Abstract

The student study period is one of the important aspects to measure the quality of a higher education institution. The length of the student study period can be assumed to come from internal factors and external factors, so it is necessary to conduct research that aims to identify and model the factors that affect the student study period. The method used in this research is logistic regression and the data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The target of this research is aimed at alumni students from the Mathematics Study Programme of Udayana University from 2011 to 2019. In this study, the best model produced has a classification accuracy of 98.17% and the independent variables that have a significant effect on the study period are gender, tuition fees and interest in majors.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses several previous studies as the main focus in exploring in more depth the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed to Wulling leaders and employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data distributed using an online questionnaire instrument contains 4 statements out of 16 statements on the dependent variable, 6 questions, the independent variable, 6 questions, and the moderate variable, 4 questions. The data must go through several stages first, starting with the validity test, reliability test and path coefficient. From the characteristics of the explanation that the researcher describes, it can be seen that the analysis tool used is smart PLS 4.0. Thereult show that the CEO Power variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on the Company Performance variable because superior policies, superior power, superior networks, and superior behavior can change everything to the point that it has an impact. on Company Performance. The results that the researcher concluded were caused by the P-Values which were positive and were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Apart from that, the Good Corporate Governance variable can strengthen the influence of the CEO Power variable on company performance because good policies issued by the leadership are part of Good Corporate Governance and good governance is the result of good superior policies as well. This means that both Good Corporate Governance and CEO Power are two things that influence each other. The results that the researchers concluded were caused by the same thing because the P-Vlaues value was positive and was below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: CEO Power, Good Corporate Governance, Company Performance

Abstract

In the face of contemporary market uncertainties and challenges, the resilience of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is critical for their sustainability and growth. This study investigates the strategies that MSMEs can adopt to enhance their resilience, focusing on four key dimensions: strategic agility, operational resilience, financial resilience, and socio-emotional resilience. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews with MSME stakeholders. The findings reveal that strategic agility and operational resilience significantly contribute to MSME performance, enabling firms to adapt and maintain business continuity. Financial resilience also plays a crucial role, highlighting the importance of sound financial management and access to diverse funding sources. While socio-emotional resilience is less directly linked to performance outcomes, it is vital for fostering a supportive and innovative organizational culture. The study provides comprehensive insights and practical recommendations for MSMEs, policymakers, and practitioners to build resilient business practices and ensure sustainable growth.

Abstract

Diabetes is one of the non-communicable diseases that is considered dangerous due to its susceptibility to complications. This disease is caused by high blood sugar levels in a person's body, which makes the blood more alkaline and slows down the metabolic process. In this study, we observed 8 variables that are considered influential in diabetes and will build a regression model that can predict the response variable (y) through Logistic Regression Analysis. Logistic Regression Analysis is a statistical analysis method used to describe the relationship between a dependent variable with two or more categories and one or more independent variables that are categorical or continuous. Based on the results, the logistic regression model for factors influencing diabetes in the Indian Pima tribe includes variables such as number of pregnancies, glucose level, blood pressure, body mass index, and diabetes pedigree function

Abstract

Strategic management accounting transformation is becoming increasingly important in the era of digitalization, where companies are required to adapt to technological developments in order to improve efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness. This research aims to analyze how strategic management accounting transformation can support innovation and competitive advantage in the digitalization era. In addition, this research also identifies challenges and success factors in the implementation of digital technology in strategic management accounting. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method in several companies that have implemented digital-based strategic management accounting. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with finance managers, strategy managers, and innovation teams, as well as observations of the implementation of digital technology in the accounting system. Data analysis was conducted using thematic and comparative approaches to identify the main patterns in the transformation of strategic management accounting. The results show that digitization in strategic management accounting improves operational efficiency, transparency of financial information, and supports innovation by providing more accurate and real-time financial data. However, the study also identified key challenges in this transformation, such as employee resistance to technological change and high investment costs. In addition, top management support and human resource readiness are key factors in the successful implementation of digital technology in strategic management accounting. The implications of this study suggest that companies looking to improve competitiveness through digital transformation in management accounting need to invest in technology, employee training, as well as the development of policies that support innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the extent to which the implementation of strategic management accounting can optimize corporate financial decision-making. In an increasingly competitive and complex business environment, accurate and data-driven decision-making has become a crucial need for every organization. In this study, strategic management accounting is formulated through three main variables: Strategic Planning, Value Chain Analysis, and the Balanced Scorecard. This research adopts a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique, conducted through the SmartPLS software. The study involved 109 respondents consisting of financial managers and accounting staff from various companies. The results indicate that all three variables have a positive and significant influence on financial decision-making, with the Balanced Scorecard emerging as the most dominant variable. These findings emphasize the importance of applying a strategic framework in management accounting to improve the quality of financial information, operational efficiency, and accuracy in formulating financial policies. This research provides practical contributions for company management in adopting strategic management accounting-based financial decision-making strategies comprehensively and sustainably.
