Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of research and development of learning model of pencak silat gymnastics for elementary school students. This research and development model is conducted to improve the creativity of physical education teachers in presenting learning materials. This research and development uses Research & Development (R & D) research method from Borg and Gall. Test the effectiveness of the model using the instrument of Physical Freshness Tests Indonesia (TKJI). Analysis of research data using t test with significance 0.05 analysis data obtained value average (Pretest): 13.17 and (Posttest): 16.03 with significance value: 0.00 <0.05 with significance 0.05 then Ho rejected. Based on the information, it can be concluded that the learning model of pencak silat (IF) for elementary school pupils developed can be applied effectively and efficiently so as to improve students' physical fitness. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan model pembelajaran senam pencak silat untuk murid Sekolah Dasar. Model penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas guru pendidikan jasmani dalam menyajikan materi pembelajaran pencak silat. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Resecarch & Development (R & D) dari Borg and Gall. Uji efektifitas model menggunakan instrument Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05 analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata (Pretest): 13.17 dan (Posttest): 16.03 dengan nilai signifikasi: 0.00 <0.05 dengan tariff signifikasi 0.05 maka Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan keterangan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran senam berbasis pencak silat untuk murid Sekolah Dasar yang dikembangkan dapat di aplikasikan secara efektif dan efesien sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesegaran jasmani siswa. Abstract

This research is motivated by giving assignments or training, only some children want to find answers to questions that are considered difficult for them. Students who do not want to try or are lazy to find answers, just answer carelessly so that student learning outcomes are still low. This study aims to determine the increase in student mathematics learning outcomes through cooperative learning strategies type Problem Based Learning (PBL) kelas VII C SMP Negeri 1 Koto Baru in the form of Lines and Angles. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The research data is in the form of information about the process and data on the results of the action obtained from observations and tests. Research subjects were teachers, researchers and students of class VII C, totaling 30 people.Students' mathematics learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) cooperative learning strategy in cycles I and II have increased, where the average value in the first cycle is 66.33 and the second cycle is 89.00. Thus it can be concluded that learning mathematics using the cooperative learning strategy type Problem Based Learning (PBL) can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII C students of SMP Negeri 1 Koto Baru.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Jemeluk and Penuktukan water which have good marine resources with different environmental conditions. Jemeluk beach has reef flat zone and Penuktukan beach has reef slope zone. The aim of this research is to determin the comunity structure of macroalgae in Jemeluk and Penuktukan beach. The data of macroalgae comunity structure collected, use quadratic transect method with a size of 1x1 m placed following the line transect on the coral reefs with macroalgae along 25 meter. Identification of macroalgae using identification books from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nation, The Living Marine Resources of the Western Central Pacific Volume 1: Seaweeds, Corals, Bivalves and Gastropods (FAO, 1998). The results showed that the percentages of macroalgae coverage in Jemeluk beach are found 6 genus of macroalgae with the highest percentage of coverage, density, and dominance of Halimeda (green algae). Simpson's dominance index in the Jemeluk waters is in a low dominance index and diversity is in the medium Shannon-Wiener diversity index. Furthermore Penuktukan beach found 5 genus of macroalgae with highest percentage of cover, density, and dominance by Gracilaria (red algae). Simpson's dominant index in this wates is in the low category and the macroalgae diversity from all stations was in the category of the medium Shannon-Wiener diversity index too.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity Ratio, Profitability ratio, and Leverage ratio on Financial Distress in Road Transportation Sub-Industry Transportation Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021 partially. The data used is secondary data from 2017-2021. The data obtained is then processed using the Eviews 12 analysis tool. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the liquidity ratio with a proxy (current ratio) has an effect on financial distress. Likewise, the profitability ratio with the return on assets (ROA) proxy has an effect on financial distress. While the leverage ratio with the debt to equity ratio (DER) proxy has an effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

The activeness of students in class is important for the success of learning in class. Student activity can be seen through the learning process carried out in class. In fact, grade VI students at an elementary school in Nias showed inactivity when distance learning was implemented. Therefore, we need a method that can build student activity in learning, one of which is the question and answer method. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the question and answer method to build student activity in distance learning. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the question and answer method was successful in building student activity in distance learning. Thus it can be concluded that the question and answer method can be applied in the classroom to build student activity during distance learning. The advice given is that teachers need to be more creative in applying the question-and-answer method, for example in the form of quizzes or in the form of games.

Abstract

Symbiotic corals are not only with zooxanthella but also with various microorganism communities, namely bacteria. The presence of bacteria on the reef acts as a nutrient provider for coral animals. One of the adaptations made by corals to environmental changes is by secreting mucus. Mucus provides living space for various types of bacteria. Acropora coral is one of the largest and most extensive coral builders in coral ecosystems, adaptable, and has a fast recovery rate from coral bleaching. The aimed of this study was to determined the bacterial community associated with A. horrida coral mucus. Bacterial identification was based on observations of colony morphological tests and biochemical tests. The results of this study showed that 6 isolates of A. horrida coral mucus bacteria on average have a round shape with a complete border, flat elevation, and white with a smooth texture. The six bacterial isolates showed negative results where there were no bubbles. The oxidase test results showed 3 negatives with no change in color and 3 positives with a change in color to violet. In the gram staining test, there were 2 gram-negative isolates and 4 gram-positive isolates. Characteristics of the six bacterial isolates associated with A. horrida coral mucus identified include the Micrococcaceae, Lactobacillaceae, Clostridiaceae, and Rhizobiaceae families. It was suspected that these bacteria are opportunistic, where the density will increase if there are pollutants into coral reef ecosystems such as organic matter and nitrogen which can increase their growth.

Abstract

Abstract— Biometric information systems have been widely used in the fields of government, shopping centers, education and even security, which offer biological authentication so that the system can recognize its users more quickly. The parts of the human body are identified by a biometric system that has unique and specific characteristics, one of which is the face. Adjustment of facial image deals with objects that are never the same, due to the parts that can change. These changes are caused by facial expressions, light intensity, shooting angle, or changes in facial accessories. With this, the same object with several differences must be recognized as the same object. In this study, the data used were 388 face images and the sata test consisted of 30 face images. Before the face is tested, preprocessing and feature extraction are carried out using the Haar Cascade Classifier and then detected using Eigenface and Fisherface. Based on the research results, the Fisherface method is an algorithm that is accurate and efficient compared to the Eigenface algorithm. The Fisherface algorithm has an accuracy of 88%. while the Eigenface method has an accuracy rate of 76%. Keywords – Haar Cascade Classifier, Eigenface, Fisherface,.

Abstract

Hard coral is the main constituent of the coral reef ecosystem and functions as shelter, nursery, and feeding ground for various marine macro- and microbiotas, such as bacteria in its mucus. Coral as the host may benefit from this partnership or receives detrimental effects since bacteria may turn into parasitic or pathogenic. Coral A. hyacinthus can be transplanted for ornamental coral. However, it is vulnerable to be infected by coral disease due to pathogenic bacteria if the water quality is poor. Therefore, this study was aimed to determined the community composition of bacteria associated with coral A. hyacinthus mucus. Corals A. hyacinthus were collected from the traditional coral transplantation in Patas village, Gerogak District, Buleleng Regency. Mucus were sampled from ± 5 cm fragment from 3 different coral colonies. Isolates were cultured in the Nutrient Agar medium. The identification of bacteria isolates was according to Biochemical Tests for Identification of Medical Bacteria 2nd edition. The identification of the isolates consisted of morphological and biochemical tests. The identification results found 10 isolates that consisted of Micrococcus sp. Pseudomonas sp., Flavobacterium sp. and Vibrio sp. However, the composition varied among the coral colonies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pooled data yaitu data dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2017 dalam laporan keuangan atau laporan tahunan perusahaan pertambangan yang diperoleh di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2012 sampai dengan 2017 adalah 47 perusahaan. Prosedur dalam pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 9 perusahaan pertambangan yang memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel. Rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ROA. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji f, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji t. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan variabel independen perputaran kas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dan perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan variabel independen perputaran persediaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

The bacteria Vibrio parahaemolyticus and V. campbellii are the pathogens of Vibriosis in various marine cultured organisms. Moreover, Aeromonas hydrophila is the pathogen of the Motile Aeromonad Septicemia (MAS) disease. Therefore, it is needed to inhibit these bacteria's activity. Studies showed that the extract of seaweed Kappaphycus alvarezii could hinder the growth of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria; however, the antibacterial activities against V. parahaemolyticus, V. campbellii, and Aeromonas hydrophila remain unknown. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the antibacterial activity, and the minimum inhibitory concentration of K. alvarezii extract against V. parahaemolyticus, V. campbellii, and A. hydrophila. K. alvarezii was collected from the cultured in the Geger Beach area, Badung Regency. The methanol K. alvarezii extracts with different concentrations (10, 5, 1, 0.05%) were dropped to the paper disk and placed on the bacterial tested cultures. Inhibition zone measurements were carried out every 6 hours during the 24-hour incubation period. Chloramphenicol and methanol were also tested as the positive and negative control, respectively. Results showed that the antibacterial activity was only demonstrated in 10% extract against V. campbellii with an inhibition zone of 12.5 mm.
