Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and intrinsic motivation on the performance of Simolawang Health Center employees with burnout as a moderating variable. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 46 respondents who are employees at Simolawang Health Center. The sampling technique used purposive judgment sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance, the higher the workload, the lower employee performance will be, the less workload, the employee performance will increase. Intrinsic motivation on employee performance of Simolawang Health Center, the results showed that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. However, burnout as a moderating variable proved to be not significant and did not play a role in having an impact on the relationship between workload and employee performance, burnout as a moderating variable is not significant and does not have an impact on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee performance. This study provides implications in the management of human resources in health centers in the preparation of the main tasks and work functions of employees to create a good and conducive work environment.

The performance of employees at optimal health care facilities will improve the quality of health services and the satisfaction of health service users. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of teamwork and innovative behavior on performance with competence as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at the Puskesmas Perak Timur, with Judgement sampling obtained a sample of 47 respondents. Statistical data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS software. The results of this study explain, among others, that teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the more often employees apply teamwork, the higher the performance obtained. Furthermore, innovative behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the more often innovative behavior is implemented, the higher the performance obtained. competence as a moderating variable proved insignificant and played no role in influencing the relationship between teamwork and performance. Abstract

Performance is the achievement of organizational goals that can be formed quantitative or qualitative output, creativity, flexibility, reliability or other things that the organization can want. Good performance is an action to achieve the goals of the organization so that efforts are needed to improve performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work family conflict and job stress on performance with motivation as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at the Perak Timur Health Center, with saturated sampling obtained a sample of 47 respondents. Statistical data analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS software. The results of this study explain, among others, that work family conflict has no effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job stress has no effect on employee performance. Motivation as a moderating variable is proven to have a positive effect in influencing the relationship between work family conflict and employee performance. In addition, motivation as a moderating variable is also proven to have a positive effect in influencing the relationship between work stress and employee performance..
