Abstract

Advanced  Oxidation  Processes  (AOPs)  is  one  of  the  methods  used  to  treat  organic  dye  waste. Powder-based  AOPs  as  photocatalyst  have  disadvantages  due  to  surface  adsorption  and agglomeration, thereby reducing the percentage of dye decomposition. In this study, the addition of  chemical  energy  (photo-Fenton-like)  and  ultrasonic  waves  (sono-photocatalyst)  in  the photocatalyst process was used to increase the activity of powder-based photocatalyst material as a  decomposer  of  Rhodamine  B  organic  dye.  The  photocatalyst  material  used  was  ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles synthesized using precipitation method with a calcination temperature of 700oC for 3 hours. The combination of light energy (4.69 eV) and chemical energy (44 meV) in the photo- Fenton-like process showed the highest percentage of Rhodamine B decomposition (70%). The use of  ultrasonic  energy  (28  meV)  in  the  sono-photocatalyst  process  increases  the  rate  of decomposition  of  RhB  by  2  times.  The  addition  of  chemical  energy  (44  meV)  increased  the photocatalyst activity of ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles on decomposition of RhB by 8 times. The results showed that the addition of chemical energy to the photocatalyst  activity of ZnFe2O4 was much more efficient than the addition of ultrasonic energy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPEMBUATAN RADIONUKLIDA MOLIBDENUM-99 (99Mo) HASIL AKTIVASI NEUTRON DARI MOLIBDENUM ALAM UNTUK MEMPEROLEH TEKNESIUM-99m (99mTc). Pembatasan penggunaan uranium sebagai target untuk produksi 99mTc menyebabkan rumah sakit di Indonesia  kesulitan mendapatkan pasokan 99mTc. Saat ini 99mTc diperoleh dari 99Mo hasil fisi (pembelahan uranium).  Pembuatan radionuklida 99Mo dari aktivasi neutron  molibdenum alam (MoO3) di teras reaktor G.A Siwabessy digunakan sebagai metode alternatif untuk memperoleh 99mTc. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pembuatan radionuklida 99Mo dari aktivasi neutron molibdenum alam untuk memperoleh 99mTc. Serbuk MoO3 alam sebanyak 5 gram dikemas dalam ampul kuarsa dan dimasukkan ke dalam inner capsul selanjutnya dikemas menggunakan outer capsul sebagai bahan target. Bahan target diiradiasi di reaktor G.A Siwabessy selama 100 jam. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh aktivitas  99Mo sebesar 65 % dari nilai maksimum yang dapat diperoleh. MoO3 paska iradiasi dilarutkan dengan NaOH 4 M sehingga diperoleh larutan natrium molibdat (Na2MoO4). Radionuklida 99Mo dan 99mTc diukur menggunakan spektrometer gamma. Radionuklida 99Mo terdeteksi dalam produk larutan  Na2MoO4 dengan  aktivitas jenis 99Mo yang diperoleh sebesar 0,81 Ci 99Mo/g Mo.  Radionuklida anak luruh 99mTc dipisahkan dari radionuklida induk 99Mo menggunakan kolom pemisah yang berisi material berbasis zirkonium (MBZ) sebagai penyerap 99Mo. Radionuklida 99mTc hasil pemisahan diperoleh dalam bentuk natrium pertehnetat (Na99mTcO4).dengan recovery yang masih rendah yaitu sekitar 52 hingga 71 %.Kata kunci: Molibdenum, teknesium, radionuklida, pemisahan, iradiasi. ABSTRACTPRODUCTION OF ACTIVATED  NEUTRON MOLYBDENUM-99 (99Mo) RADIONUCLIDE FROM NATURAL MOLYBDENUM TO OBTAIN TECHNETIUM-99m (99mTc).  Uranium usage restriction causes the hospitals in indonesia difficult to obtain the suply of  99mTc. At Present, 99mTc is obtanied from molybdenum as a uranium fission product. Production of 99Mo radionuclide resulted from neutron activated natural molybdenum (MoO3) in G.A Siwabessy reactor could be used  as a alternatif method for producing 99mTc. The aim of this research is synthesize of   99Mo radionuclide from neutron activated natural molybdenum  (MoO3) to obtain 99mTc. The five grams of  MoO3 powder was packed in a quartz ampule and inserted into inner capsule then also inserted into outer capsule as a target material. It was iradiated in G.A Siwabessy reactor for 100hours. Based on theoritical calculation, about 65 % of maximum 99Mo activity could be recovered. After Irradiation,  MoO3 was dissolved by NaOH 4 M solution so it was natrium molybdate (Na2MoO4) solution. 99Mo and 99mTc radionuclide were analyzed using gamma spectrometer. 99Mo radionuclide was detected on Na2MoO4 solution as product that had specific activity of 0.81 Ci 99Mo/ g Mo. 99mTc as daughter radionuclide was separated from 99Mo as parent radionuclide using separated column containing zirconium based material (ZBM) as 99Mo adsobent. 99mTc radionuclide has been succesfully separated using ZBM column although recovery of 99mTc  was quite low in which approximately 52 to 71 %. The 99mTc radionuclide was recovered in the form of sodium pertechnetate (NaTcO4) solution.Keywords: Molybdenum, technetium, radionuclide, separation, irradiation.

Abstract

Distance learning is not new to education, but it requires more dedication and initiative than the implementation of conventional education. Distance learning in lectures is the implementation of learning when students and lecturers cannot attend face to face at the same time in the campus lecture hall. One of the efforts to implement distance learning is to use interactive literacy activities. This study aims to examine that this era has implications for Indonesia as a country that wants to become a developed country, especially in education. This type of research is descriptive research in the literature. The results of the description discuss (1) Efforts to adapt natural science practicum learning according to the times; (2) Provision of teaching materials to support the tutorial interaction process in natural science practicum activities; and (3) Students' readiness in implementing natural science practicum in distance learning. This study highlights several theoretical and empirical contributions. It provides recommendations that the implementation of remote practicum through digital media and the use of materials available in the surrounding environment need interactive instruction support to support student practicum competencies

Abstract

Berbicara mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris, mayoritas siswa di sekolah tersebut masih terkendala penguasaan kosa kata untuk dapat memahami materi-materi yang diberikan. SMK Ar-Rahman adalah sebuah instansi pendidikan yang terletak di daerah pesisir pulau Gili Raja. Transaksi pembelajaran berlangsung lebih sulit dibandingkan instansi pendidikan di daratan. Kosa kata sebagai elemen terpenting dalam sebuah bahasa menjadi sangat penting untuk dikuasai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, untuk menguasai kosa kata ini siswa perlu diajarkan menggunakan sebuah metode yang menyenangkan, yaitu permainan anagram. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk memudahkan dan memberdayakan siswa dalam meningkatkan kosa kata dalam bahasa Inggris, juga untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi lisan siswa. Sedangkan manfaat PkM ini adalah meningkatnya penguasaan kosa kata dan keterampilan komunikasi lisan siswa SMK Ar-Rahman berbahasa Inggris siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah pelatihan berupa pemberian materi dengan pendekatan metode permainan anagram. Melalui PkM ini, didapatkan hasil bahwa dari 15 siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan, 12 diantaranya mendapatkan hasil positif yakni peningkatan kosa kata Bahasa Inggris, sedangkan tiga siswa tidak mendapatkan hasil signifikan.

Abstract

Inovatif behaviour is often related to creativities. Both of it is true, butbehavioral construct of creativity and inovatif have various difference. Its impactalmost at all of life area, do not aside from governance sector and also of publicorganisation applied by a leader specially District of Town of Sumenep. Focus ofthis research which will reach that is " to know leader of inovatif in the effortimproving service of public in Kecamatan Kota Sub-Province of Sumenep". Datawich used is primary data and of sekunder. Research subyek that is using keyinforman. Was gathered, hence technique analyse data conducted step by step:data reduction, presentation of phase and data of take a summary later;then alsodone authenticity of data. Conclusion of this research oriented its intention dutyof consistency of style or leader attitude of inovatif to improve service of public,relation orienting that is owning ability manage or construct officer in officedistrict of town in finishing work and also oriented change that meant by repair ofstrategic decision to environmental behavior, making change specially processarea, product, service, and its comitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the relationship between the Leadership of the School Principal and Work Motivation with the Performance of Elementary School Teachers in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is inferential statistical analysis using a quantitative approach with correlation testing. The population in this study consists of all teachers teaching at public elementary schools in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, with purposive sampling techniques used for the sample. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship with a positive and high correlation between the leadership of the school principal and work motivation with the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The leadership of the school principal is a strong factor that can achieve the school's goals, missions, objectives, and vision, which is carried out through planned, gradual, and sustainable programs. Maintaining and ensuring that teachers receive high motivation is deemed essential for creating quality human resources. The results of this study are expected to provide information to future researchers, especially those related to the leadership of school principals and motivation in relation to teacher performance.

Abstract

Supervision is an effort by leaders to help teachers to carry out their duties better. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant relationship between academic supervision and learning motivation, the significant relationship between academic supervision and learning outcomes, the significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes and the significant relationship between academic supervision and learning motivation and learning outcomes. The type of quantitative research uses a combination of ex-post facto methods and survey methods with a correlational approach. The subjects of the study were all principals and elementary school teachers in Region I of Bolano Regency, totaling 58 people and 5th grade elementary school students in Region I of Bolano Regency. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were correlation, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression and One Way Anova test. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision and student learning motivation with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.671 in a strong significance category of 0.000 <0.05, a calculated t value of 8.2674, there is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.865 in a very strong category with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated t value of 12.871 significant 0.000. The calculated F value of 165.667, there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.846 in a very strong category with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated t value of 12.004 significant 0.000. The calculated F value is 144.084 and there is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient (R2) of 87.40% and a calculated F value of 190.3364. So it can be concluded that the principal's academic supervision and learning motivation have a strong influence on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Cultural comics are one of the alternative reading materials to increase students' knowledge of learning related to the socio-cultural environment in the neighborhood. This study aims to develop media in the form  of cultural comics "Tonḍu' Majâng" that are interesting and educational for grade IV elementary school students to introduce the culture around the residence, especially the culture on Madura Island and find out the response of teachers and students after using this comic media. This research uses a research development approach or Research and Development (R & D) with a 4-D model proposed by tiagharajan, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The creation of cultural comics "Tonḍu' Majâng" uses applications in the form of canva, mediabangpaint and photoshop. This research involved 2 validators, namely material expert validators and media expert validators and conducted 2 trials consisting of limited trials with 5 research subjects and free trials with 8 research subjects. The results of this study showed that: (1) material validation resulted in scores with an average percentage of 98.5% and media validation with an average percentage of 92.5% and teacher responses with an average assessment of 89.5% and student responses during limited trials resulted in an average score of 88% and free trials produced an average percentage score of 96%. Therefore, the development of cultural comics is suitable for use in the learning process of grade IV Social Science material

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the transformation of the Digital Marketing curriculum on students' creativity in e-commerce and their awareness of digital security and ethics at distance learning universities. Involving 89 respondents across Indonesia, this research employed a quantitative approach and linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables. The results indicate a significant positive influence between the transformation of the Digital Marketing curriculum and students' creativity, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.78 and p-value < 0.05. This suggests that improving the quality of the curriculum can stimulate students' creativity in developing innovative marketing strategies. The study also reveals that curriculum transformation incorporating interactive modules and project-based simulations enhances students' awareness of digital security practices and ethics, aligning with previous research by Jones and Jones (2022) and Nwankwo and Ayoade (2022). Integrating ethical and security aspects into course materials helps students understand the importance of data privacy and responsible behavior in digital environments. These findings emphasize the need for the continuous development of a comprehensive Digital Marketing curriculum that includes practical, ethical, and creative approaches. The practical implications of this research direct universities to enrich their course content with real-world case projects, cybersecurity training, and collaboration with industry professionals to provide deeper insights. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing curricula that equip students not only with technical skills but also prepare them to become creative and responsible professionals in the digital era.
