Abstract

The issues that arise in relation to employee performance are a sign that executive and administrative duties as head of HR assets are very important. If this performance problem is not handled as expected, the company in general will experience a gradual decline and be detrimental to the actual company, so it is necessary to study employee performance related to factors of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction, so that the impact on performance can be known. . This study used a qualitative descriptive method and a literature review. The results of the study show that leadership style and organizational culture influence job satisfaction. Leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction affect employee performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, service and price in influencing purchase intention, as well as to determine the role of brand image mediating the effect of product quality, service and price on purchase interest in the Daihatsu Xenia brand in South Tangerang. The population in this study are people in South Tangerang city who are involved in the process of searching for and purchasing lmpv vehicles. The sample used in this study were 190 respondents. The sampling method was done by using purposive sampling method. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that product quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on brand image, service quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on brand image, price is proven to have a positive and significant effect on brand image, product quality is not proven to have a positive and significant effect on brand image. Purchase interest, service quality is proven to have a positive but insignificant influence on purchase intention, price is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image is proven to have a significant effect on purchase interest. Then in this study it is also proven that brand image fully mediates the relationship of product quality to purchase intention, brand image does not mediate the relationship of service quality to purchase intention, brand image partially mediates the relationship between price and purchase intention.

Abstract

At this time, apart from aviation safety being the main priority, the world of aviation is required to be safer, more efficient, more cost-effective, and able to increase economic growth and reduce environmental impacts. AirNav Indonesia as the only provider of aviation navigation services in Indonesia must be able to adapt to changes supported by human resource capabilities. Therefore, the role of education and training, career development, and agility can encourage the emergence of employee adaptability. This research took a sample of 125 employees at the AirNav Indonesia company, Palembang Branch Office. The collection was carried out using a non-probability sampling method. Variable measurement was carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis shows that the education and training and agility variables have a positive and significant effect on adaptability, while the career development variable is not proven to have an effect on adaptability.

Abstract

Tilapia is a popular type of fish in the global aquaculture industry, with the advantage of genetically enhanced strains for fast growth and feed efficiency. However, cultivators often need help with administrative management, suboptimal productivity, and limited knowledge about the latest cultivation technology. The community service program, which involves the Berkah Jaya tilapia cultivator group in Pandeglang, aims to increase understanding and overcome these challenges through assistance focusing on locally based solutions. Strategies include disease control, water quality management, and infrastructure improvements. Adopting appropriate technology and improving group administrative management are the main strategies for achieving sustainability and increasing productivity in tilapia farming.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of compensation and work environment on cleaning workers performance, with work motivation and job satisfaction as mediators. Using a quantitative survey method with 100 respondents, data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that compensation does not affect performance but significantly influences work motivation, which, in turn, improves performance. Compensation impacts performance when mediated by work motivation. The work environment significantly affects performance and job satisfaction, while job satisfaction does not influence performance or mediate the relationship between the of work environment and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, pelatihan, dan dukungan manajerial terhadap efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi infrastruktur di kalangan pegawai pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi. Namun, dukungan manajerial tidak memoderasi pengaruh komunikasi dan pelatihan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kualitas komunikasi dan pelatihan, lebih dari dukungan manajerial, dalam meningkatkan pemanfaatan aplikasi.

Abstract

This research explores the individual and group aspects influencing organizational performance. The individual aspects examined include motivation, leadership, and commitment, while the group aspects include group dynamics, collaboration, and trust. This study uses a literature review methodology, analyzing various journals and published books. Relevant theories are discussed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The findings suggest that both individual and group aspects significantly affect organizational performance, each contributing to improving organizational effectiveness. This research highlights the interconnectedness of individual and group factors in enhancing overall organizational success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource management on the development of work competencies among administrative staff in distribution companies in Denmark and Germany. The research focuses on how effective talent management contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 8, which promotes decent work and economic growth. A quantitative research method was applied, using a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 86 employees, and data were collected through surveys and analyzed using SPSS v.25 software. The results showed a significant impact of human resource management on the improvement of work competencies, as indicated by the statistical model. The study concludes that proper human resource management can enhance employee skills and performance, contributing to organizational growth and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Organizational Commitment on Readiness to Change and to determine the role of Organizational Commitment in mediating the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy on Readiness to Change. This research was conducted on the staff of Civil Servants of the Regional Secretariat of Poso Regency with a population of 118 employees. The sample in this study uses a saturated sample technique of 118 respondents. The exogenous variables in this study are Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy, while the endogenous variable is Readiness to Change mediated by Organizational Commitment. Variable measurements were carried out using the Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach. The software used for structural analysis uses Smart PLS 3.2.9.  The results of the analysis show that Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Transformational Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee change readiness. Organizational Commitment mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy and Readiness to Partially Change

Abstract

The rapid evolution of technology has transformed various sectors, including Human Resource Management (HRM) and consumer services. This literature review, based on highly cited works in Google Scholar, investigates the significant variables influenced by the proliferation of digital applications in these fields. Key findings indicate that technological integration affects variables such as consumer trust, satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty, which are essential to both HRM and marketing strategies. The analysis also highlights the dual role of technology as both an enabler and a potential disruptor, depending on strategic implementation. This study provides a comprehensive basis for future research on leveraging technology for sustainable growth and improved management quality in HRM and marketing.
