Abstract

The aim of the research is to find the identification of the potential of nature tourism, cultural tourism, and creativity of local communities of Kendran Village and determine the condition of the internal environment (as seen from the strengths and weaknesses) and external environment (as seen from the opportunities and threats) of Kendran Village. Since the development of creative economy based rural tourism is one of the attempts to open up the market share (market niche) that had not done yet.SWOT analysis method used in this research to explore the potential of the internal environment, such as Strengths, namely rice field scenery with jogging tracks, the preserved traditional culture as traditional Balinese architecture, sacred places, historical relics in the village area, the activities of the Balinese-Hinduism ceremonies, arts and cultures, as well as the hospitality of communities, and accessible areas. We found the Weaknesses on infrastructure, public facilities, lack of tourism programs along with its management, and lack of foreign languages including English. Likewise, on the external environment, they have the opportunities in location of Kendran Village, the popularity of rural tourism, increasing of tourists arrival who interested in culture & nature tourism, information and technological advances that supports the promotion of Kendran Village, the support of the Gianyar Government, the development of creative economy based tourism, and the Threats such as increased competition in tourism industry, lack of passion of rural life in young generations, the culture commercialization, and also the stability of political and security situation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pemuteran has tourism potential and stunning natural beauty. Pemuteran village communities have not been involved in tourism activities resulting maximum untapped tourist potential to the maximum, limited opportunity society are involved in tourism development, and creativity in tourism in the village. This research is objective to maximize the role of the community in various aspects of tourism development. The development of tourism is expected to: (1) empowering local communities; (2) diversification of rural tourism products; (3) demonstration model to develop green tourism; (4) produce a tourism product of high quality and competitiveness; (5) the development of a more responsible and sustainable tourism. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and technical documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis of IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT. The strategy resulted in the development of green tourism as an effort to increase community empowerment in economic activity in the village of Pemuteran is green tourism marketing strategy; Strategy creation and development of green tourism products; Strategy commitment and development of community-based tourism development in North Bali; The strategy for improving the quality of human resources through the mastery of information technology and entrepreneurship; Waste management strategy together and independently; Infrastructure development strategy based tourism green tourism; Strategy green tourism travel packages in Buleleng. Advice can be given is the importance of the commitment in the development of tourism development in North Bali-based green tourism; the need for management of solid waste management; the need for the identification and development of a tourist attraction; importance of improving the quality of human resources that are highly competitive; the importance of increasing public participation in the planning, implementation and monitoring of tourism development in the region.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian untuk Masyarakat di Desa Tampaksiring, Kecamatan Tampaksiring, Kabupaten Gianyar bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan partisipasi Sumber Daya Manusia dalam pembangunan desa wisata berbasis inovasi dan ekonomi kreatif sesuai dengan visi dan misi Desa Tampaksiring. Selain itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat sistem pengelolaan desa, karena masih minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan desa wisata yang terdapat di desa, lemahnya partisipasi SDM terhadap potensi wisata dan potensi budaya yang dimiliki. Metode pendekatan dengan model yang dilakukan meliputi: 1) Model Partisipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA); 2) Model Entrepreneurship Capacity Building (ECB); dan 3) Model Teknologi Transfer (TT). Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut diatas, beberapa rencana kegiatan yang diusulkan dalam pelaksanaan program Pengabdian untuk Masyarakat sebagai berikut: 1) Pelatihan penyusunan peraturan desa; 2) Pelatihan teknik memandu wisata bagi calon guide dan muda-mudi lokal di Desa Tampaksiring 3) Pelatihan manajemen pengolahan pangan ; 4) Pelatihan pembuatan souvenir khas untuk meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif di Desa Tampaksiring; 5) Membuat pelatihan kesehatan hewan; dan 6) Membuat Buku Panduan informasi tentang segala potensi wisata yang ada di Desa Tampaksiring dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Nowadays, tourism is a common thing done by anyone. In the digital era, there is a shift of tourists in traveling in terms of the use of travel agents in planning their trips. There are tourists who plan their trips independently and there are also tourists who continue to use travel agents in traveling. The level of satisfaction of tourists in using the services of travel agents and destinations that tourists choose to travel is important to know the factors that influence the level of tourist satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the level of satisfaction of tourists in using travel agents and choosing tourism destinations. This research was conducted in Bali by distributing questionnaires to tourists and interviewing informants. Data collected techniques with observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative, factor analysis, and Likert Scale technique. The number of samples was 400 tourists, consisting of 200 domestic tourists and 200 overseas tourists. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for evaluation and policy making for the government in tourism as an effort to increase the level of satisfaction and loyalty of tourists who travel to Bali.

Abstract

Bongan memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah yaitu gonda yang dapat dijadikan produk oleh-oleh. Saat ini tren wisata yang berkembang adalah wisatawan tidak hanya bisa membeli dan menikmati kuliner atau produk lokal tetapi juga turut serta dalam belajar mengolah dan membuat produk. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis potensi fasilitas wisata gonda di Grembengan dan mendesain fasilitas wisata gonda berkonsep ekowisata di Grembengan. Keberadaan sumber daya alam yang melimpah dan berada di alam, menjadikan tema ekowisata tepat diterapkan dalam perencanaan fasilitas wisata ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode desktiptif kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT, selanjutnya strategi yang didapat dianalisis ke dalam gambar perencanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dilihat dari aspek internal kekuatan yang dimiliki yaitu pada kawasan terdapat sawah dan produksi gonda yang melimpah, namun ada kelemahan yaitu daerah sekitar juga merupakan penghasil gonda. Peluang yang ada yaitu Grembengen memiliki lahan luas dan telah memiliki fasilitas pendukung dan atraksi air terjun. Ancaman yang ada yaitu alih fungsi lahan dan ketidakselarasan fasilitas yang dikembangkan dengan lingkungan dan budaya sekitar. Berdasarkan analisis potensi, didapat strategi: 1) Merencanakan fasilitas wisata ramah lingkungan dengan memaksimalkan potensi sawah dan air terjun (nilai konservasi), 2) Merencanakan fasilitas wisata yang unik dan berbeda (nilai edukasi dan wisata), 3) Perencanaan fasilitas wisata yang sesuai daya dukung, serta bentuk dan bahan bangunan selaras dengan lingkungan dan budaya setempat (nilai edukasi dan wisata), 4) Merencanakan fasilitas wisata yang mendukung partisipasi dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar (nilai partisipasi dan ekonomi).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dari dimensi green hotel dan manajemen pengelolaannya.di Sarinbuana Eco Lodge. Penelitian ini penting guna mendorong industri perhotelan untuk mengadaptasi langkah-langkah ramah lingkungan untuk keberlanjutan. Jenis dari ini penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara serta observasi mengacu pada Pedoman Pelaksanaan Green Hotel di Indonesia yang diterbitkan oleh Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif tahun 2016. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tehnik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil analisis dari wawancara yang peneliti telah lakukan dengan narasumber, implementasi green hotel di Sarinbuana Eco Lodge sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Sebagai suatu akomodasi, Sarinbuana Eco Lodge mampu menciptakan kesimbangan antara lingkungan, sosial serta ekonomi melalui penerapan dimensi-dimensi green hotel pada seluruh operasionalnya.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan wisata kuliner di Bali sudah mulai banyak di lirik dan menjadi salah satu tujuan orang berwisata ke Bali. Kuliner tradisional Bali selama ini yang terkenal adalah jenis makanan sedangkan untuk minuman belum begitu di ketahui oleh wisatawan padahal minuman tradisional Bali sangat banyak jenis dan ragamnya. Salah satu minuman tradisional Bali adalah Loloh. Loloh adalah ramuan herbal khas Bali yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan dan juga sebagai minuman segar pelepas dahaga. Salah satu loloh yang memiliki khasiat kesehatan dan juga melepas dahaga adalah loloh daun belimbing wuluh, daerah penghasil loloh daun belimbing wuluh dengan pengolahan tradisional di Bali berada di Kabupaten Tabanan tepatnya di Desa Beraban, Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur, Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan obsevasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif berupa teknik perekaman dengan kamera. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive yaitu informan terpercaya. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pembuat loloh belimbing wuluh di Desa Beraban, Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur, Kabupaten Tabanan. Teknik analisis data yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif Proses pengolahan loloh daun belimbing wuluh ini bisa di jadikan atraksi kuliner alternative di desa Beraban, Tabanan – Bali dengan keunggulan proses pengolahan yang masih di lakukan secara tradisional dan memiliki rasa yang khas serta bermanfaat untuk tubuh. Loloh daun belimbing wuluh ini bisa di promosikan pada wisatawan yang berkunjung ke desa Beraban Tabanan – Bali sebagai salah satu alternative atraksi wisata kuliner yang akan sangat bermanfaat bagi perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Abstract

Five Bali Aga (Old Balinese) tourist villages in Banjar District, North Bali, collaborated to promote their tourism potential through virtual tours two times during 2021 by bringing up different topics each time. This study analyses the process and the community involvement during implementation of virtual tour and also themes that were provided for the virtual tours. In collecting data, this qualitative study involved a literature review, participatory observation, and interviews. Data were analysed using marketing theory and community-based tourism theory. The analysis shows that Bali Aga tourist villages were very active in preparing attractions and conducting the virtual tours. This article contributes to our understanding that virtual tour as a new form of marketing communication in promoting tourist destination virtually. Moreover, virtual tours are not only for tourism promotion but are also useful for helping the community in maintaining their spirit to manage tourist attractions during the pandemic.

Abstract

The travel of tourists to a destination forms a pattern of tourist travel. Likewise, a tourist's journey during a trip has an influence on satisfaction and tourists in terms of the choice of destinations visited, memories made, joy in traveling, as well as the tendency to be more important between the chosen destinations compared to travel companions. This study aims to analyze the pattern of tourist travel and the index of tourist satisfaction with travel companions in traveling in Bali. This study uses a large sample with the Slovin formula for an error level of 4 percent. Questionnaires were distributed by accident to 600 tourists. Data were analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index and qualitative descriptive. The characteristics of tourists who travel to Bali are relatively young adults in terms of age and education and a high level of mastery of technology. Most tourists look for information on the internet in addition to recommendations from family and friends before tourists travel to Bali. This reflects that there has been a change in the use of travel services, media promotion, advertising and other prints. The pattern of door trips visiting Bali shows a spider web pattern, which is the first center (hub) pattern from entering tourist attractions spread across regencies/cities in Bali. The level of suitability of travel indicators in traveling in Bali shows that it is not appropriate or does not meet the expectations of tourists to Bali in general. Tourist satisfaction with travel companions in the index of traveling in Bali is 83.97 (very satisfied/appropriate). Keywords: travel patterns, travel companions, tourist satisfaction, Bali

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Denpasar City, especially in the Sanur and Pemogan areas. Activities in the form of marine processing packaging training and product promotion; packaging of processed mangrove products; ecotourism development training; and English training. The target groups for this activity are the Segara Agung Sanur Fishermen Group, the Pemogan Batu Lumbang Segara Guna Fisherman Group, the Mina Lestari Batu Lumbang Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) and the younger generation who are the sons and daughters of fishermen. Community empowerment aims to increase the productivity of the target group after being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The lives of the Balinese people, who mostly rely on the tourism sector, are in a very bad state which has an impact on all workers in the tourism sector and their families which affect the overall economic growth. The abundant fishery products are usually intended for restaurants and hotels in the form of fresh fish or seaweed. In a pandemic situation, the abundance of marine products cannot be marketed. The output of the activity is expected to increase the productivity of the fishing community after the pandemic, so that sustainable tourism development efforts can be realized.
