Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the high level of learning wisdom in following the program in PKBM Insan Cendekia in Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem in this research is how high the level of learning of citizens in education lessons in PKBM Insan Cendekia Pekanbaru City. After this research is conducted, it is expected to improve the discipline of citizens learning PKBM Insan Cendekia from the discipline of learning citizens in education at PKBM Insan Cendekia Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling that is sample determination technique used as sample (Sugiyono, 2015: 124). Technique of taking data in this research is by using questionnaire as method data, which discuss 114 item statement. After a questionnaire was proven, 9 items were invalid. Data were obtained from respondents who lied 20 people for questionnaire trials. So to research item 105 statement propagated to 43 respondents. The results of data analysis show that the discipline of learning in the education of PKBM Insan Cendekia Pekanbaru City of authoritarian discipline classified in very high interpretation dengon average score of 83.28% average. PKBM Insan Cendekia's parties are more akin to authoritarian authority. Citizens who use the existing rules because there will be punishment or punishment obtained due to regulations. Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of management increase peoples interest in reading. Because efforts management increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The formulation of a problem of this research is how high management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to find management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The population in research has reached 52 people. So research sample areas 32 people and the other 20 a test sample of trying to, simple sample that is used is the simple sampling jenuh. An instrument data collection the survey with 54 a statement and if the trial live 49 statement valid for made instrument in research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The research management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru considered to be high, with the percentage of (SB+B) 70% on indicators of the quality of taking the responsible toward take over as coach of through the observance of aturan-aturan which have already been stipulated. While the lowest is with a percentage (SB+B) 62% in their indicators regarding the development of science and technology.Key words: Management efforts, Management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out Member Perceptions of the Leadership Style of the Executive Board of the Southern Tapanuli Student Association (Himatabagsel) Secretariat of Jalan Swakarya Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem of this research is What is Member Perceptions of Leadership Style of Management In The Southern Tapanuli Student Association (Himatabagsel) Secretariat of Jalan Swakarya Tampan Pekanbaru and Subdistrict. The population in this study were 115 people. To determine the sample of this study, researchers used Slovin formula with a sample size of 51 people. then the researchers determine the sample using simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling), and 20 people for the sample questionnaire test. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 43 statements and after the trial remaining 39 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Member Perceptions of Leadership Style of Management In The Southern Tapanuli Student Association (Himatabagsel) Secretariat of Jalan Swakarya Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru is the highest Democratic Leadership Style with percentage of 79.2%.Keywords: Leadership Style

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the non-cash food aid program (BPNT) of the Pekanbaru city social service in tackling poverty in Maharatu Sub-District, Marpoyan Damai District and what are the benefits. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the non-cash food aid program (BPNT) of the Pekanbaru city social service in tackling poverty in Maharatu Sub-District, Marpoyan Damai Sub-district and what the benefits were. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 6 people, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis carried out can be concluded the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT), namely the implementation mechanism, control and inhibiting factors.Key Words: Implementation, Program, BPNT, Poverty

Abstract: Research it is based on on with discipline a child in the study in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Because discipline is an attitude willingness and mutual consent someone to adhere and obey norms regulations around. The formulation of a problem of this research is how high in jakarta the success of discipline a child study in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to know discipline a child in participated in the ppa are continuing their studies in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Population in this study as many as 50 people learn. Then the researcher determine samples from 55 people for research in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru and 20 people to of the tryouts in MDA Alwahidin with using a technique sampling jenuh. Invest in e instruments of data collection other of any economic indicators muamalat ran into financial difficulties with 55 a statement and if the trial live 51 statement mainly devoted to attacking valid for in could have made some of the research done by the instrument. The data analysis support for new through a descriptive analysis quantitative. The outcome of the findings the research indicated that discipline a child in their activities to get are continuing their studies in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru most were high unflinching in do their tasks, with a percentage (SS+S) 80 %. Abstract

Abstrack: The problem in this research is: What is the attitude of parents of children who do not continue their education to a higher level. This study aims: To determine the attitude of parents of children who do not continue their education to a higher level. This research is deskrpitif with a quantitative approach, this method aims to provide a systematic overview of the state of the ongoing research on the object of the attitude of parents of children who do not melanjuttkan education to a higher level. Where the research is in the village of the District Inuman Bedeng Sikuran. The population in this study were parents in the village of the District Sikuran Bedeng Inuman, which amounted to 110 people, while a sample of 52 parents. The results showed that: Attitudes Parents of children who do not continue education to a higher level classified as Good. It is proved from the results of recapitulation of data, namely: 1.Komponen Cognitive respondents agreed amounted to 44.15%. 2. Affective component respondents saying Agree at 48.67% 3. Component Conative respondents agreed amounted to 45.05%.Keywords: Attitudes, Parents, Children, Education

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of KPM members in participation in the PKH study activities in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu district, Kampar District. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 50 people, namely KPM members with a random sampling technique according to the Slovenian formula. The technique to collect data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results of this study show that the participation in thinking is quite high, the participation of employees is quite high, the participation of real estate is quite high, the participation of the skills provided is quite high, social participation given as very close proximityKey Words: Participation, KPM members in following the PKH study.

Abstract

Abstrack: The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the analysis of entrepreneurial skills training programs on skin beauty training in the Learning Learning Studio (SKB) of Pekanbaru City, which covers the objectives of the program, students, educators, curriculum, facilities for learning and evaluation. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach aimed at knowing the analysis of educational training programs for entrepreneurial skills on skin training. This study consisted of one variable, namely the educational skills education program with 6 indicators, 18 sub-indicators. The subjects of this study were 7 people consisting of 2 key informants, 4 control persons and 1 observer-informant. Techniques used for data collection were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, display data and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurship skills training program organized by the Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center (SKB) with 6 indicators and 18 sub-indicators there are 3 sub-indicators that are not in compliance with the technical guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely 1) sub-indicator time mentor indicators, 3) sub-indicators practice room. In the sub-indicator of the implementation of theoretical and practical training, only 80 hours of lessons can be taken from 150 hours. In the mentoring sub-indicator, only one month is performed from the three-month period. While in the exercise room sub-indicator, the available space does not match the size of the number of students participating in the training, so that learning is not satisfactory. To overcome this incompatibility, managers and members of entrepreneurial skills training programs are expected to have a sense of responsibility in the performance of their duties, so that the program organized by the Pekanbaru City Learning Center for Students (SKB) is implemented and results in accordance with the technical guidelines for educational programs for entrepreneurial skills. The head of the Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center (SKB) is then hoped that the learning facilities will be equipped to create favorable and comfortable learning conditions.Key Words: Analysis, Program Entrepreneurial Skills Education, Training in Skin Beauty

Abstract

Abstrak: The formulation problem of this research is “How is The Work Motivation of Housewives on Fermented Soybean Home Industry at Kelurahan Labuh Baru Barat Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru”. This type of research is descriptive naturalistic with a qualitative approach to find out the work motivation of housewives on fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan payung sekaki kota pekanbaru. This research is consist of one variable that is work motivation with research indicator (1) Human relationships (2) working conditions (3) salary (4) Achievement (5) responsibility (6) Recognition. The subjects of this study are 6 people consisting of 2 core informants, 3 control informants, and 1 informant observer. Technique Data collection is by performing participatory observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, the findings of the data show that through the six indices, it is clear that things that work motivation of housewives on fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan paying sekaki kota pekanbaru is salary that earned to complete the whole family’s daily needs, food, and board. In addition, the human relationship can be concluded by the relationship of the workers together with well maintained environment, as well as with the responsibility toward work that always well maintained, so the result that obtained besides salary is recognition that given by manager or other people. Either praises or other achievements. Meanwhile, if you look at the work performance, only 1 informant that doesn’t have a good condition, it is due to informant condition being pregnant, make the working time become limited. Based on the results of the data, it can be concluded that work motivation of housewives on fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan paying sekaki kota pekanbaru has succeeded in doing good both directly and indirectly. This is indicated by none of obstacles in the field. Recommendation aimed to Government to be willing to invest for fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan paying sekaki kota pekanbaru for housewives who work on the business, in order to apply new ideas to create and develop fermented soybean home industry.Keywords: Work Motivation, Housewives, Fermented Soybean Home Industry

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine which parenting pattern is most dominantly applied by parents whose children attend school at SDN 001 Sawah Baru Kampa Subdistrict Kampar District. The formulation of the problem of this research is the most dominant parenting pattern applied by parents whose children go to school at SDN 001 Sawah Baru Kampa Kampar District. The population in this study were 55 people. So the researcher use saturated samples so that all the population sampled that is as many as 55 people, and 20 people for sample test questionnaire at SDN 002 Rambai Island Kampa District Kampar District. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 45 statements and after the trial there are 40 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the pattern of parents' care that their children go to SDN 001 Sawah Baru Kampa Kampar District is the most dominant of democratic parenting with a percentage of 70.8%.
