Abstract

The research was conducted with purpose to know the factors, the effects,and the solutions of the field’s use conflict in Kampung Botung. This researchused qualitative descriptive method that have five respondents to representative ofkampung Botung society. To collected the data, researcher used observation,interview and dokumentation. From the research finding, it can be included thathuman is the creature that have many need in their life and it can be a reason whythe social conflict happen in the society. Based on the research, the social conflictof the field’s use happened in Kampung Botung society. Until now, this problemhave finished not because there were many individual importances. To solved thisproblem, the society used negotation and mediator, but it did not can solveeffectively. But, the two Kampung’s leader did not agreed so that the kampungBotung is seperated by two parts, kampung Botung Atas and Kampung BotungBawah.Key words : social conflict, field’s use.

Abstract

The increasing number of tourists defend on the hotel presence. In Pekanbaru, increased the number of guests visiting to Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru, it also affects to increased of laundry service. Laundry section need to apply work safety standard for employee. Work safety is all possibilities reduce accidents while staff works. This research aims to understand safety work in Mc Clean Laundry. This research is conducted by applying descriptive qualitative method based on data collection techniques as observation, deep interview, and documentation. Safety work cover report dangerous condition, obey the ban, operate on tools, handle risky items, saving all materials, and wear safety clothes. Based on the result of research that has been done, it can be included that operate safety work in Mc Clean Laundry is not according to standard. Keywords: Hotel, Laundry, Safety Work

Abstract

Marriage is a relationship between a man and a woman who is legally recognized as a husband and wife with the desire to form a happy and eternal household based on the provisions of the Almighty God. In the Pangean people they carry customs that are not the same as those of most marriages and this difference creates a contradiction between the ulama and adat leaders, which strictly prohibits the occurrence of inter-ethnic marriage. There are 3 custom marriage systems, namely Exogamy, Endogamy and Eleuropogamy. The pangean community in Exogami, where a man is prohibited from marrying a woman who is of the same tribe with him. Inter-ethnic marriages are not prohibited in the Qur'an, nor is there any disadvantage in the hadiths that are prohibited according to the customs in the Pangean community. The research method used in this research is field research immediately descending the community so as to obtain clear information and information gathering techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis of traditional law, it is stated that the prohibition of inter-ethnic marriage is not prohibited in Islam, in other words, the law of tribal marriage is permissible (mubah). However, in the customary law, marriage of the same ethnicity is prohibited if it is carried out including things that are not good for the family and offspring. Because if there is someone who violates the marriage of his tribe, his family life will not be happy / destitute and his offspring will experience a low IQ deficiency, so Ninik Mamak strictly prohibits his nephews from marrying according to his tribe. Keywords: Customary Norms, Ethnic Marriage, Customary Violation, Minangkabau Customs.

Abstract

This Study describes about Motivation of parents send their children to integrated Islamic School in Al-Madinah, Pekanbaru. Motivation Parents can be seen through some of the indicators , namely social status, facilities and infrastructure, religious values and achievements.The study population is parents who send their children in integrated school Islam Al-Madinah city of Pekanbaru. Sampling method used in this study is proportionate stratified sampling techniques and data analysis used is descriptive and quantitative analysis.Data collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation contained in the tabulation of the data. The theory used is the theory of Motivation and Rational Choice Theory.The purpose of this study is for know the motivation of parents to send children in integrated Islam school Al-Madinah Pekanbaru and know the expectations of parents after child education in primary school Islam Al-Madinah Pekanbaru.Results from this study is that Motivation Parents send their children to integrated islam school Al-Madinah because the parents has to have the mindset that developed, the parents hope children are schooled in Islamic schools in the future can have a strong religious foundation, high discipline as well as various another achievement. Abstract

This reaserch was conducted at Hamlet Tandihat Village Tambusai Barat Subdistrict Tambusai District Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this study is to find out the services provided by the posyandu, level of participation of mothers balita and correlation between posyandu service with level of participation of mothers balita at Hamlet Tandihat Village Tambusai Barat Subdistrict Tambusai District Rokan Hulu. Sample determination technique is total sampling/census and total number of samples is 86 person. The author uses inferential quantitative method by using correlation pearson product moment and data instrument is guided interview, observation, and documentation. Research that has been done to find respondents stating the services provided by the posyandu already good 100,0%. The level of participation of mothers balita in participating on posyandu activities is medium 70,9%. Analysis results correlation between posyandu service with level of participation of mothers balita is classified as strong that is r = 0,628Keywords: Participant, Mother of Balita, Service of Posyandu

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the characteristics of dropouts family and gives an overview of the factors that affect children out of school in District Tenayan Raya. Basic research used data from the Department of Education on the number of children dropping out. the type of research is descriptive quantitative research is research that works with numbers further analyzed using statistics in accordance with the reality described. The collection of data through observation and interviews directly to respondents. Sampling technique in this study using census method where the number of respondents there are only 31 people. The data has been collected from the results of the study were processed using a frequency table with family that the characteristics of achievement. Research shows children out of school in District Tenayan Raya most are boys aged 13-15 years. Large a proportion of ethnic families of school children is followed by the ethnic Batak ethnic Minang, Javanese and Malay. Day-to-day activities of school children are at home and that is to help parents work for a living to meet the economic needs of the family and school dropouts in this study are by and large have family members and peers who dropped out sekolah.Sedangkan factors influencing the dropout is a factor economic, family, school, academic ability, and accessibility factors and ways toward school. Among these factors, the factors that most affect the dropout is the economic factor family and peer influence, to minimize the number of school dropouts would rate the government charging a special scholarship for school dropouts and provide transportation for school children as well as costs the. In the government is expected to provide information about the importance of school and provide skills training for children who have dropped out of school.Keywords: Dropout, Factor Dropout, Child Dropout

Abstract

This research titled The Application Excellent In PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru. This study aims: (1) to find out how the implementation of excellent service in PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru has been set according to the concept A4 excellent service, (2) know the obstacles in applying excellent service in PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru. The sampels used in this study were 73 people, the sampling technique was determined using accidental sampling technique, this study used a quantitative descriptive method to examine the issues raised in this study. This research was conducted in PT. Pandi Kencana Murni street Paus No 104 C Pekanbaru,  the study was conducted for 6 month, starting from November 2019 – April 2020. The technique of collecting data using observation, documentation, interviews, and questioner. The sample of this research is umrah pilgrims who have used the services in PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru. The results of this study indicate that overall respondents gave very good responses to the excellent service provided by PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru pure, this is evidenced by results of a questioner from the responses of pigrims who have used the services in PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru with very good value. Abstract

Pulau Panjang Village Beach Tourism Object, since it began to be developed in 2012, has experienced various developments carried out by related agencies in seeking improvement in Pulau Panjang Beach Tourism Object. The development carried out has the aim to increase attractiveness and improve the socio economic economy of the community. Community involvement in the development of tourist objects is very necessary in the course of the course of a development, community involvement in the development of tourist objects affects the socio-economic and cultural life of Pulau Panjang village communities. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach in which the data that has been obtained in the field will be processed in the form of tables and do a picture. The results in this study indicate the level of community involvement in the development of Pulau Panjang beach  attractions in the moderate category with a rate of 62.3% based on field data. While the impact caused by the development of tourism on Pulau Panjang tends to have a positive effect with the benefit of increased income increases, provide business opportunities and side jobs, broaden horizons, perspectives, understandings, interactions, and introduce the area to the public outside, enough to cover all the shortcomings caused by tourism activities.  Keywords: Participation, Tourism Objects, Impact

Abstract

Pregnancy and essentially natural nature should be run by the women and at the same time who could be a threat to the safety of her soul, in order to make it does not constitute a serious threat so pregnancy need help with good care. Prenatal care as a sub-system of health care is strongly associated with female reproductive functions so the attempt is determined by the behavior of herself.According to a theory that healthy behaviors can occur because of changes in the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the individual. All three of these factors will influence the behavior. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to conduct a study to get an idea of the behavior of pregnant women in prenatal care. Pregnancy is a process of a woman's life which the presence of this process will lead the mother to a changes, which include changes in physical, mental, and social. In these changes it could not be separated from the factors that influence it, namely physical factors, psychological, environmental, social, cultural, and economic.This study aims to determine of how does the pregnant women keep the pregnancies Pasar Baru Village, Pangean, Kuantan Singingi Regency. What are the factors of failure of loan funds. The type of this research is simple random sampling with quantitative descriptive approach. The data which needs include primary data were obtained through the results of filling questioner and secondary data. The total of the population is 87 and the number of samples is 26 by 30%.Based on the results of this research it can known that the pregnant women had lack of knowledge in keeping her pregnancy, the confidence of concerning the prohibition of pregnancy was still high. Nutritional needs of pregnant women have been met and are still unmet. The willingness of mothers in caring a pregnancy was high enough.Keywords: Knowledge of pregnancy, and pregnancy ban factor

Abstract

This research is entitled “Utilization Of Saving Loan Money In Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) In Rawa Sekip Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency”. The researcher was interested in raising this theme because of how the use of loan funds was used by the community for business capital or daily necessities. Data analysis conducted to answer the problems in this study is quantitative analysis that provides an overview of the actual condition of society, concerning the use of borrowed loans from BUMDes Rawa Mapan Savings and Loans units which are then analyzed based on the theories in this study. The following are the formulation of the problem: (1) How is the system of borrowing money at BUMDes Savings and Loans unit in Rawa Sekip Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, (2) What are the benefits of loan funds for beneficiaries of BUMDes Rawa Mapan Savings and Loans units in Rawa Sekip Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are Questionnaire, Interview, and Documentation. The method of population collection and samples with Slovin techniques from 104 populations obtained 51 populations. From the findings in the field it can be seen that the loan fund program is not appropriate in the use of loan funds, which should be used as business capital but are used as daily necessities. This is due to the failure of the verification process to run optimally and the supervision of the business carried out and the existence of abuse and bad behavior by people who borrow loan funds.
