Abstract

Keberadaan laboratorium dalam pembelajaran Biologi sangat penting, hampir semua materi dalam pembelajaran biologi tersebut memanfaatkan laboratorium untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar. Tetapi tidak semua pengamatan, demonstrasi, maupun praktikum dapat dilaksanakan di laboratorium. Materi tentang sel, virus, metabolisme, prinsip-prinsip ekologi, imunologi, biologi molekuler dan lain-lain memerlukan laboratorium dengan biaya, peralatan, bahan dan antisipasi resiko kerja yang harus memenuhi standar. Keterbatasan inilah yang kadang membuat materi-materi tersebut tidak dapat diekperimenkan lebih lanjut di laboratorium. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut laboratorium virtual sebagai media pembelajaran dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif.

Abstract

Pada saat ini budidaya laut (maricultur) di perairan Bau-bau mengalami peningkatan, baik dari segi luas lahan maupun jenis budidaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1). Tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan Daya Dukung Lingkungan untuk pengembangan budidaya laut di perairan kota Baubau, Sulawesi Tenggara (2). Perubahan  kesesuaian dan daya dukung lingkungan untuk pengembangan budidaya laut berdasarkan perubahan parameter lingkungan dan (3). arah Pengembangan Budidaya Laut di perairan Baubau pada Lokasi yang tidak sesuai.  Penelitian dilakukan di perairan Bau-bau dan Sampel dianalisis di Laboratorium Laboratorium Kimia Oseanografi Jurusan Ilmu Kelautan Fakultas Ilmu Kelautan dan Perikanan Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan menggunakan metode survey dan pengukuran langsung di lapangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif yang dilaporkan dalam bentuk Tabel dan Gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah melalui analisis kesesuaian lahan dan daya dukung lahan, perairan Kota Bau Bau sesuai untuk budi daya keramba jaring apung 742,12 Ha dengan kapasitas lahan tersedia 593,70 Ha Estimasi unit budi daya ikan dalam keramba jaring apung 44.527 unit dengan prakiraan produksi 44.527,20 ton/tahun.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the influence of the type of learning model Active Learning Guided Note Taking with the use of Worksheet learners to the learning outcomes of students in tenth grade material biodiversity MA DDI AT-Taufiq Padaelo. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes are not using model Active Learning Type Guided Note Taking with the use of worksheets learners, to determine student learning outcomes by using model Active Learning Type Guided Note Taking (Note Guided) with the use of worksheets learners and to examine whether there is influence learning model Active Learning Guided Type Note Taking with the use of worksheets learners on the results of class X student MA DDI AT-Taufiq Padaelo.This research is a Quasi-Experimental Design, using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class X MA DDI AT-Taufiq Padaelo the academic year 2015/2016. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 42 people. The instrument used was a test. Processing techniques and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis.The research showed the average value of student learning outcomes using model Guided Note Taking (Note Guided) with the use of worksheets learners of = 61.67, while the average student learning outcomes that do not use Active learning models Guided Learning Type Note taking (Note Guided) with the use of worksheet learners of = 49.33. The results of inferential analysis of data using SPSS 20 indicates that the value obtained t 3.660> ttabel1,684 and significance (0.001 <0.05). It can be concluded that there is influence learning model Active Learning Guided type Note Taking (Note Guided) with the use of worksheets learners to the learning outcomes of students in tenth grade material biodiversity MA DDI AT-Taufiq Padaelo.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine microbiological knowledge of students of Biology Education Force 2013 Faculty of MT and Teaching UIN Alauddin Makassar (2) know the attitude of hygienic education students Biology Force 2013 Faculty of MT and Teaching UIN Alauddin Makassar (3) examine the relationship between knowledge of microbiology with hygienic attitudes students Force 2013 Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar.This study is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. This study used a population of 118 people drawn from all students of the Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar class of 2013. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling technique as much as 40 samples. When the study in March 2016. Data collection techniques used were a test to find out how knowledge of microbiology students Force 2013 Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar and questionnaires to find out how hygienic attitudes education students Force 2013 Biology Faculty of MT and Teaching UIN Alauddin Makassar.The results showed: (1) knowledge of microbiology students of the Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar class of 2013 were in the high category with an average score of 77. (2) hygienic attitudes of students of Biology Education and Teaching Faculty Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar force in p2013 were in both categories with an average score of 94. (3) there is a relationship between knowledge of microbiology with student hygienic attitude force in 2013 Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar with a contribution of 24.1% to the level of siginifikansi a = 0.05 (5 %) where rhitung (0.491)> rtabel (0.263).
