat pimpinan kepada bawahan sudah berjalan, namun perlu ditingkatkan. Sanksi hukuman yang diberikan sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 94 Tahun 2021 tentang Disiplin PNS. Ketegasan di BKPSDM, pimpinan sudah bertindak tegas dalam memberikan hukuman atau pengambilan keputusan. Hubungan kemanusiaan yang ada di BKPSDM telah berjalan dengan baik dan mengutamakan kerjasama tim saat bekerja.
