Abstract

Relasi alam dengan karya sastra telah melahirkan sebuah konsep tentang persoalan ekologi dalam sastra. Ekokritik menggambarkan hubungan antara manusia dengan lingkungan dalam segala aspek budaya, bahkan dapat menyelesaikan persoalan ekologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah nilai-nilai etika lingkungan yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerpen Rokat Tase’ karya Muna Masyari serta bagaimana pemanfaaannya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan data kutipan dalam teks cerpen yang memuat unsur lingkungan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan analisis ekokritik dengan model kajian etis, langkah penelitian terdiri dari pengumpulan data, meduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 5 nilai etika lingkungan, yakni sikap hormat terhadap alam, solidaritas kosmis, prinsip kasih sayang dan kepedulian terhadap alam, prinsip tidak merugikan, dan prinsip hidup sederhana dan selaras dengan alam. Sebagaimana tujuan pembelajaran sastra pada kelas X kurikulum Merdeka, yakni diharapkan siswa mampu mengaitkan dan menghayati nilai nilai yang terkandung di dalam karya sastra, maka nilai-nilai yang terdapat pada teks cerpen karya Muna Masyari dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar yang penting guna menjawab persoalan isu lingkungan yang sedang dihadapi manusia.

Abstract

In line with advances in telecommunications technology such as computer networks, software, and hardware, technological developments have accelerated very rapidly in the last few decades. This research was conducted to analysis on Arabic language learning based on digital sparkol videoscribe in MI Nurus Sholah Pamekasan students. A qualitative research approach was used in this study because the type of research used in this study was phenomenological, while the data that influenced the research results were descriptive. First, the application is so easy to obtain (how to acquire) and apply (how to use). Second, this application contains features that are so useful in the context of learning Arabic. Third, the application is familiar to students, so it is easy to recognize and understand. Fourth, the application of this Arabic learning application is able to support innovation in learning Arabic, reveal new insights, make self-learning more communicative, and then motivate everyone. The fifth contains the substance of the material content, which is represented in various visual, acoustic, and audiovisual formats with excellent color language capacity and object resolution

Abstract

Fulfillment of divorced children: Most fathers do not carry out their obligations to support their children and there are no sanctions for fathers who have carried out these obligations. This is the background to the issues raised, namely what are the legal sanctions for fathers who do not carry out their support obligations towards their children after divorce and what are the provisions on the father's support obligations towards children from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. This type of research is library research, with primary legal materials and secondary legal materials and then analyzed as expected based on normative descriptive analysis. From the results of this research, it shows that the legal sanctions for fathers who do not support their children after divorce from an Islamic legal perspective have disparity, namely the opinion of Hanafi scholars that the child's previous support becomes the father's debt even though the father is poor, so that by the time the father is able to then father must replace it. However, if the father is capable but refuses or even does not provide support for the child, the judge is obliged to force the father to pay the support. According to the opinion of the Syafi'i Hambali and Maliki Schools, the child's past documents are invalid unless there is a decision from a judge, whereas according to positive law in Indonesia, legal sanctions for a father who neglects his obligations, namely supporting children after divorce, can be subject to civil and criminal law sanctions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keabsahan perjanjian lisan dan akibat hukum yang timbul dari pembatalan perjanjian lisan sewa menyewa rumah dalam kasus di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris, dengan menggunakan hukum yang dikonsepkan untuk mengkaji fenomena sosial dalam kasus di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram untuk observasi dan wawancara sebagai data primer dan studi dokumen sebagai data sekunder. Setelah data terkumpul, selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perjanjian dalam bentuk lisan ataupun tertulis merupakan kebebasan yang dijamin asas kebebasan berkontrak asalkan merujuk berdasarkan Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata mengenai syarat sah perjanjian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa (1) Perjanjian yang sah merupakan undang-undang yang mengikat bagi para pihak, untuk melakukan pembatalan harus melalui pengadilan dan pemutusan perjanjian secara sepihak sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Akbar dalam Kasus sewa menyewa rumah di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang Permai, Kecamatan Ampenan, Kota Mataram terkualifikasi sebagai wanprestasi; (2) Akibat hukumnya yang timbul adalah pihak yang merasa dirugikan dapat melakukan upaya hukum dalam bentuk mediasi ataupun gugatan ke Pengadilan untuk mengklaim konpensasi dalam bentuk biaya, ganti rugi, dan bunga.

Abstract

Learning Arabic as a foreign language requires innovative efforts. Innovative efforts in learning Arabic are a challenge for educators to be able to develop students' intelligence. The diverse character of students is important to be able to mix and match learning methods. The delivery of material in learning must be able to pay attention to the diversity of intelligence of students. That's why in this study the researchers wanted to convey Arabic language learning innovations based on Multiple intelligence.

Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of gamification and interactive learning strategies in enhancing student engagement and language acquisition, addressing a critical gap in empirical evidence regarding their impact on motivation and achievement among language learners. Employing a qualitative approach, this study collected data through interview and classroom observations to know the students responses in using innovative method like gamification. The findings reveal that gamified elements, such as point scoring, competition, and interactive tasks, significantly boost student motivation and participation, leading to measurable improvements in language proficiency compared to traditional instructional methods. Furthermore, qualitative feedback from participants reveals that these tactics promote a more dynamic and supportive learning environment, which benefits both educators and students. Finally, the implications of this study advocate for the integration of gamification in language education curricula, suggesting that enhancing engagement through innovative teaching methods can foster greater language competency and readiness for communication challenges, influencing educational practices and policies in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to implement problem-based fiqh learning (PBL) through the Fathul Qarib book discussion activity at the Raudlatul Ulum 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School, and to analyze its impact on the involvement of students in learning. The problem-based learning model (PBL) is applied in the form of student deliberations that raise real problems and find solutions based on fiqh arguments. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, which are explained thematically. The results of the study indicate that the application of PBL in fiqh discussions encourages increased fiqh skills, learning independence, discussion ethics, and students' self-confidence. Students not only understand the text of the book passively, but actively bring up contextual problems, formulate solutions based on arguments, and discuss with manners. Thus, this learning model is effective in forming a scientific culture and affective attitude of students, and is relevant to be developed as a pedagogical approach in the Islamic boarding school environmen.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a picture storybook based on the local wisdom of Song Osong Lombhung (cooperative character) and determine the effectiveness of its use. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model. The participants comprised 17 fourth-grade students from MI Al-Azhar. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The expert validation results indicated a high level of validity, with an average score of 91.3%, categorizing the product as highly feasible. Student responses also demonstrated a positive reception, with an attractiveness rating of 81.8%. Furthermore, statistical analysis revealed significant improvement in students' cooperative behavior, with the average post-test score increasing from 68.3 to 84.7. The N-Gain score of 59.8% indicated a moderate level of effectiveness. The findings suggest that the developed picture storybook is appropriate and effective in enhancing cooperative character education, integrating local cultural values relevant to the student's socio-cultural environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas metode Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sebuah sekolah menengah kejuruan di Indonesia. Menanggapi kurangnya keterlibatan siswa yang diamati, sebuah penelitian tindakan kelas dilakukan dengan melibatkan 43 siswa laki-laki dari Kelas X TKJ di SMK Nurul Hidayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan substansial dalam minat siswa: skor observasi meningkat dari 58% pada Siklus I menjadi 96% pada Siklus II, sementara hasil kuesioner meningkat dari rata-rata pra-intervensi sebesar 47,1% menjadi 80% pada siklus akhir. Dimensi-dimensi kunci seperti antusiasme, perhatian, partisipasi, dan keterlibatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode TGT tidak hanya menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif dan kompetitif, tetapi juga secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pelajaran IRE. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penelitian yang terus berkembang mengenai strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dalam pendidi kan agama dan menawarkan implikasi praktis untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam mata pelajaran yang secara tradisional kurang disukai. To address the low initial engagement observed, classroom action research involving 43 male students from Class X TKJ at SMK Nurul Hidayah was conducted using the Kemmis and McTaggart model across two cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were gathered through observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analysed using mixed qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed a significant increase in student engagement: observation scores improved from 58% to 96%, while questionnaire results rose from a pre-intervention average of 47.1% to 80%. The TGT method fostered an engaging and collaborative classroom atmosphere, significantly boosting students’ motivation and active participation. These findings support the application of cooperative learning strategies in religious education and offer practical implications for increasing engagement in subjects often perceived as less appealing.
