Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide information and analyze the work ethic rate of Tionghoa Traders and the success rate of trading in Urban Village of Sago, Sub-district of Senapelan, Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research, analyzed and depicted in a decriptive way. The theory that is used is “The Orientation Theory of Social Values” by Kluckhohn. This research is conducted during November-December 2018. The sample for this research is 33 Tionghoa Traders in Urban Village of Sago, Sub-district of Senapelan, Pekanbaru. The sample is taken using census sampling technique and data is collected using questionnaire. The dependent variable of this research are success in trading, whereas the independent variable is traders work ethic. Data is analyzed using SPSS 16 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The result of this research shows that: (1) The work ethic of Tionghoa Traders consist of cultural value orientation; (2) The work ethic rate of Tionghoa Traders in Urban Village of Sago, Sub-district of Senapelan, Pekanbaru is high; (3) The success rate of trading in Urban Village of Sago, Sub-district of Senapelan, Pekanbaru is very high; (4) The data analysis indicated that there was a positive relation between work ethic and the success of trading with 0,087469543 correlation values and in a very low range of correlation.Keywords : Work Ethic, Success In Trading, Tionghoa Ethnic

Abstract

This thesis is proposed to qualify for a bachelor's degree in Sociology. With the title "The Use of Smartphone Games and Its Influence on School Children (SD) in Bakti Karya Asri Tarai Building Mine Sub-District Kampar District." The use of game games is very mushroom among school-age children (SD), the use certainly has a certain influence on the behavior social child. In the game game there are aspects of the type of game play, game time, and the cost used. While social behavior there are aspects in the form of rebellion, aggression, disputih / bertengkar, competition, behavior in power, selfish. This study aims to determine the use of Smartphone Games and its effect on the social behavior of school-age children (SD) in Bakti Karya Asri Housing Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar.Teori used in this study is social behavior. The research location is Bakti Karya Asri Tarai Bangun housing, Tambang Sub District, Kampar regency. While the method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study as many as 26 respondents while the sample used as many as 26 parents. Sampling techniques used are accidental sumple and data collection using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of research in the form of the influence of social behavior of children using game games include the behavior of many children who always want to win in game games, it turns out the behavior of many children feel offended or disturbed by the attitude and behavior of other children, it turns out that many children's behavior against the parents, the behavior of many children who at any time want to fulfill their own interests, it turns out the child's behavior is not always always behind the back both physically (nonverbal) and with the words (verbal), in terms of behavior in power is the behavior of children does not always dominate the social situation. Abstract

The presence of some teen love chart Sinembah against metal music they enjoy during the concert following the Underground Pekanbaru make them take the initiative to form metal music lovers is to form a community of music lovers in Chart Sinembah metal. The amount of the influence of friends or the environment to make the teens affected to participate in the community, because they feel they have common goals, according to some teenagers who are still in school they follow the community to entertain themselves by listening to rock music will give rise to a new spirit to re-learn back, consequently some other teenagers who become not had time to study because too often played with the community. The method used in this paper is a quantitative method that is a Analisia inferansial which gives a detailed description regarding a condition, symptom, the phenomenon, based on the fact that the author encountered in the field, after the data is processed and then described in terms of this study can be concluded kalimat.Hasil bahwasannya factors affecting teenagers included in the community more dominant through the encouragement of the self because most teenagers feel bahwasaanya they have in common that brings them together to fit into the community while adolescent relationships in the community shows to establish contact and interaction between members look good with still intertwining contact and interaction between members not only when they come together in the community alone but once outside the community.Keywords:Community,Youth,Music Metal

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out of students' parents in SMPN 2 Rao Utara about Offline Learning during Pandemic Covid 19. The responses look from 3 aspects, cognitive responses, affective responses, and conative responses. Each parent surely gives a different response towards the Offline Learning system. The field survey was begun at Nagari Kotonopan village, Rao Utara sub-district, Pasaman district. To get a result of the study, the researcher used quantitative descriptive with 58 respondents. The result of the research showed parent responses to the implementation of offline learning is sufficient, either cognitive responses, affective, or conative responses. However, one of the parent responses gave a negative response because it didn’t sit well with the offline Learning implementation in SMPN 2 Rao Utara. In this way, there should need parent's engagement in Learning Implementation. Key words: response, parent, Offline Learning.

Abstract

Thesis with the title "Student Compliance Level of Karimun Putri Panam Dormitory". This research was conducted at Jalan Bagau Sakti Gang Kuantan, Panam, Pekanbaru, Riau. This is to find out how the level of compliance of female Karimun dormitory students in complying with the rules in the dormitory and what are the factors that affect the level of compliance of female Karimun dormitory students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a total sample size of 60 people. The data analysis technique uses Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPPS), the processed data is presented in tabulated form and then analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the study stated that the overall level of compliance with social manners in the Karimun female dormitory was 100% classified as obedient, based on compliance with the adab visiting the Karimun female dormitory, the respondents who obeyed were 93.3%, while the respondents who were less obedient were 6.6%, Based on the compliance of rights and obligations in the Karimun female hostel, 100% of respondents were classified as obedient, while the overall level of compliance based on licensing compliance of respondents who obeyed was 96.6% of respondents, while those who were less obedient were 3.3% of respondents. The influencing factor was being obedient because of the public's actions amounting to 93.3% of respondents, while those who had no effect were being obedient because they wanted to be praised amounting to 100% of respondents.Keywords: Dormitory Compliance, Compliance Level, Dormitory Residents

Abstract

This research was carried out on the streets of Agus Salim Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the management market in Pekanbaru Agus Salim Street in the service of the Market town of Pekanbaru. Topic the focus of this research is to know the perceptions of traders against the activities of trade dibadan way. The sample in this study amounted to 62 people. The author uses quantitative methods and sampling techniques in using Simple Random Sampling. The instrument data is observation and question form. Of research conducted, the authors found that 53.2% of respondents (33orang) who rebuked 1-2 times by related parties.  And the study found that 59.7% of respondents (37 people) who feel insecure when trading. And the researchers found that all respondents (62 people) is obliged to pay retribution. 61.3% of respondents (38 persons) do not know the long trade despite Perda and research also found that 80.6% of respondents (53 people) do not know anyone who manages the party market. 61.3% of respondents (38 persons) said that they never get socialization. The research also found that there are 2 types of poengelolaaan market Market h. Agus Salim managed by the two parties, namely the Government and surrounding communities. Abstract

This study aims to determine the socio-economic characteristics of the receiving facility KKPA on Lake Village Unit Lancang Beautiful (KUD Dalin) and to explain the socio-economic mobility recipients creditor and creditor to explain management patterns that affect the socio-economic mobility creditor receiving facility at Lake Village Unit Cooperatives Beautiful sassy.Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive quantitative techniques. The research was conducted in the village of Lake Lancang, District Tapung Hulu, Kampar with the entire peasant population is receiving facility Primary Cooperatives Members in KUD Dalin with samples taken 54 0rang (10% of the population) by using simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data and analyzed using descriptive analysis.Based on the survey results revealed that the Member Primary Cooperative Credit program (creditor) is applied to the KUD Dalin public comment with a response that is able to improve the socio-economic KKPA farmer members and it is also demonstrated an increase in vertical social mobility. Then the farmer response to the application of a creditor at KUD Dalin was very good, although the earned income credit tends to still low but can be completed on time. The reason farmers cooperatives Dalin using Primary Cooperative Credit facilities Member (creditor) Since there is no capital that need assistance to get the garden Cooperative PT in partnership with intermediaries and help the bank as executor partnership. Judging from the socio-economic mobility of farmers who receive credit facilities Primary Cooperative Members (creditor) occurs vertical mobility and evidenced by improvements in the level of well-being such as increasing the number of permanent homes, kepemilkan land, and an increase in the ownership of other assets.Keywords: Pattern creditor, Social Mobility.

Abstract

The location of the research is the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang Peranap Indragiri Hulu. Considerations for selecting the location of this study was due to gold mining is an illegal job without permission is prohibited, when compared to the work of farmers and others. The researchers aimed to describe and mencarari information about job mobility:1. To know anyone who did the mobility of livelihood in the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang Peranap2. What factors are encouraging the mobility of livelihood in the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang Peranap3. What type of mobility that occurred in the village of Koto Tuo District of Batang PeranapThe population in this study were people who did Mobility Works of non-miners into the gold peambang 120 people. In determining the sample taken as many as 30% of the 120 respondents ie 36 people.According to the research going on aspects of mobility in research location by driving factors such as economic conditions of the respondents were small and the individual condition of the respondent, and the orientation factor attitude that wants to improve the prospects for social mobility and the promising results of the work.Keywords : Mobility Occupation, Farmer Rubber, Illegal.
