Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor internal yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan dan eksternal yaitu peluang dan ancaman dari PT. Lotus Asia Tours serta untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat dilakukan pihak PT. Lotus Asia Tours untuk memasarkan paket inbound tour. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT. Lotus Asia Tours yang terletak di Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai No. 18, Jimbaran Bali.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, studi dokumentasi dan didukung dengan daftar pertanyaan yang disebarkan kepada 60 informan. Daftar pertanyaan yang disebarkan berpedoman pada indikator marketing mix 7 P (product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, process). Hasil data yang diperoleh lalu dianalisis dengan IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS ( External Factor Analysis Summary), selanjutnya untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan digunakan matriks internal eksternal dan untuk mengetahui alternatif strategi digunakan matriks SWOT, sehingga dapat menciptakan strategi pemasaran baru serta mengembangkan program-program yang telah ada agar dapat diterapkan oleh PT. Lotus Asia Tours Jimbaran Bali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh total nilai rata-rata lingkungan internal yaitu sebesar 3,01 dan lingkungan eksternal yaitu sebesar 2,96, dapat diketahui bahwa posisi perusahaan berada di sel IV yang berarti stability strategy dimana strategi yang tetapkan tidak merubah arah strategi yang telah ada.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how big the influence of viral marketing that has elements of information spreading, credibility of information, expressing positive feelings, economic incentive, and helping the company towards the number of Indonesian tourists visit to South Korea, Sample determination in this study using accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, nonparticipation observations, interviews, and literature. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 17.0. The results of this study indicate the influence of viral marketing towards the number of Indonesian tourists visit to South Korea is very significantly simultaneous and partial effect with a value of 91,6%. For the economic incentive dimension, the result of analysis is 3,705, helping the company 3,311, credibility of information 2,461, information spreading 2,220, and expressing positive feelings 2,020. The data collected through online questionnaires to the respondents who have ever visited South Korea.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the employee satisfaction in wedding events at The Royal Santrian and results can be used to improve and optimizing their productivity. The qualitative and quantitative analysis technique are used in this research, and the result will be explained using quantitative description with likert scale approach. The employee satisfaction is divided into five indicators, such as compensation, promotion, physical environment, non-physical environment, and job characteristic, every indicator include two questions and the total is ten questions. The total score is 103.226 which means that the employees are satisfied while working for wedding event at The Royal Santrian.

Abstract

The development of voluntourism in the world can be recognise from the existence of organizations that provide volunteer travel program. Bali as the icon of Indonesia tourism also become one of destination for voluntourism. Tourist that decide in choosing voluntourism package have its own tourist characteristic. With the presence of tourists who choose the voluntourism package, it is necessary to examine the factors that influence purchasing decisions and their dominant factors. The purpose of this study is to determine tourist characteristic, the factors and dominant factors that influence foreign tourist decision choosing voluntourism package in IVHq Ubud, Bali. Data collection in this research using questionnaire and distributed online by google form to user of volunteer program in IVHq Ubud with total sample of 44 respondents. Sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using likert scale and factor analysis including validity test, and reliability test then the data processed by the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0 program. The result of analysis factors show that there are five factors including image factors with eigen value of 6.040, external factor with eigen value of 2.378 , psychology with eigen value of 1.681, physical evidence factor with eigen value of 1.427, and product factor dengan eigen value 1.025. The dominant factor infuencing foreign tourist decision choosing voluntourism package in IVHq Ubud, Bali is brand/image factor with eigen value of 6.040.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out if ratings and reviews were influenced by price, ease to use, and trusted in their purchasing decisions by domestic tourists through Garuda Indonesia mobile application user in DKI Jakarta. The selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires,, and literature. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The result of this study indicate the effect of price, easy to use, and trust the decision to purchase airplane tickets by domestic tourists through Garuda Indonesia's mobile application in DKI Jakarta is very significantly simultaneous and partial effect with a value of 60,6%. For price the result of value tcount is 2.757, easy to use 3.533, and trust 3.958. The data collected through online questionnaires to the respondents who had purchased airline tickets for Garuda Indonesia mobile application.

Abstract

This research has purposed to find out the influence of price, service quality, loyalty and mediates satisfaction in correlation to price and loyalty to domestic tourist satisfaction at Lion Air Company Bali. The research used thepurposive sampling approach to 70 respondents of the Lion Air in Bali. Location of this research is at Domestic departure terminal of Ngurah Rai International Airport Tuban – Bali. The research was using two variables, those are the independent variable (X), and the dependent variable (Y). The analysis method used are the validity and instrument reliability test, normality test, and path analysis test. Based on result analysis, indicators in this research are valid and reliable. There is a positive and significant influence between the price to satisfaction of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali, there is positive and significant influence between service quality to satisfaction of local tourists at Lion Air company in Bali. There is positive and significant influence between satisfaction to the loyalty of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali. There is positive and significant influence between the price to the loyalty of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali. There is positive and significant influence between service quality to the loyalty of local tourists at Lion Air airline in Bali. Therefore future research is necessary to conduct further research using other variables suspected to affect the loyalty rating.

Abstract

This study discusses and examines potential identification and package tour in Tabanan regency. Qualitative approaches were applied in this research. The data were collected by using observation techniques, in-depths interviews, and documentation technique. Informant and key informant techniques were used to determine the informantion. This study used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques with three steps which are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. In this study, showed potential identifications taken place in Alas Kedaton, Jatiluwih, Batukaru Temple, Subak Museum, and Tengkudak Village. The packaging of this package tour with itinerary such as visit the Subak Museum, Tengkudak village adventure, visit Jatiluwih, sightseeing in Batukaru temple, sightseeing in Alas Kedaton and shopping in Krisna oleh-oleh. This package tour was presented in tabulated style, Graphic style as well as the calculation of travel costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the right marketing strategies and competitiveness by identifying and analyzing the internal and external environment that affect the Ngurah Rai Airport Taxi Cooperative. In this study using marketing strategy analysis, namely BCG/Boston Consulting Group Matrix and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis. BCG matrix to determine the level of market growth and relative market share. SWOT analysis to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, then using segmenting, targeting, positioning/STP and 7P (marketing mix) results of the data obtained and then analyzed with IFAS and EFAS. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data. Determination of samples in this study using purposive sampling method as many as 50 respondents. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaires, structured interviews, and literature study. The results of the BCG matrix research, based on the calculation of the market growth rate is 1.35% and the result of the calculation of the relative market share is 1.45 x> 1 so that it is in the position of Cash Cow. The marketing strategy that can be carried out by the Ngurah Rai Airport Taxi Cooperative is to maintain the market, create new products, find new businesses. The strategy offered in the Cash Cow quadrant the company must always keep the company in a stable condition. The results of the SWOT analysis study from IFAS assessment were 2.66 and EFAS was 2.28. Then the position of the SWOT diagram is Growth Stability which is the company must determine efforts to strengthen market share, increase sales, pursue large profits by diversifying/expanding the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas seberapa besar kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan wisatawan mempengaruhi niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan mancanegara ke Daya Tarik Wisata Alas Pala Sangeh. Daya tarik wisata ini mempunyai sesuatu yang unik dibandingkan dengan daya tarik sejenis, yaitu penempatan ranger (pemandu lokal) yang senantiasa akan menemani dalam melakukan perjalanan disekitar areal daya tarik wisata ini, ranger (pemandu lokal) senantiasa memberikan kualitas pelayanan sesuai dengan standar prosedur. Metode penelitian dalam pengambilan sample dilakukan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, penyebaran sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling dengan menyebar 100 kuesioner kepada wisatawan yang sedang melakukan kunjungan ke Daya Tarik Wisata Alas Pala Sangeh dan dengan 22 indikator pertanyaan yang telah disesuaikan. Dalam Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis pengujian instrument penelitian, analisis regresi berganda, dan analisis korelasi. Hasil akhir dalam penelitian, (1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan, (2) Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan, (3) Kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan secara simultan atau bersama-sama dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Adapun saran yang dapat disampaikan yaitu pengelola perlu meningkatan fasilitas toilet, peningkatan penanganan keluhan serta semakin giat mengikuti perkembangan pariwisata.

Abstract

The travel agent plays an important to roles give all information about tourism destination to the world. Travel agents related activities which are conducted such as inbound and outbound tour, travel documents (passport/visa), ticketing, and the problem are how to handle reservation and find out about the solutions related. Quality and quantity data resources were using as primary and secondary data. Interview and documentation were using for data analysis with descriptive analysis technic. The procedure on how to handle package tour reservation such as: receive make a reservation of overseas agents, file the data and solution for fully booked hotel request, changes the reservations and client’s complaint. Based on the reseach, the company should improve the ability of the staff for correspondence with computerized system and more staff at the airport.
