<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi selama covid-19 di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu return saham, harga emas, tingkat suku bunga dan IHSG secara simultan dan secara parsial serta menguji perbedaan kinerja saham sebelum dan disaat pandemi covid-19 dengan membandingkan comulative abnormal return (CAR) sebelum dan disaat pandemi covid-19. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan subsektor makanan dan minumam. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara simultan variabel return saham, harga emas, tingkat suku bunga dan IHSG memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, secara parsial return dan IHSG memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, Harga emas dan tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Berdasarkan uji paired samples Test terdapat perbedaan comulative abnormal return sebelum dan disaat pandemi covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Menjamurnya pedagang kuliner kaki Lima di sepanjang jalan hampir di semua kota merupakan suatu indikasi semakin berkembangnya usaha mikro kecil yang telah terbukti berkontribusi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun dengan semakin pesatnya persaingan antara yang bermodal kuat dan lemah, antara tradisional dan westernisasi, menyebabkan pedagang kali lima tersebut harus berani berinovasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan program kemitraan dengan pedagang kaki lima kuliner yang berada di Jalan Jendral Sudirman Thehok Kotamadya Jambi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu agar para pedagang kaki lima memilki pemahaman tentang tentang pentingnya berinovasi, menawarkan berbagai strategi dalam berinovasi, memberikan percontohan menjaga hyginietas makanan, memberikan pelatihan tentang pelayanan kepada pelanggan dan memperkenalkan pemasaran on line baik untuk promosi maupun untuk penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan diakhiri dengan pemberian bahan baku untuk melakukan inovasi produk. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa pemahaman dan perluasan wawasan tentang pentingnya berinovasi baik dari segi keragaman rasa, rupa dan sikap dalam melayani.sehingga dapat terus meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan peningkatan omzet penjualan melalui inovasi berkelanjutan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain a description of small and medium industries in the area of regional culinary Sarolangun, internal and external factors and formulate strategies to develop the industry to become a creative industry. The method that is used SWOT analysis, descriptive and qualitative analysis. Based on the research result found that the culinary that can be developed is coconut bread, dodol, kipang cake and curry fish curry fish. The weakness of internal factors lies in working capital, human resources, and external factors lie in marketing and institutional. The recommended strategy is to turn around. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of fuel prices on profitability with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable in the mining industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016 period. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS), which aims to predict the relationship between variables. Measurement model used validity and reliability, while the structural model used to test causality. The results of this study indicate that the price of fuel oil has no significant effect on the profitability of the company. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable can affect the relationship of the price of fuel on profitability.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the performance of MSMEs in tourist areas in Jambi Province by integrating innovation models and recovery strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in several main tourist areas in Jambi Province. The population in this study were all MSME entrepreneurs in the selected tourist area, with a sample of 151 entrepreneurs. The data is sourced from interviews (questionnaire-based) with MSME entrepreneurs and in-depth interviews with MSME entrepreneurs, the Jambi Provincial Tourism Office, and the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Office. The data were analyzed with the SEM-PLS analysis tool. The analysis found that competitive strategy and innovation positively affected the productivity of MSMEs. Likewise, productivity has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. Furthermore, there are three main strategies to recover the MSME business: digitizing business, controlling and assessing supply chains, and utilizing business assistance from the government.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to provide an understanding of knowledge management, budget planning models, lecture performance and innovation at universities in Jambi Province. This study adopted an inferential research design. This study was a cross-sectional survey study. The data were collected from 485 lecturers at 3 universities in Jambi province. This study used a structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that 1) budget planning models (BPM) affect performance lecturer and innovation, 2) knowledge management affects lecturer performance and innovation, 3) innovation affects lecturer performance, 4) budget planning models affect lecturer performance moderated by innovation, and 5) knowledge management affects the performance of lecturers mediated by innovation. In organizations that place greater emphasis on budgetary objectives by using budget planning models with greater flexibility, it is important to create an enabling atmosphere for leaders of both universities and faculties to maximize the effectiveness of evaluation and monitoring.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan dimediasi komitmen organisasi pada juru pelihara dan satuan pengamanan (satpam). Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan Cagar Budaya Muara Jambi, subjek penelitian yaitu berjumlah 70 orang. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan, komitmen organisasi dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dalam pengumpulan datanya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, pelatihan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan pelatihan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dimediasi komitmen organisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Kenaikan inflasi pasca pandemi mencapai 6%, tingkat suku bunga acuan Bank Indonesia yang sudah mengalami kenaikan, isu resesi global tahun 2023 yang disebabkan tingginya inflasi, kenaikan suku bunga yang agresif dan kondisi geopolitik serta ekonomi dunia. Indeks kinerja saham sector property dan real estate yang masih mengalami penurunan hingga tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, tingkat suku bunga dan isu resesi terhadap kinerja saham sector property dan real estate di Bursa efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini kuatitaif dekskriftip menggunakan regresi liner berganda dengan variable dependen kinerja saham perusahaan sector property dan real estate, variable independen inflasi, suku bunga dan isu resesi global. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance with innovative work behavior as a mediating variable for employees of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Muaro Jambi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method, and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population is 47 employees of the State Civil Apparatus and Honorary Employees of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Muaro Jambi Regency. Technical Data Analysis using Partial Least Sguare (PLS). The results of the study found that (1) transformational leadership affects employee performance, (2) work motivation affects employee performance, (3) transformational leadership affects innovative work behavior, (4) work motivation affects innovative work behavior, (5) leadership Transformational effect on employee performance is mediated by innovative work behavior and (6) work motivation affects employee performance mediated by innovative work behavior. The suggestions in this study are that in order to apply Transformational Leadership in an organization, it is necessary to pay attention to the way leaders communicate with their subordinates and improve good relations with subordinates. And it is also suggested to the Education and Training Center to include Transformational Leadership material in Leadership Training III and IV.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and explain the economic creativity model for Single Parent. The research approach uses the Basic qualitative research approach. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and observation by interviewing 26 key informants who live in the villages of Muara Kumpeh, Pudak, Kasang Pudak, Lopak Alai and Sumber Jaya, namely member villages of PUDAK Sandang Pangan Terpadu (PUDAK SAPADU). The data analysis tool uses ATLAS.ti software (CAQDAS / Computer-Aided Qualitative Data Analysis Software program). The results of the study determine that the integrative hybrid model is a single parent creative economic empowerment pattern. The results of the analysis found that the creative pattern of the single parent economy has three models, namely new businesses, single parent businesses and millennial businesses. The research implications of limited capital, ability, and level of education are taken into consideration by single parents in determining business patterns.]]>
