Abstract

Low interest in reading is a problem in achieving students' language skills, including reading skills which have many benefits in students' language development. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture created the School Literacy Movement (GLS) which is one step in instilling and growing student interest in reading. This study aims to analyze whether there is a relationship between the school literacy movement program and reading interest. The results of this study conclude that the school literacy movement has a significant positive relationship with students' reading interest. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of a simple correlation show a value of 0.628 so it can also be said that the better the school literacy movement, the higher the students' reading interest. The impact of this research is that the school literacy movement activity program can be an alternative to develop students' reading interest by providing reading material that is in accordance with their choices and interests through cultivating the school literacy ecosystem so that they become lifelong learners. Abstract

Abstract In learning fiqh, especially the Hajj chapter, theory is not enough to explore students' understanding but also requires practice and appropriate media to explain the material. This research aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of miniature learning media for Hajj rituals in Islamic jurisprudence subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The type of research used is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The research results showed that the effectiveness of miniature learning media for Hajj rituals was obtained from student learning outcomes through pre-test and post-test with an achievement of 0.71. So it can be concluded that the miniature Hajj learning media is effective for application in learning. This research has a positive impact, both on students and teachers, which functions as a tool used to channel learning messages from teachers to students which can stimulate students' thoughts, feelings, attention and enthusiasm so that they are effectively used in the learning process. Keywords: miniature learning media, Hajj rituals Abstrak Dalam pembelajaran fiqih terutama bab haji tidak cukup dengan teori untuk menggali pemahaman siswa melainkan juga memerlukan praktek serta media yang tepat untuk menjelaskan materi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji kelayakan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran miniatur untuk manasik haji pada mata Pelajaran fikih di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keefektifan media pembelajaran miniatur untuk manasik haji diperoleh dari hasil belajar siswa melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan perolehan 0,71. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran miniatur haji efektif untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini berdampak positif, baik terhadap peserta didik maupun terhadap guru, yang berfungsi sebagai alat yang digunakan untuk menyalurkan pesan-pesan pembelajaran dari guru kepada peserta didik yang dapat merangsang pikiran, perasaan, perhatian dan semangat peserta didik sehingga efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keabsahan perjanjian lisan dan akibat hukum yang timbul dari pembatalan perjanjian lisan sewa menyewa rumah dalam kasus di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris, dengan menggunakan hukum yang dikonsepkan untuk mengkaji fenomena sosial dalam kasus di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram untuk observasi dan wawancara sebagai data primer dan studi dokumen sebagai data sekunder. Setelah data terkumpul, selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perjanjian dalam bentuk lisan ataupun tertulis merupakan kebebasan yang dijamin asas kebebasan berkontrak asalkan merujuk berdasarkan Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata mengenai syarat sah perjanjian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa (1) Perjanjian yang sah merupakan undang-undang yang mengikat bagi para pihak, untuk melakukan pembatalan harus melalui pengadilan dan pemutusan perjanjian secara sepihak sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Akbar dalam Kasus sewa menyewa rumah di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram terkualifikasi sebagai wanprestasi; (2) Akibat hukumnya yang timbul adalah pihak yang merasa dirugikan dapat melakukan upaya hukum dalam bentuk mediasi ataupun gugatan ke Pengadilan untuk mengklaim konpensasi dalam bentuk biaya, ganti rugi, dan bunga.

Abstract

Character cultivation is a critical component of educational systems worldwide. Character education needs to be instilled through curriculum frameworks that align with national educational goals by developing cultural values and national character. This research aims to describe and analyze the cultivation of students' religious character, identify supporting factors, and examine inhibiting factors in the cultivation of students' religious character through madrasah culture at an Islamic elementary school in Lamongan, East Java. This qualitative research collected data through observation, documentation, and interviews. The analysis employed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal that the cultivation of religious character in students based on madrasah culture is implemented through planning aspects, implementation (physical artifact layer, non-physical artifact layer or behavior, and verbal artifact layer or values and beliefs), and evaluation. Supporting factors in instilling religious character in students based on madrasah culture include supportive facilities and cooperation from the school community. The inhibiting factors in cultivating religious character in students based on madrasah culture are students' different family backgrounds and lack of parental support

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials in the form of interactive textbooks on the subject of Rukun Iman (the Five Pillars of Islam) for MIS NU students in Palangkaraya City. The motive for this study is the need for more contextual and relevant teaching resources on Aqidah Akhlak (Islamic beliefs and morals) in order to optimize students' understanding. The ADDIE development model, which includes the phases of needs analysis, product design, development, implementation, and evaluation, was used in this study. Validation was carried out by subject matter experts, design experts, and educators as practitioners to ensure the suitability of the product. Based on the validation results, subject matter experts and designers consistently rated the teaching materials as “very feasible” in terms of media functionality, visual appeal, and material completeness. Improved learning outcomes through pre- and post-tests, as well as a feasibility rate of 93.02%, were demonstrated during implementation in a field test with 30 second-grade students. Moderate to significant learning gains were shown by N-Gain analysis. The findings prove the effectiveness of interactive learning books in improving students' understanding of the Five Pillars of Islam and providing alternative teaching resources that are more interesting and easier to understand. It is hoped that this publication will serve as a guide for educators in Islamic elementary schools to maximize the teaching of Aqidah Akhlak.
