Abstract

Alqomar PAUD Many social and emotional skills of children aged 4 to 5 years are still underdeveloped, so teachers attempt to develop children's social and emotional skills through role-playing methods. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the role-playing method to improve the social and emotional skills of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Alqomar. This research is field research using qualitative methods. The main data sources are teachers and students. Alkmaar Early Childhood Education Research Site. Currently, inductive methods are used for data analysis. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the application of the role-playing method to improve the social and emotional skills of children aged 4-5 years has been achieved well at PAUD Alqomar. The use of role play techniques at PAUD Alqomar has been proven to improve the social and emotional skills of children aged 4 to 5 years. This can be seen from the child's skills before the role-playing method was introduced, but after the role-playing method was introduced, the child's social and emotional skills began to develop. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peran Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo bertujuan untuk diketahui bagaimana upaya atau dari peran Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo dalam mengimplementasikan promosi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, dan bagaimana mengetahui, mekanisme pengawasan membentuk Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Probolinggo dalam melakukan bentuk-bentuk pembinaan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dalam mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan serta pengawasan Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Probolinggo dalam melakukan upaya pemajuan tenaga kerja kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Penelitian menggunakan jenis data penelitian deskriptif dengan lokasi penelitian di Disperinaker Kota Probolinggo. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Yang dimaksud dengan data primer merupakan data utama dan data sekunder adalah data yang digunakan untuk mendukung data primer. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang saya kami tulis diperoleh hasil bahwa. Kebijakan Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Probolinggo dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang dilaksanakan berdasar pada ketentuan peraturan / regulasi perundang-undangan yang masih berlaku di dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya

Abstract

This study aims to highlights the concept of an Islamic educational environment as reflected in the hadith  of the Prophet Muhammad SAW on learning together (ta’allum jama’i), as narrated by Imam Muslim. The values contained in these hadith, such as angelic protection, abundant mercy, inner peace (sakinah), and glory in the sight of Allah, are  key indicators learning climate. This study uses  a qualitative approach through library research by examining various scientific sources, hadith books, and relevant Islamic educational literature. The results of the study show that applying the principles of hadith in an educational environment can create a collaborative, loving, and worship oriented learning atmosphere. Such an environment plays a role in fostering student’s character to be noble, disciplined, and highly spiritually aware. In addition, the hadith also provides practical guidance for educators in creating a conducive and calming learning atmosphere, as well as protecting students from the negative influences of globalization and moral hadith values in the management of the islamic educational environment not only strengthens the scientific dimension but  also fostered a balance between reason, heart, and faith as the main foundation of education oriented towards the formation of perfect individuals, namely individuals who are knowledgeable, faithful, and noble, who are able to face global challenges based on strong Islamic values.

Abstract

Educational awareness is a psychological construct formed through the quality of emotional interactions within the family environment, serving as the basis for learning orientation. This study aims to explore the psychological role of parents in shaping children's educational awareness and its implications for educational continuity to mitigate the risk of school dropout. Using a qualitative approach with a literature review design, this study applies content analysis to various reputable scientific sources to critically synthesize internal psychological mechanisms within the family. Findings indicate that parental psychological support including empathy, emotional validation, and supportive communication significantly builds intrinsic motivation by fulfilling children's needs for autonomy and competence. This mechanism functions as a vital protective factor that strengthens children's resilience against academic pressures and structural economic constraints. The study concludes that the psychological presence of parents is a fundamental foundation that transforms children's perception of education from a mere formal obligation into a need for continuous self development. This study suggests the urgency of developing psychologically based parenting interventions and conducting longitudinal studies to strengthen preventive strategies in national education policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) office of South Tangerang City. This study used a quantitative method, the sampling technique used slovin sampling, namely 75 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are Job Promotion has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination result of 57% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.908> 1.993). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 56.8% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.787> 1.993). Job Promotion and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 14.778 + 0.3331 X1 + 0.316 X2. The coefficient of determination is 63% while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table (61.211 > 2.38).
