Successful organizations need employees who will go beyond their formal duties and are willing to deliver performance that exceeds expectations. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable in NOOK restaurant Bali employees. The theory used in this research is Social Exchange Theory. The sample in this study amounted to 90 people who were determined using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected through distributing a Google Form questionnaire using the SMART PLS 3.0 model data analysis technique. The results of this research show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as consideration and input for restaurant management in making policies to improve organizational citizenship behavior.

Burnout is a condition of prolonged physical, emotional and mental exhaustion. Burnout refers to a condition that the required resources and abilities are no longer sufficient to meet job requirements. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of work stress in mediating the influence of workload on burnout. This research was conducted at one General Hospital in Bali Province-Indonesia. The theory refer to this study is Attribution Theory. The number of samples in this study was 56 nurses which determined by using saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out through interview and distributing questionnaires. Path analysis was implemented to test the hypothesis. The findings show that workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout and job stress, job stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout and mediates the influence of workload on burnout partially. The implication of this study is empirically supports attribution theory, which explains a person's behavior based on three factors: specificity (behavior varying across different situations), consensus (similar responses from people in the same situation), and consistency (behavior remaining stable across actions). The practical implications of this research are expected to serve as considerations and feedback for leaders of public hospitals in addressing burnout by paying attention to the workload and work-related stress experienced by their nurses.

This research aims to explain the direct effect of talent management on employee retention and perceived organizational support and indirect effect of talent management on employee retention through perceived organizational support. Theory referred in this study is Social Exchange Theory. The sample in the study was 73 employees determined by purposive sampling (saturated sample). The data collected by interview and questionnaires. Technoque of analysis used in this study was Path Analysis. The findings show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and talent management has an indirect effect on employee retention through perceived organizational support. The implication of this study is the leader of Montigo Resort Seminyak-Bali supposed to improve talent management and increase organization support to improve the retention of employees.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Puritaman Distribution Center Gianyar, dengan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 34 orang. Teori yang diacu dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Pertukaran Sosial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data analisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention secara komplementer parsial. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of job stress on turnover intention. This research was conducted on employees of Puritaman Distribution Center Gianyar, with the number of samples determined through saturated sample technique, namely 34 people. The theory referred to in this study is Social Exchange Theory. Data collection was done through interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using path analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of job stress on turnover intention in a partial complementary manner.

Burnout syndrome adalah suatu gejala fisik, psikologis dan mental yang bersifat destruktif yang diakibat oleh melakukan pekerjaan yang bersifat monoton dan menekan secara terus-menerus. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat fenomena yang terjadi pada karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Gajah Mada Denpasar khususnya pada bagian frontliner, dimana terdapat karyawan yang mengalami burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stres peran dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 81 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dan Uji Sobel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout dan stress peran, stres peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout, dan stres peran memediasi secara parsial pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan masukan pemimpin Bank BRI Cabang Gajah Mada Denpasar untuk menanggulangi adanya burnout pada karyawan dengan memperhatikan beban kerja dan stres peran. Burnout syndrome is a destructive physical, psychological and mental symptom that is caused by doing work that is monotonous and pressing continuously. This research was conducted because there was a phenomenon that occurred to BRI Bank Gajah Mada Denpasar branch employees, especially in the frontliner section, where there were employees who experienced burnout. This study aims to analyze role stress in mediating the effect of workload on burnout. The number of samples used was 81 employees using the saturated sample technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout and role stress, role stress had a positive and significant effect on burnout, and role stress partially mediated the effect of workload on burnout. The practical implication of this research is to serve as material for consideration and input for the leaders of BRI Bank Gajah Mada Denpasar Branch to overcome employee burnout by paying attention to workload and role stress.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel kepuasan kerja, Work-Life Balance, dan kelelahan emosional karyawan outsourcing PT Kharisma Duta Anggada Denpasar. Sampel diambil dari 78 orang karyawan yang dipilih dengan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kelelahan emosional, kelelahan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kelelahan emosional memediasi pengaruh Work-Life Balance terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang merasakan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan keluarga akan merasakan rendahnya kelelahan emosional, sehingga mereka akan merasakan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial maupun masukan bagi PT Kharisma Duta Anggada Denpasar atau perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis lainnya dalam memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan memberikan kayawan mengambil kesempatan cuti untuk menjalankan kehidupan atau kepentingan pribadi mereka agar karyawan tidak merasakan kelelahan emosional, sehingga kepuasan kerja karyawan akan dapat ditingkatkan. This research aims to examine the relationship between Job satisfaction, Work-Life Balance , and emotional exhaustion among outsourcing employees of PT Kharisma Duta Anggada in Denpasar. The sample consists of 78 employees selected using a non-probability sampling method with a saturation sampling technique. The data collection methods employed in this study are interviews and the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical technique utilized is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant impact on Job satisfaction, Work-Life Balance negatively and significantly affects emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustion has a negative and significant influence on Job satisfaction, and emotional exhaustion mediates the effect of Work-Life Balance on Job satisfaction. This suggests that employees who perceive a balance between work and family tend to experience lower emotional exhaustion, leading to increased Job satisfaction. This research is expected to serve as a reference for managerial decision-making and provide insights for PT Kharisma Duta Anggada in Denpasar or similar companies to prioritize employee Job satisfaction by allowing employees to take leave to attend to their personal lives or interests, thereby reducing emotional exhaustion and enhancing overall Job satisfaction.

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting keberhasilan suatu perusahaan yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Menurunnya kepuasan kerja dapat disebabkan oleh kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak baik dan menurunnya motivasi kerja pada setiap karyawan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bali Food Lestari Badung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 karyawan dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin dan metode propotional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara parsial memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Semakin baik kondisi lingkungan kerja maka motivasi kerja pada karyawan semakin meningkat sehingga dapat berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini secara teoritis memberikan dukungan terhadap Teori Dua Faktor. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada pihak manajemen PT Bali Food Lestari Badung untuk lebih memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan kerja serta motivasi kerja agar mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Job satisfaction is an important factor in the success of a company that can be influenced by the work environment and work motivation. Decreased job satisfaction can be caused by unfavorable working conditions and decreased work motivation for each employee. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at PT Bali Food Lestari Badung with a total sample of 81 employees using the Slovin Formula and proportional random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using interviews and distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the work environment and work motivation each had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work motivation partially mediating the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction. The better the conditions of the work environment, the work motivation of employees will increase so that it has the potential to increase job satisfaction. The implications of the results of this study theoretically provide support for the Two Factor Theory. Practically, the results of this study have implications for the management of PT Bali Food Lestari Badung to pay more attention to working environment conditions and work motivation in order to be able to increase employee job satisfaction.

Perusahaan yang mampu bertahan ditengah banyaknya pesaing merupakan hasil dari sumber daya manusia yang berperan penting didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran mediasi kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh organizational justice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Green Kubu Café. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Green Kubu Café yang berjumlah 61 karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Non-Probality Sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh dimana seluruh anggota populasi dipilih untuk dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan 49 indikator menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, serta kepuasan kerja secara parsial memediasi pengaruh organizational justice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Meningkatnya organizational justice yang dirasakan oleh karyawan Green Kubu Café maka akan timbul kepuasan kerja dalam diri karyawan yang akan mendorong timbulnya OCB karyawan Green Kubu Café. Companies that manage to survive in the midst of many competitors are the result of human resources who play an important role in it. This study aims to explain the mediating role of job satisfaction in the influence of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. The study in this research was conducted in Green Kubu Cafe. The population in this study were 61 Green Kubu Cafe employees. The method of determining the sample in this study uses Non-Probability Sampling with the census method where the entire population will be selected to be used as a sample. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires as measured by 49 indicators using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction was partially able to mediate the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. If the organizational justice of Green Kubu Café employees increases, job satisfaction will arise and will encourage the emergence of OCB of Green Kubu Café employees.

Sebagian besar studi empiris tentang perilaku kerja-sikap kerja difokuskan pada hubungan antara kinerja dan sikap kerja tanpa mempertimbangkan faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi hubungan tersebut. Kebutuhan atas pencapaian merupakan suatu variabel disposisional yang berpotensi untuk memoderasi asosiasi antara kinerja dan sikap kerja. Studi yang dilakukan oleh Steers (1975) ini sengaja dipilih karena merupakan studi awal yang menguji pengaruh kebutuhan atas pencapaian pada hubungan antara kinerja dengan sikap kerja, dalam hal ini keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Kelemahan utama studi ini terletak pada metode penelitian terkait dengan operasionalisasi dan pengukuran variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Metode pemilihan sampel, pengajuan masalah, dan ketiadaan simpulan, merupakan kelemahan lain studi ini. Terlepas dari kelemahan-kelemahan tersebut, studi ini memberi kontribusi berharga pada ilmu keperilakuan karena mempertimbangkan peranan valen dan instrumentalitas dalam hubungan perilaku kerja−sikap kerja.

Village credit union (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa/LPD) is a kind of financial institutions in Bali Province-Indonesia which is established by the community. In carrying out work, employees will indeed always be in the spirit of work in endeavor to provide maximum results to the company. High morale needs to be maintained by employees working together to achieve company goals. Of course, this is an advantage for the company because it has quality resources to achieve its goals. This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation on work spirit with work motivation as a mediator for employees at an LPD located in Kesiman Municipality. The sample of this study was 61 employees using saturated sampling. Data was collected by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis was tested by implementing Path Analysis. The findings show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work spirit, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work spirit, and work motivation mediates the effect of compensation on work spirit. Implication of this study is the management of LPD is advised to increase the work spirit of its employees by paying attention to compensation and work motivation of its employee
