The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job insecurity and job stress on employee turnover intention. The population in this study were all employees of Sense Sunset Hotel Seminyak which amounted to 110 people while the samples taken in this study were 86 respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study using proportional random sampling. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 15 question items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job insecurity and work stress have positive and significant effect on turnover intention. In order to reduce the turnover rate of the company it is advisable to reduce the level of job insecurity and job stress felt by employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, serta karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai. Studi dilakukan di Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil di Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Tabanan. Dalam penelitian ini teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik probabiliy sampling. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan adalah sebanyak 130 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial yakni regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Stres kerja berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, dan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kinerja pegawai dapat diupayakan melalui penurunan stres kerja, pembenahan lingkungan kerja serta katakteristik pekerjaan. Kata kunci: stres kerja; lingkungan kerja; karakteristik pekerjaan; semangat kerja.

A growing body of empirical studies on work engagement has been conducted to investigate the predictors of work engagement from a resource perspective. However, previous research on work engagement has focused solely on the ownership of job resources, dismissing personal resources owned by individuals as distinct entities. The current study evaluates the literature on work engagement, identifies the research gaps, and proposes a research agenda for the future. A systematic literature review of 54 articles from top-tier journals was conducted to achieve the research objective. This study adds to the literature by constructing a conceptual analysis that expands on the theoretical understanding of work engagement. As such, it sheds light on how personal resources play a critical role in increasing work engagement. Personal resources may supplement and reinforce job resources, allowing individuals to articulate the company's vision into more effective business processes. The potential role of self-efficacy as a strong personal resource that can predict and enhance work engagement is one of the most significant findings in this study. Furthermore, the current study emphasizes the need for methodological advances, multilevel analysis, and the expansion of work engagement construction across a wide range of contexts and industries around the world.

Employee performance is an important aspect in the company because it can affect the company's overall performance. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of job stress on employee performance. The research location is the Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City. The population is all employees, totaling 303 people. The sample used was 178 respondents who were calculated by the Slovin formula and determined by the proportional random sampling method. Data collection methods in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested by Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, and work motivation acts as a mediator of the effect of work stress on employee performance. Theoretically, the results of this study provide support for Expectancy Theory. Practically, the results of this study are expected to be a reference for the Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City in order to improve the performance of its employees

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, intrinsic motivation and proactive personality on the creativity of employees at CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group. The theory used in this study is the theory of character activation. The population is all employees in the production section of CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were used as research samples. The data collection method used interviews and questionnaires and the data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that the work environment, intrinsic motivation, and proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on the creativity of employees in the production sector of CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group Theoretically, the results of this study provide support for the trait activation theory. Practically, the results of this study are expected to be a reference for the management of CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group in order to increase the creativity of its employees

Salah satu faktor penting keberhasilan perusahaan adalah kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel The One Legian Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 72 karyawan yang ditentukan dengan sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis jalur dan uji Sobel digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Temuan riset menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan. Quality of work life memengaruhi komitmen organisasional secara positif dan signifikan, komitmen organisasional memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan, dan quality of work life mampu dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji teori pertukaran sosial dan kaitannya dengan variabel penelitian. One important factor for the success of a company is employee performance. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of quality of work life on employee performance at Hotel The One Legian Badung. This study used a sample of 72 employees which was determined by saturated sampling. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and questionnaires. Path analysis and Sobel's test were used as data analysis techniques. Research findings show that quality of work life influences employee performance positively and significantly. Quality of work life influences organizational commitment positively and significantly, organizational commitment influences employee performance positively and significantly, and quality of work life can be mediated by organizational commitment to employee performance. The implications of this study aim to examine social exchange theory and its relation to research variables.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 orang karyawan yang ditentukan dengan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara dengan alat analisis statistik inferensial Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan motivasi kerja memediasi secara parsial komplementer pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi penelitian ini secara teoritis selaras dengan penelitian terdahulu, secara praktis pihak manajemen PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran dapat meningkat kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan memberikan pengembangan karir kepada karyawan agar karyawan menjadi termotivasi sehingga merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran. This research was conducted at PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran with a total sample of 66 employees determined by saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews with the PLS-based inferential statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; and work motivation partially mediate the complementary effect of career development on job satisfaction. The theoretical implications of this research are in line with previous research, practically the management of PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran can increase employee job satisfaction by providing career development to employees so that employees become motivated so they feel satisfied at work.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the economy to decline and activities in various sectors in Indonesia, including the banking sector, have been hampered, resulting in higher bank credit risk. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial inclusion and economic growth on bank credit risk. This study uses secondary data that is accessed on the official website of the national banking institution, the national statistical agencys, the website of the bank concerned. The population in this study are banks in the category of Commercial Banks Business Group 3 registered with the OJK during the 2016 - 2020 period with a total sample of 10 banks which were taken using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that financial inclusion and economic growth had a significant negative effect on bank credit risk. Increased financial inclusion causes the risk of bank credit to decrease and increased economic growth indicates the level of public welfare is also increasing so that it is able to minimize the existence of non-performing loans.

The percentage of unemployment at the university level in Indonesia is high at 7.35%. Thus, efforts are needed so that students increase their interest in entrepreneurship to reduce the unemployment rate due to the opening of new jobs, at least for the students concerned. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on young generation's entrepreneurial interest. The research location is the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, Denpasar. The sample used was 312 people. This study used purposive sampling as the determination of the number of samples and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis, namely Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. The theoretical implications of this research provide evidence on the development of organizational behavior science and management science, especially regarding entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial knowledge. Meanwhile, practically this research can be used as a reference in an effort to increase interest in entrepreneurship for the younger generation

University graduates contribute to the unemployment rate of 13.33 percent In Indonesia. Entrepreneurship is one of the solutions for a country, not only to overcome the problem of unemployment, but also to increase the country's economic growth. Entrepreneurial intention is able to encourage students to have the desire to start a business. To foster that desire, entrepreneurial education is given to students as a prefix to their introduction to the world of entrepreneurship. The higher the development of student knowledge in entrepreneurship, the faster the decline in unemployment in a country, so that economic growth is achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy as mediating variable. This research was conducted in Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University-Denpasar-Bali-Indonesia with a sample of 85 students who were determined purposively. Data were collected using Google Form questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential analysis. The results show that entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy mediates the effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention. The theoretical implications of this research that is the findings confirm theory referred to in this study-Theory of Planned Behavior. In addition, practically, this research is able to be a consideration for the Faculty management in developing the potential of students to become young entrepreneurs through programs related to increasing entrepreneurial intentions.
