Abstract

The main problem in this research is to determine the extent of the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Mahawarman Bandung Regency, both simultaneously and partially. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze transformational leadership, work motivation, and teacher performance, as well as the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Mahawarman Bandung Regency, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this research consists of teachers at SMA Mahawarman Bandung Regency. The sample in this research is 45 teachers. The data in this research is primary data, obtained from respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed by the author. The results of the data analysis conducted by the author show that simultaneously, transformational leadership and work motivation have a significant positive effect on teacher performance (F = 18.245; p < 0.001; R = 0.612; R² = 0.375). Partially, the standardized coefficient of transformational leadership (β = 0.287; p = 0.023) and work motivation (β = 0.198; p = 0.045) are significant. Teacher performance is influenced by transformational leadership and work motivation variables by 37.5% in a positive direction.

Abstract

Agar meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah maka petugas Back Office Bank BCA harus mendukung petugas Front Liner dengan baik. Namun dengan banyaknya data yang masih tersimpan manual di lembaran kertas dan buku tulis menyebabkan kinerja petugas Back Office kurang maksimal. Proses pencarian data menjadi kurang efektif dan tidak efisien sehingga waktu dalam melayani nasabah menjadi kurang cepat. Dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara maka untuk menyelesaikan kendala ini diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang dapat menyimpan data secara komputerisasi, sehingga data yang tersimpan diharapkan mampu menampilkan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan petugas Back Office.  Kata kunci: layanan, data, system, informasi,

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the basis for the Yogyakarta Religious Court Judges in making legal reasoning in granting dispensations for permission to underage marriage and find out the tendency of Yogyakarta Religious Court Judges to grant dispensations for underage marriage. The problem this research is what is the basis for the Yogyakarta Religious Court Judges in making legal reasoning in granting dispensations for underage marriage after the enctment of Law Number 16 of 2019, and why the Yogyakarta Religious Court Judges tend to grant dispensatons for marriage. This Research uses empirical legal research with an empirical and sociological approach. The data source of this research uses primary data through interviews and secondary data through library studies, document studies, and analysis qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the considerations of Yogyakarta Religious Court Judges in making legal reasoning are more likely to protecting children, but never consider how its relates to divorce data. The reason for the tendency of Yogyakarta Religious Court Judges to grant marriage dispensations is that only consider pity, only take one aspect of the maqasid sharia elements, namely the benefit of protecting children.

Abstract

Surau Nagari, khususnya di Minangkabau, telah lama menjadi pilar penting dalam kehidupan sosial, keagamaan, dan budaya masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengkaji fungsi sosial Surau Nagari Lubuak Bauak di Batipuah Baruah, Sumatera Barat, yang telah menjadi bagian integral dari identitas lokal dan keagamaan. Meskipun surau secara tradisional berfungsi sebagai pusat ibadah, pendidikan agama dan adat, serta tempat musyawarah, peran sosialnya sering kali tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan sejarah dan sosial, didukung oleh wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh masyarakat dan pengamatan langsung, untuk menelusuri sejarah, fungsi awal, pergeseran peran, serta revitalisasi Surau Lubuak Bauak di tengah modernisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Surau Lubuak Bauak, yang didirikan antara tahun 1884-1901, awalnya berperan sebagai pusat pendidikan karakter pemuda, lembaga pendidikan Islam terkemuka, pusat musyawarah, dan benteng pelestarian budaya lokal. Namun, seiring waktu, fungsinya bergeser menjadi pusat kegiatan keagamaan yang lebih terbatas dan simbol sejarah serta objek wisata budaya. Meskipun demikian, surau ini telah merevitalisasi perannya sebagai penanda identitas kultural, pusat pendidikan Al-Qur'an dan karakter anak, ruang publik multifungsi untuk kegiatan komunitas, serta aset wisata budaya berbasis komunitas. Transformasi ini menunjukkan adaptasi Surau Lubuak Bauak dalam menjaga relevansinya di tengah tantangan zaman, sekaligus menegaskan pentingnya surau sebagai lembaga sosial yang dinamis dalam masyarakat Minangkabau

Abstract

Background: The use of information systems has become a crucial element in supporting organizational decision-making amidst the complexity of the business environment and demands for efficiency. Objective: This study aims to explore how information systems are utilized in organizational decision-making processes, as well as to identify the benefits, challenges, and factors contributing to their success. Methods: The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method in an organization that has implemented an integrated information system. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of internal organizational documents. Results: The results indicate that information systems play a significant role in improving decision quality by providing accurate, timely, and relevant data. However, the use of information systems has not been fully optimized due to limited user competency, resistance to change, and data integration constraints. Conclusion: This study provides a conceptual contribution to understanding the role of information systems in organizational decision-making and provides practical implications for system managers and organizational leaders in improving the effectiveness of information technology utilization.
