Abstract

In the era of Marketing 4.0, the rapid digitization has created a new face of competition reflected by shifting business practices, as well as consumer behavior from pre-purchase to post-purchase. Aside from companies that are constantly adaptive to technological advancements, consumers are becoming increasingly social and communal, so marketers need to understand new customer paths, and synergize online and offline interactions. This research aims to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth towards tourist’s decision to do diving activities in Blue Season Bali. The technique of determining the sample used purposive sampling through distribution of questionnaires to 100 tourists who have experienced diving and accessed Blue Season Bali information on social media and website. This research applies data collection techniques which include: observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. Multiple linear regression was used as an analytical technique to measure the influence of variable X on variable Y with SPSS software version 18. The research findings show that the intensity variable (X1) partially has no positive and significant effect on decision to do diving activities (Y) with sig. value 0,812>alpha 0,05. Valence of opinion variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect with sig. value 0,010<alpha 0,05. Content variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect with sig. value 0,000<alpha 0,05. Intensity, valence of opinion, and content simultaneously have a positive and significant effect with sig. value 0,000<alpha 0,05. The multiple linear regression test implies the results of regression equation, Y=13,580+(-0,046)X1+0,617X2+0,351X3+e, with coefficient of determination of 33%.

Abstract

The number of passenger complaints against facilities that have not been adequately then the CSO role is absolutely essential. This research aims to increase the tourist company shall use the services of our Customer Service Officer at Airport international lawyers I Gusti Ngurah Rai of Bali. The respondents in this research totalled 190 respondents, the selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling, the data in this study were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis that help by statistikal program SPSS version 17.0 for windows. The results of this study are: 1) the level of satisfaction of tourists against the Customer Service Officer in general are at the level satisfied. 2) there are varying degrees of suitability that affect the satisfaction of tourists from each variable that is Tangible variables with percentage of 96.10%, Reliability of 97.23%, amounting to 95.90% Responsiveness, Assurance of 96.63% and Empathy of 95.93%. 3) Indicator appearance and tidiness CSO is an indicator that needs to be maintained because of its implementation were in accordance with interest. 4) Indicator responsiveness of CSO in troubleshooting is an indicator of excessive in its execution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the majority of service quality and brand image of the service user loyalty offered by Sriwijaya air. The determination of the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method of 250 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability, comparative analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 18.0.The results of this study indicate the quality of service and brand image on the loyalty of service users who are supported by Sriwijaya Air at Kualanamu International Airport, Medan, which is stated to have a significant and partially significant effect simultaneously with a value of 72.2%. For service quality variables get the results of analysis with a t test of 7.140 and brand image of 3.809. The data of this study were obtained from distributing online questionnaires to respondents who had used Sriwijaya Air at Kualanamu International Airport, Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of tourist satisfaction with services provided by the MBA Tour & Travel by analyzing the performance of employees and the results that the comparison of performance and the importances of the suitability to be used to determine priorities and scale repair services tourist satisfaction. The method used in this study was accidental sampling SPSS analysis which multiply 5 to 10 of the 15 indicators in order to get 75 respondents. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis assisted by Likert scale with Cartesian diagram to determine the position of an indicator. The average data processing performance that is equal to 2.66 and the average of average importance rate of 3.47 with 77% of conformity was concluded that tourists feel quite satisfied with the services provided by the MBA Tour & Travel.

Abstract

Denpasar city has a variety of tourist potential, namely the potential of cultural tourism such as historical buildings, art attractions, a traditional market with a wide variety of traditional dishes as well as community activities related to culture. Given these potentials can be developed into a tourist city tour packages in Denpasar. In connection with the travel package packing city tour, then the formulation of issues to be discussed are (1) What is the potential of the city of Denpasar as a cultural tourist attraction ?, (2) How packaging travel packages culture-based city tour in Denpasar? This study aims to determine the potential of the city of Denpasar as cultural charms, knowing the way of packaging travel packages culture-based city tour in the city of Denpasar. Data collection techniques in this study was done by observation, interview, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the city of Denpasar has tourism potential which comprise the majority of the potential of cultural tourism, the potential that made travel packages in this study is the charm of the castle and temple, traditional market and museum in the city of Denpasar The potential is then packaged in three forms, namely, in narrative form, tabular and graphical form four- travel packages including: Melali ke Puri, Heritage Denpasar City Tour, Beautiful Cultural of Denpasar City Tour, Historic Denpasar City Tour.

Abstract

Employment remains the fundamental probel faced by many countries including Indonesia. One of the efforts the Government of Indonesia in extending employment opportunities is to develop the tourism sector. Bali is one of the potential tourist destinastions and it needs to be marketed. Cooperation between the Travel Bureau with the provider of the accommodation or hotel is one of the ways the potential market and the most instrumental in the development of the company, namely human resources required or called by labor. CV. CAN Tour and Travel is one of the tourist industry in Bali trip with a number of guest handling that quite a lot. This research aims to know the availability of labor needs resevartion in order CV. CAN Tour and Travel development and also to find out how the workforce qualification is required. Determination technique using the key informant that was labor reservation CV. CAN Tour and Travel, while the base of the informant was CV. CAN Tour and Travel Manager. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of workload and workforce needs analysis. The research results obtained indicate that shortage of time working as many as 210 minutes. So the manpower needed by CV. CAN Tour and Travel is two people with the fact that there is only 1 nowaday. It can be seen from the burden of the work done in a day’s work and the workforce absences. So labor needs on the Reservation Department is supposed to be 3 people, with 2 staff 1 reservations and ticketing staff. It was necessary increase manpower in the Labour Departmen’s Reservation in the reservation and also training to develop the ability to work.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi memberikan dampak terhadap pariwisata terkait kebutuhan wisatawan dalam berwisata. Akomodasi adalah salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat untuk berwisata. Dalam pemesanan akomodasi, online booking saat ini lebih disukai karena dirasa lebih cepat dan praktis serta dapat diakses dimana saja. Booking.com merupakan salah satu situs online yang cukup diminati wisatawan untuk memesan akomodasi. Untuk itu ingin diketahui 1) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian akomodasi di Bali pada situs booking.com secara parsial 2) pengaruh e-service quality terdapat keputusan pembelian akomodasi di Bali pada situs booking.com parsial serta 3) pengaruh kepercayaan dan e-service quality secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian akomodasi di Bali pada situs booking.com. Hasilnya dapat dijadikan acuan dalam mempertahankan minat beli wisatawan pada situs booking.com maupun pada situs lainnya untuk pemesanan akomodasi di Bali. Teknik penentuan sampel digunakan accidental sampling kepada 190 responden pengguna situs booking.com. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Melalui pengujian hipotesis pada uji t dan uji F menyatakan bahwa masing – masing variabel bebas secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan bernilai positif terhadap keputusan pembelian akomodasi di Bali pada situs booking.com, sehingga semua hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Berdasarkan uji regresi linier berganda membuktikan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai nilai koefisien positif sebesar 0.306 serta 0.924 terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai Adjust R Square sebesar 0.382 menyatakan 38,2 % variabel keputusan pembelian online dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepercayaan dan e-service quality sedangkan 61,8 % dipengaruhi variabel diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of interest and satisfaction toward the service of Quicksilver Cruise. The type of data used are qualitative and quantitative data,while for data source is the primary and secondary data. Techniques of data collection is conducted through observation,interviews and  questionnaire. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and applied particular consideration determined by the researcher itself. The method of analysis used likert scale and Cartesian diagram. The research result shows that tourist are satisfied by the service in Quicksilver Cruise, with an average rate of suitability is 72.2 percent. Being used cartesien diagram to analyze the indicators to be a top priority and must be done in accordance with expectations of tourist, such as: safety and comfortable during follow the activities, competent for handling problem, always quick understanding about what’s the guests needed. Indicators are considered important and needed to be maintained its conditions and cruise facilities, friendly service and offering help, cleanliness and neatness of the cruise, safety assurance. Indicators considered less important by tourist but its implementation is quite well done, namely responsiveness in providing clear and concise information. Indicator that overestimated by tourist but it have done verry well, such as the given individual notice toward to the guests.

Abstract

This field study aims to determine the perception of tourists to the beaches in Pecatu Village Badung Regency. The results can be used to plan the tour packages according to tourist perceptions of the tourist beaches in Bali. Analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of quantitative and qualitative. Analysis techniques in this study using quantitative descriptive. Discussion of the results obtained in this study that the variables are extremely assessment given by tourists on beaches in Pecatu Village Badung Regency can already make tourists satisfied, must be maintained both management and development of the beaches, because there are still some variables that need to be addressed or equipped to make the tourists who come will still feel satisfied the beaches in Pecatu Village Badung Regency. The results of this study on the perception of tourists to the beaches in Pecatu Village Badung Regency can be suggested to the travel industry as feedback in planning the manufacture of package tours. In addition to government and related managers, the results of this study can be a thought or input for the management and development of coastal tourism in accordance with the perception of tourists.
