The realization of the right to health can be achieved through several different approaches, for example; the establishment of health policies or the implementation of programs established by World Health Organization (WHO), or the adoption of legal instruments. This research is a doctrinal normative law research, that is by reviewing and analyzing library materials or secondary data that examines the values of justice through statutory approach. As a complement, this research also uses case approach, through field study. The discussion uses John Rawls's justice concept with fairness justice to analyze the findings of both research related to the findings of legislation and field findings, with the conclusion that justice based health law based on profession equality based on social justice is realized with health law that reflects the values of justice, the right of professional equality as well as the value of social justice with the concept of justice as a fairness as a capable concept to adapt, so it needs an adaptive health law approach. Keywords: Health Law, Profession Equality, Social Justice

This study aims to discuss a midwife as a health professional, professional ethics in midwifery practices, the management of pregnancy and childbirth complication, and legal rights for nursing mothers. This qualitative research utilizes interview as a main instrument. The data are collected from interviews conducted with: 1.) pregnant women who gave premature birth, 2.) nursing women and families supporting breastfeeding program, and 3.) Public Health Office staffs. The study reveals that legal ethics between midwives and patients is significantly crucial. There is a need for effective communication between midwives and patients. Patients have the right to obtain information as clearly as possible and midwives also have the right to get the trust of patients to perform medical procedures without any interventions. In addition to the aforementioned result, this study reports that there is pregnancy and premature childbirth complication. It is a maternal health issue occurred during pregnancy causing premature birth. This study also highlights a breach of guarantee to nursing mothers who breastfeed up to 2 years of age. The results of study conclude three points. First, it reports informed consent. It is a process for getting permission before conducting a healthcare intervention on a person, or on disclosing personal information. Second, legal practice regulating rights for nursing mothers and its legal sanctions for someone who prohibits breastfeeding for working women or health workers who provide formula milk to newborns without medical indication. Third, the authorized party will conduct an investigative audit of cases of complications of pregnancy and childbirth that cause infant mortality.

Chronic hyperglycemia will cause legs and blood circulation disorders. Treatment with insulin is still quite expensive and with some side effects of oral hypoglycemic drugs. This experience made the management of DM switch to herbal treatment, namely soursop leaves (Annona muricata). The study used a pre and post test control group design with random allocation. Quasy experimental study with a two group pre tpost-testest – post tepost-testst design at 36type-2 DM patients in the Pekalongan City area. Blood glucose levels in the treatment group were measured before and after administration of soursop leaf nanoparticles500 ml/20 gBB 3 times a day for 6 days and 500 mg metformin. Giving soursop leaf nanoparticles at a dose of 500 ml/20 grBW 3 times a day for 6 days is effective on fasting blood glucose levels clinically with a change in value of 65 mg/dL, and has a statistically significant effect on reducing fasting glucose levels (p=0.035).

Abstract: Hospitals as providers of health services must comply with the provisions of Article 141 paragraph (1) of the Health Law, namely that they must carry out rational use of medicines (including the use of antibiotics). The impact of antibiotic resistance is reduced effectiveness of therapy, increased morbidity and mortality and increased health costs. Hospitals must implement good hospital governance and good clinical governance in accordance with the orders of the Health Law, including in carrying out PPRA activities. This research uses a sociological juridical approach with analytical descriptive research specifications. This research uses primary and secondary data with data collection methods in the form of field studies and literature studies to obtain the necessary data. The data analysis method uses qualitative analysis methods. The research results show that there are a number of regulations that regulate PPRA as part of hospital governance, contained in Article 885 paragraph (4) PP No. 28 of 2024, the technical implementation is regulated in PKPO 8 STARKES 2023 and Minister of Health Regulation no. 8 of 2015. The implementation of PPRA at RS X has not fulfilled the principles of good hospital governance and good clinical management, because most of the main tasks of the PPRA team have not been implemented. Obstacles to the implementation of PPRA consist of the juridical factor that hospitals do not have internal policies that regulate the implementation of PPRA, technical factors in the form of inadequate facilities and infrastructure for PPRA activities and social factors in the form of patients' habit of not finishing antibiotics.
