Abstract

Research on the principal's humanistic leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance aims to explain: 1) Implementation of the principal's humanistic leadership style; 2) The impact of the implementation of humanistic leadership style on teacher performance; 3) The obstacles of humanistic leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance. This research method uses qualitative research methods with descriptive nature. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation methods. Data validity test using triangulation technique. Checking the validity of data by comparing data sources from observations and data from interviews. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From this research, it can be found and concluded that: 1) The leadership of the Principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta in an effort to improve teacher performance uses a humanistic leadership style with the principal providing facilities and humane treatment, providing equal attention, dispatching teachers to Umrah, giving rewards and giving sanctions to teachers; 2) The impact of the principal's leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance, among others: Creating a good working atmosphere, Providing flexibility for teachers in conveying aspirations and Providing enthusiasm and appreciation for teachers; 3) The obstacles in the principal's leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta include: The principal sometimes does work that is not the realm of the principal, Lack of assertiveness from the principal, There is still forgiveness to the teacher and there is still a sense of reluctance to the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal’s leadership in realizing an excellent school at SMP IT MTA Karanganyar and to identify the supporting factors. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the principal applies a transformational leadership style that is visionary, inspiring, and participatory, focusing on strengthening four flagship programs: Tahsin (Qur’anic reading), Tahfidz (Qur’anic memorization), Character Building, and ICT-Based Learning. The success of these programs is supported by the active involvement of teachers, the principal’s exemplary behavior, adequate facilities, parental support, and a structured system of evaluation and appreciation. Challenges such as the diverse backgrounds of students are addressed through personalized approaches and continuous mentoring. These findings emphasize that effective school leadership plays a central role in fostering a religious, excellent, and technologically adaptive school culture.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pemenuhan kebutuhan peserta didik merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan dengan mewujudkan peserta didik yang berkompeten dan berprestasi. Layanan yang baik pada peserta didik untuk mendapatkan wadah yang sesuai kebutuhan minat dan bakatnya merupakan suatu contoh pemenuhan kebutuhan bagi peserta didik. Pelayanan terhadap peserta didik yang kemudian di sekolah dikenal dengan manajemen kesiswaan, merupakan suatu pengaturan yang berkaitan dengan peserta didik di segala aktivitasnya selama menjalani proses pendidikan. Wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan sebagai pendukung utama terlaksananya manajemen kesiswaan di suatu sekolah. Memiliki peran dalam rangka mewujudkan prestasi sekolah. MTs Negeri Surakarta 1 merupakan salah satu sekolah berbasis Islam yang memiliki prestasi yang baik dalam bidang akademik maupun non akademik. Tujuan: Mendiskripsikan strategi manajemen kesiswaan yang diterapkan dan pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan dalam menigkatkan prestasi sekolah. Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan data kualitatif yakni dalam bentuk narasi bukan berupa angka dengan melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan display data. Selanjutnya ditarik kesimpulan dengan metode deduktif yaitu cara berpikir yang berangkat dari teori kemudian disesuaikan dengan data. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan prestasi ada tiga yakni mengikuti perlombaan, kegiatan bulan bahasa serta pengelolaan kegiatan. Ketiga strategi tersebut tidak lepas dari kerjasama dari seluruh pihak antara pihak internal dan eksternal madrasah yang kemudian membuahkan hasil yang baik dalam keikusertaannya diajang perlombaan. Kemudian dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan manajemen kesiswaan memiliki beberapa kegiatan yang cukup banyak dimulai dari awal masuk peserta didik hingga peserta didik tamat dalam belajarnya, diantaranya penerimaan peserta didik baru, masa ta’aruf siswa madrasah , spritual building training, latihan dasar kepemimpinan , ekstrakurikuler, pentas seni siswa, manasik haji, bimbingan olimpiade, kelulusan dan alumni dan layanan khusus penunjang peserta didik, seperti asrama, bimbingan konseling, dan layanan kesehatan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan praktik atau pelaksanaan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 1  Surakarta; (2) menganalisis praktik-praktik kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berbasis Religi di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta.Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode indept interviewing, metode observasi, dan metode dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan cara pengamatan yang terus-menerus, trianggulasi, serta membicarakan dengan orang lain atau rekan sejawat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan. Pertama, praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta dilakukan dengan jalan berupaya memberikan motivasi, memberi contoh, membagi tugas sesuai bidangnya dan melakukan supervisi, dan menanamkan pengaruh kepada guru untuk mendukung setiap kebijakan sekolah. Hubungan dengan masyarakat dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan bersilaturahmi, saling membantu, berupaya menjaga hubungan baik dengan warga sekolah dengan masyarakat dalam rangka dakwah amar makruf nahi mungkar. Kepala sekolah sebagai figur panutan masyarakat berusaha untuk selalu menjadi uswah hasanah dan meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian, pedagogik maupun sosialnya. Kedua, praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis religi, dilakukan dengan cara memberikan bimbingan cara mengajar yang benar dengan mempersiapkan RPP yang dibuat sendiri, menyusun dan mengembangkan silabus, mengadakan workshop, seminar dan menanamkan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Kepala sekolah juga menekankan bahwa tugas yang diberikan kepada guru adalah merupakan amanah dari Allah SWT. Setiap melaksanakan tugas sebagai kepala sekolah dilakukannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan individu yang santun, ramah dan sabar, serta memberikan contoh perilaku yang baik, dan menekankan pada aspek pengaruh dan menanamkan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman dalam rangka untuk dakwah amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the policy of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta, which obliges the use of mobile phones by students to support communication and learning in school. However, this policy has given rise to risks and challenges due to the excessive use of mobile phones by students at their adolescent age, particularly impacting their social behavior. The aim of this study is to investigate the impacts arising from the use of mobile phones on the social behavior of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, considered suitable for uncovering issues related to mobile phone usage and its impact on the social behavior of students. Data collection techniques in this research involve interviews, observations, and documentation. The data is then analyzed through four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that mobile phone usage can diminish the quality of students' social interactions, leading to indifference and unresponsiveness to their environment, causing emotional instability that makes them prone to aggressive behavior, fostering cheating behavior during examinations, and giving rise to cases of cyberbullying. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of prudent management regarding mobile phone usage among students to mitigate the negative impacts that arise in shaping positive social behavior in the current digital era. Keywords: Adolescent Students, Mobile Phone usage, Social Behavior Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kebijakan SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta yang mengharuskan penggunaan Handphone oleh peserta didik dalam menunjang komunikasi dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Namun, dari kebijakan tersebut menimbulkan resiko dan tantangan akibat penggunaan handphone yang berlebihan oleh peserta didik di usia mereka yang masih remaja khususnya pada perilaku sosial mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat penggunaan handphone terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik di SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dianggap cocok untuk mengungkap masalah penggunaan Handphone dan dampaknya terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik. Teknik Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian di analisis melalui empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Handphone dapat menurunkan kualitas interaksi sosial peserta didik yang membuatnya acuh tak acuh terhadap lingkungan dan tidak responsif, menyebabkan ketidakstabilan emosi yang menyebabkan mereka cenderung berperilaku agresif, munculnya perilaku kecurangan saat ujian, dan timbulnya kasus Cyberbullying. Keseluruhan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan yang bijak terkait penggunaan Handphone di kalangan peserta didik untuk memitigasi dampak negatif yang timbul dalam membentuk perilaku sosial yang positif di era digital saat ini. Abstract

Every change aims to create new things that lead to success. Digital assessment offers a number of advantages that can be utilized in both synchronous and asynchronous classroom contexts, with the aim of improving the implementation of assessments to be more accurate and efficient. Improving the education system, one of which is through changes to the curriculum and assessments, is expected to support the development of intelligence in the evolution of education. Assessment in the Independent Curriculum is considered an assessment function which aims to identify students' characteristics, potential and learning achievements (outcomes). This assessment is designed to directly identify students' learning needs and observe their progress in absorbing the lessons taught by the teacher. Existing learning assessment models vary greatly, and this research adopts a phenomenological approach with descriptive qualitative methods. The research results show that there are seven learning assessment models, each with different uses and functions that are adapted to the needs of students. These models provide various ways that can be used by teachers to support learning assessments according to the individual needs of students. In general, learning assessments in the Independent Curriculum can be divided into two main categories, namely formative assessments and summative assessments. This research aims to identify competency assessment models offered in the context of the Independent Curriculum. The conclusion of this research is that these assessment models play a role in supporting student development and introduce various methods that can be used in implementing student development assessments, in accordance with the objectives of the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of social workers in handling maladaptive behavior in children at PSAA Putra Utama 2 North Jakarta" This research is descriptive analysis. The objectives are (1) to find out the problem of maladaptive behavior of children in social institutions; (2) to determine the role of social workers in dealing with maladaptive behavior of children in social institutions; (3) to find out the results of the implementation of the role of social workers in dealing with maladaptive behavior of children in social institutions. Maladaptive behavior is bad behavior displayed by someone that is not in accordance with the environment or what is desired by the community where the person lives. This can happen because of a person's inability to interpret something that happens to him. Through this research, it is hoped that it can contribute ideas in enriching the concept of social work practice, especially regarding social work interventions in dealing with children's maladaptive behavior and can contribute ideas to solving problems related to children's maladaptive behavior.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional sehingga memerlukan strategi pemasaran yang efektif agar mampu bersaing di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process) terhadap keputusan pembelian bibit alpukat di UMKM “Bibit Buahku” Kota Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1-5 yang dibagikan kepada 110 responden, dipilih dengan teknik multi stage sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Product, Place, Promotion, dan Process berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan Price, People, dan Physical Evidence tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketujuh variabel berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,514, yang berarti 51,4% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh marketing mix 7P. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas produk, saluran distribusi yang mudah diakses, promosi yang efektif, serta proses pelayanan yang baik merupakan faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada sektor agribisnis digital.
