Pulutan Tourism Village develops and empowers the community, one of the innovative models developed is educational tourism based on experiential learning. The purpose of this study is to a) describe the management strategy in developing Pulutan Tourism based on experiential learning b) supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used an exploratory case study with the sample selected using a purposive sampling method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman is used to analyze the results, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Research result; a) the strategy is carried out starting from identifying the potential and objectives of Wista Education, designing educational programs, involving local communities, training and education, infrastructure and facilities, promotion, and evaluation and improvement. b) Supporting factors; Strategic Location, Relevant Education Program and Local Community Involvement. While the inhibiting factors namely; Lack of Resources and Funds, Lack of Education and Training and Climate Change.Keywords: development, tourism, tourist village, educational tour, experiential learning

Parents play a pivotal role in their children's learning success, especially during home-based learning activities. As the primary figures in their children's lives, parents take on the role of co-learners, contributing significantly to the learning journey. The aim of this study is to identify the involvement of parents in supporting the learning of their children or elementary school student while at home. The research utilizes a descriptive method within a qualitative research design. The subjects of this study consist of five parents either fathers or mothers of elementary school students. Data collection is conducted through semi-structured interviews. The data analysis employs an interactive qualitative data analysis approach, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The research findings reveal that parents actively engage in tutoring, motivating, facilitating and assessing their children's learning activities. In conclusion, tutor, motivator, facilitator and assessor are the roles that reflects the diverse ways parents contribute to their children's success in learning settings at home.

This research is to explore the information about; 1 How much the environment in which learning support programs providing KPP in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Fabric cooperation partner organizations organizer unit KPP with relevant agencies to support the implementation of KPP programs, residents learn the characteristics KPP programs in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, the characteristics of educators KPP programs in the energy characteristics of the Special Region of KPP program, the availability of facilities and educational infrastructure at partner institutions organizers KPP program in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2). Implementation of learning in the program organizers partner agencies in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta of KPP. Include factors that support the implementation of learning programs at partner institutions KPP program organizers, the factors that hinder the implementation of learning programs at partner institutions KPP program providers in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, 3) benefits that have been obtained after a citizen study KPP program and how many graduates of the program KPP is absorbed in the business world. This research is an evaluation study with descriptive qualitative approach. Subject of this research is the program organizer KPP, Instructor program, residents or students studying and working partner of LPK Desanta Yogyakarta, LPK Bina Karya and LPK MaCell Education Center. Research conducted in may until September 2009, techniques of data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Engineering data analysis is done by stages of data reduction, data display phase and stage of collection and verification decisions. Validity of the data is carried out through trianggulasi source. The results showed: Organization of KPP either program conducted by the LPK Desanta Yogyakarta, LPK Bina Karya and LPK MaCell Educational Center begins with the identification of needs, which include labor, potential learners and educators, KPP program held for 3 months with the program specifically designed, with a comparison of theory and practice, 30: 70 as well as apprenticeship and placement of graduates, learning program specifically designed for KPP programs, supporting factor of this program is the support from government funds, available facilities and infrastructure, educators, and motivation of learners, Inhibiting factors derived from variations in learners' backgrounds, delays in fundraising. Viewed from the graduate program organized by KPP 3 LPK block that received funding grants from the department of Education, more than 80% absorbed in the world of work, general KPP program is very beneficial for the working world as well as to reduce unemployment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Merumuskan peta konsep tentang kebutuhan pelatihankepemimpinan pengurus organisasi kepemudaan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta; 2)Melakukan kegiatan pengembangan model pelatihan kepemimpinan pengurus organisasikepemudaan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahPenelitian dan Pengembangan (R & D) model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kebutuhan pelatihan kepemimpinan pengurusorganisasi kepemudaan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dapat dirumuskan sebagaiberikut: 1. Kebutuhan Pelatihan Keorganisasian, 2. Kebutuhan Pelatihan Instruktur; 3.Pelatihan Kader Inti dan Instruktur. 2) Pengembangan model pelatihan kepemimpinanpengurus organisasi kepemudaan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dapat dirumuskansebagai berikut: Model pelatihan diselenggarakan oleh organisasi kepemudaan mulai dariorientasi organisasi kepemudaan, Latihan Kepemimpinan Tingkat I, Suplemen 1, untukorganisasi kepemudaan tingkat kabupaten/kota. Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam meningkatan kemampuan kelompok sadar wisata (POKDARWIS). Kemampuan tersebut dalam hal mengelola obyek wisata kawasan karts, antara lain membangun kesadaran kelompok untuk memanfaatkan potensi wisata kawasan karst. Penelitian tindakan ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan tahapan penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran orang dewasa dan berbasis pengalaman. Kelompok sasaran adalah para pengurus dan anggota kelompok sadar wisata Desa Gebangharjo, Pracimantoro, Wonogiri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok sasaran mampu meningkatkan kesadaran memanfaatkan segala potensi yang ada di kawasan karst, memiliki sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola layanan jasa wisata kawasan karst, mampu mengenali potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan, dan mampu melihat upaya pengembangan program wisata yang prospektif di kawasan karst. Oleh karenanya, ke depan dibutuhkan tindakan pengembangan lain yang lebih memungkinkan kelompok sasaran dapat menerapkan sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki dalam kegiatan implementasi kepariwisataan.The capacity building of tourism concious groups in managing tourism in the karst regionThis action research aimed at increase the ability of tourism awareness group in managing the karts area tourism area; and build group awareness to exploit karst region tourism potential. This research was manifested in the form education and training which is includes stages: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up using adult-learning and experience-based approaches. The target group is the managers and members of the POKDARWIS in Gebangharjo Village, Pracimantoro, Wonogiri. The research result show that the target group able to increase awareness to utilize all potentials in karst area, possessing attitude, knowledge and skills of the target group in managing karst tourism service area, able to recognize the tourism potential that can be developed, and able to see innovatif program development efforts in the karst area. Therefore, another development action is needed that enables the target group to apply the attitudes, skills and knowledge possessed in the tourism implementation activities.
