Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of job stress on turnover intention. Turnover intention is an employee's intention or desire to move from one workplace to another but is not yet at the reality stage. This study was conducted at BPR Bali Dananiaga. This study used 52 samples using the saturation sampling method. The data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. The data collection was then analyzed using descriptive analysis, path analysis techniques, classical assumption test and the sobel test. The study results show that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of job stress on turnover intention. It is hoped that the implications of this research can be a consideration for companies to reduce turnover intention by considering job stress and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study discusses the communication strategy carried out by BUMDes Sarwada Amertha in managing Taro Tourism Village towards an independent tourism village. The communication strategy used is to use the POAC management communication strategy method, the purpose of this study is to find out how the communication strategy knows the audience, determines goals, compiles messages and establishes methods and media. Data obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. The authors took three informants to supplement the research data. The conclusion of this study are (1) Planning, BUMDes Sarwada Amertha plans to maximize the visits of tourists who come to Taro Tourism Village every month and intensify promotions both conventionally and through online media. (2) Organizing, in managing existing business units, BUMDes Sarwada Amerhta has a management organizational structure. (3) Actuating, BUMDes manager Sarwada Amertha implements the work plan well in order to achieve the existing vision and mission. (4) Controlling, BUMDes Sarwada Amertha as a legal umbrella that accommodates all tourist attractions in Taro Tourism Village. it can be concluded that the communication strategy carried out by BUMDes Sarwada Amertha in the management of Taro Tourism Village as an independent tourism village by carrying out a communication strategy using POAC management principles.

Abstract

Leadership style is the way a leader chooses to direct or coordinate the work that will be given to his subordinates. The leadership style chosen by a leader depends on the goals of the organization or company, who is being led, and the type of business led by the leader. Systematic review using the Google Scholar database. Search results using the keyword leadership style in maintaining business continuity in the MSME industry" using the Google Scholar electronic data base. After carrying out an analysis based on a complete composition, namely 5 articles used in this article. The results of this research show that there are many types of leadership styles, but the choice of leadership style depends on the situation and conditions of the organization or business being led. The types of leadership styles include democratic leadership style, authoritarian leadership style and leadership styles that are appropriate to current conditions, namely transactional and transformational. MSMEs are a type of small business that also requires a leadership style that is appropriate to the type of business and the goals of the business to maintain the stability or sustainability of the business. Leadership style is a method or tactic used by a leader to direct and coordinate activities in an organization so that organizational goals are expected to be achieved.

Abstract

Dunia kerja yang sangat cepat berubah melahirkan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis. Karyawan tidak hanya dituntut untuk menguasai keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang tinggi. Tren seperti digitalisasi, kecerdasan buatan, dan model kerja jarak jauh semakin mendominasi, menciptakan tekanan baru bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki relevansi learning agility dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis relevansi learning agility dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review. Jumlah artikel yang dianalisis sebanyak 15 artikel yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa learning agility memiliki sejumlah keterkaitan dengan beberapa variable yaitu perilaku inovatif, turnover, kinjerja, self-management, dan motivasi karyawan. Variable-variabel tersebut sangat penting pengaruhnya dalam keberlangsungan karyawan dalam dunia kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa learning agility memiliki relevansi pada dunia kerja masa kini.

Abstract

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 munculnya persoalan mahasiswa yang sudah lulus belum memiliki pekerjaan tetap. Persaingan dalam mencari pekerjaan saat ini, dapat dilihat dari adanya ketimpangan yang terjadi akibat tingginya angka pengangguran, maka solusi permasalahan tersebut yaitu berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran efikasi diri kewirausahaan memediasi pengaruh motivasi kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha yang dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah theory of planned behavior. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 213 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan structural equation modeling SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Motivasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri kewirausahaan. Efikasi diri kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Efikasi diri kewirausahaan memediasi secara parsial komplementer pengaruh motivasi kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung theory of planned dan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan masukan bagi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the problem emerged that students who had graduated did not have permanent jobs. Competition in finding work today, can be seen from the inequality that occurs due to high unemployment, the solution to this problem is entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in mediating the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The theoretical basis used is the theory of planned behavior. The population used was 213 people using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and SEM PLS structural equation modeling. The results showed that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy partially mediates the complementary effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study support the theory of planned and can be used as material for consideration and input for the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh perilaku kewargaan organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh depresi organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 responden dengan metode probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan uji asumsi klasik, teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan Organizational Citinzenship Behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Hotel Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali perlu memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka lebih dari target yang ditentukan, dengan melakukan hal tersebut maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan. This study aims to examine and explain the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the effect of organizational depression on employee performance at the Wyndham Garden Hotel Kuta Beach Bali. The sample in this study was 88 respondents using the probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and the data collected was analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that Organizational Citinzenship Behavior has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Wyndham Garden Hotel Kuta Beach Bali. The suggestion in this study is that Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali Hotel Management needs to reward employees who can complete their work more than the specified target, doing this will improve employee performance at the company.

Abstract

Komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan tidak tumbuh dengan sendirinya. Komitmen juga dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi di mana seorang karyawan bekerja. Fenomena terkait komitmen organisasional di Batu Karang Resort and Spa adalah karyawan menyatakan bersedia untuk meninggalkan perusahaan dan tidak memiliki rasa penyesalan jika mendapatkan tawaran yang menguntungkan dari perusahaan lain. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai pemediasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 orang. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja memediasi secara parsial pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu mengadopsi strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif, termasuk kebijakan kompensasi yang adil, peluang pengembangan karir, program pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta manajemen kinerja yang baik. Hal ini dapat membantu meningkatkan iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Employee commitment to the company does not grow by itself. Commitment is also influenced by the organizational climate in which an employee works. The phenomenon related to organizational commitment at Batu Karang Resort and Spa is that employees state they are willing to leave the company and have no regrets if they receive a profitable offer from another company. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 86 people. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are partial least square. The research results show that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction partially mediates the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment. The implication of this research is that companies need to adopt effective human resource management strategies, including fair compensation policies, career development opportunities, training and development programs, and good performance management. This can help improve organizational climate, job satisfaction and employee organizational commitment.

Abstract

The role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance is essential, especially given the intensifying competition in today's business environment. In this era of globalization, companies are not only expected to operate efficiently but also to identify and enhance factors that boost productivity and competitiveness. This research was conducted at PT. X, involving a sample of 88 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were gathered via questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques with SPSS. The study aims to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. The findings reveal that both transformational leadership and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance in a positive direction, with transformational leadership also positively affecting job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. The implications of this study are primarily theoretical, as the results challenge the conventional perspective of Herzberg's theory, which posits that job satisfaction is the primary mediator between motivational factors and performance, by demonstrating that transformational leadership can directly influence employee performance through a more complex mechanism.

Abstract

The role of work discipline in mediating the effect of work motivation on employee performance is crucial in a company. In the face of globalization and increasing competition, companies are required to understand and optimize these factors to enhance their performance and competitiveness. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. XYZ, with a sample of 71 employees determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used in this study was path analysis with SPSS. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of work discipline in the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The results show that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, and work discipline partially mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The theoretical implication of this study supports previous research findings, while the practical implication for PT. XYZ is to maintain employee performance, work motivation, and work discipline among its employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi, jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 82 pegawai. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner yang disebarkan ke pegawai Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Data yang dikumpulkan tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin kerja Pegawai Pada Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin kerja Pegawai Pada Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Disiplin kerja merupakan variabel mediasi pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Pihak Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi harus tetap meningkatkan kepemimpinan dan motivasi di dalam perusahaan agar karyawan dapat meningkatkankan disiplin kerja mereka, sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Pada Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. The collected data was then analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Work discipline is a variable mediating the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. The implication of this research is that the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi must continue to improve leadership and motivation within the company so that employees can improve their work discipline, which will improve employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi.
