Strategi pengembangan madrasah adalah suatu upaya perencanaan dan pengeloalaan madrasah yang berfungsi untuk mengarahkan dan mengembangkan madrasah dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikannya, karena madrasah unggul dimaksud sebagai center of excellence yang artinnya madrasah unggul diproyeksikan sebagai wadah menampung peserta didik yang terbaik dari berbagai daerah secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan model analisis interaktif informan perwakilan stakeholder di madrasah. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui setrategi pengembangan madrasah yang ada di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda merupakan strategi yang kompleks karena mencakup seluruh aspek yang ada di madrasah. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari 4 aspek yaitu, keterbukaan organisasi, kualitas dan kopetensi guru, mementingkan mutu, memperkuat jaringan. Dengan begitu, madrasah mampu menjadikan strategi konsptual tersebut menjadi suatu strategi yang dibutuhkan oleh madrash untuk mengembangkan madrasah unggul.Kata kunci: Strategi Pengembangan Madrasah

This study examines how nurses' performance is perceived regarding work-family conflict and job satisfaction and how organizational commitment plays a role in mediating this relationship at Pindad Bandung General Hospital. The research used a quantitative survey methodology with a sample of 66 female nurses. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations, and path analysis was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that work-family conflict has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Work-family conflict also has a negative and significant impact on nurse performance, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on nurse performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on nurse performance. These findings suggest that work-family conflict and job satisfaction influence nurse performance and that organizational commitment mediates this relationship.

Penelitian ini bertolak dari permasalahan pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Pesantren At Thohiriyyah â€“ Cianjur dan Pesantren Sadang Lebak â€“ Garut dimana kemampuan santri dalam menganalisis kaidah nahw sharfÂ masih lemah yang ditujukan dengan lemahnya kemampuan mereka dalam membaca dan menerjemahkan teks-teks Arab. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Pada tulisan ini penulis ingin mengetahui adakah hubungan antara kemampuan santri terhadap analisis kaidah nahw sharf dan kemampuan mereka dalam membaca dan menerjemahkan teks-teks Arab. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penguasaan santri terhadap analisis kaidah nahw sharf, kemampuan mereka dalam membaca teks, , kemampuan mereka dalam menterjemahkan teks dan mengetahui hubungan antara ketiganya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif.Â Dan cara penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara, teks dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hubungan kemampuan santri terhadap analisis kaidah nahw sharf di pesantren-pesantren tradisional dengan kemampuan santri untuk membaca dan menerjemahkan teks-teks Arab, maka mendapatkan koefisien korelasi 0,51 dengan adanya hubungan, dan medapatkan hasil signifikansi dengan nilai t hitung 2,514 dan hasil dari t tabel 2,101 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan Hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak, dan keputusan ujian dapat diterima.

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) definisi Project Based Learning; (2) karakteristik Project Based Learning; (3) langkah-langkah Project Based Learning; (4) kelebihan dan kekurangan Project Based Learning. Atas dasar permasalahan tersebut maka penulis mengambil judul penulisan. Penulisan ini ditujukan pada siswa tingkat sekolah dasar, dimana karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar pada umumnya sangat aktif dan senang bermain, sehingga guru dituntut untuk lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar dan mengajar. Terlebih lagi dalam pelajaran Matematika dimana biasanya dalam benak siswa hanya fokus berhitung dan menghafal rumus-rumus. Dari hasil kajian pustaka ini diketahui bahwa model Project Based Learning dapat menjadi solusi pembelajaran siswa sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif, serta siswa bisa lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru.

This study aims to map the research landscape of Arabic language bilingualism through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis covering the period from 1986 to 2024. The increasing global prevalence of bilingualism, particularly among Arabic speakers in countries where Arabic is not the primary language, underscores the need for a systematic understanding of how research in this field has evolved. This study collected data from the Scopus database and applied bibliometric methods, including citation analysis, co-authorship network mapping, and journal quartile evaluation, using Microsoft Excel, Publish or Perish (PoP), and VOSviewer. The analysis revealed that the United States was the most influential contributor to research on Arabic bilingualism. The year 2018 recorded the highest number of publications, with a total of 16, while 2017 had the highest number of citations, reaching 348, indicating strong research impact. Current research themes emphasize the cognitive benefits of bilingualism, such as improved working memory and problem-solving abilities, and explore their implications in educational and social settings. These findings highlight the ongoing importance of fostering collaborative and interdisciplinary research and suggest that educational policies should incorporate insights from bilingualism studies to enhance language acquisition and development.

This study aims to investigate the Arabic language teachers' competence and performance who participated in PPG (Pendidikan Profesi Guru/ Teacher Profession Education) at LPTK (Lembaga Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan/ Education Staff and Teacher College) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The present study applied a qualitative approach and analytical descriptive method. Data were collected using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed through several steps: organizing data, translating data into units, synthesizing, analyzing, and making conclusions. The validity of the data was tested using the triangulation technique. The results showed that the Arabic language teachers'level of competence before joining PPG was taken from their Initial Competency Test and their average academic test score was 62.53 (medium category). After they joined PPG, there was an increase in their competence and performance. Their gain can be seen from several indicators: discipline, dedication, motivation, work ethic. The average value of each indicator was 6.5%.

This research aims to identify the locations of mispronunciations of the makhÄrij al-hurÅ«f in conversations (hiwÄr) in the VII PPS Babussalam class in the city of Bandung. Additionally, it serves as an evaluation tool for Arabic language learning to improve the learning process and provide solutions or treatments to students to enhance their makhÄrij al-hurÅ«f pronunciation. Correcting makhÄrij al-hurÅ«f errors is crucial as they can affect the meaning. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method. The population of this research includes all the students in the VII PPS Babussalam class in the city of Bandung, and it was conducted on May 17, 2023, at the VII PPS Babussalam class in Bandung. Data collection involved interviews, tests, and documentation, followed by analyzing all data in narrative form. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there are 426 mispronunciations of makhÄrij al-hurÅ«f in the hiwÄr in the VII PPS Babussalam class in Bandung. These errors include mispronunciations in Al-Jauf (Mouth Cavity), totaling three errors with a percentage of 0.70%, falling into the deficient category; mispronunciations in Al-halq (Throat), totaling 204 errors with a percentage of 47.89%; falling into the high category; mispronunciations in al-lisÄn (Tongue), totaling 171 errors with a percentage of 40.14%, also falling into the high category; mispronunciations in al-syafatain (Two Lips), totaling 35 errors with a percentage of 8.22%, falling into the low category; and mispronunciations in Al-Khaiysyum (Nasal Cavity), totaling 13 errors with a percentage of 3.05%, falling into the low category. These pronunciation errors occur due to the student's lack of understanding of the correct makhÄrij al-hurÅ«f pronunciation, such as not being aware of the pronunciation differences between Indonesian and Arabic, the absence of specific attention from teachers to correct each student's pronunciation, and the lack of practice. This study recommends further research in analyzing the mispronunciation of makhÄrij al-hurÅ«f letters with different research objects, namely the mispronunciation of makhÄrij al-hurÅ«f letters in Arabic news.

The UN emphasizes the importance of 21st century education in building a knowledge-based society. Learning in this era is influenced by new guidelines from UNESCO, which emphasize four main elements, namely collaboration, communication, creativity and critical thinking (4C). One type of 21st century learning evaluation that can be applied is Project-based learning evaluation. Project-based assessment is a learning activity that involves students in making projects so that learning is centered on students and teachers act as supervisors in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of project-based learning evaluation at MA Miftahul Falah. This research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques of observation and interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that project-based Arabic learning at MA Miftahul Falah for grades 11 IPA and 11 IPS is carried out through several stages, namely project preparation and presentation, discussion, group division, teacher supervision, and presentation of final results. Students are divided into four groups with different themes, namely في سوبرماركت (in the supermarket), في السوق التقليدي (in the traditional market), في قسم الملابس (in the clothing department), and في قسم الفواكه والخضروات (in the fruit and vegetable department). These learning stages include initial learning in the classroom, independent project work outside the classroom, and discussion of project results in the classroom

Arabic language learning in Sukahideng Islamic boarding school experiences several obstacles, such as students feeling bored and tired to learn to speak Arabic because teachers tend to dominate learning activities in the classroom compared to students. Thus, the application of a model that improves learning is needed because it is one of the tools to achieve goals. This research aims to produce a product in the form of a learning model to improve Arabic language skills through the Ihya al-Lughah Learning Model. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with experimental method. Data collection was done through observation techniques. Interviews were conducted with students, teachers, and boarding school leaders. Documentation was done by looking at various data in the field. Data analysis was done inductively. The research stages include preliminary studies, development, and validation. Based on the fifth point, the research findings at Sukahideng Islamic boarding school show that the application of the Ihya al-Lughah model is more effective than conventional Arabic learning. This effectiveness is indicated by the difference in test results between the experimental santri group (the group that received treatment using the learning model developed in this study) and the control santri group (the group that did not receive treatment using the learning model). This research is expected to contribute and become one of the effective and efficient learning models in Arabic language learning, as well as useful for readers and Arabic language activists to apply it in Arabic language learning.

Tariqah Al-Qawa'id Wa Al Tarjamah is a traditional (classical) language teaching method that emphasizes reading and translating aspects coupled with analysis of the grammatical structure contained in the text. Effectiveness of Implementing the al Qawaid Wa al Tarjamah Method in Increasing the Maharah Qira'ah of Class VIII Female Students at MTs Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Garut. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental method which aims: 1) To find out the application of the al Qawaid Wa al Tarjamah method in increasing the maharah qira'ah of Class VIII Female Students at MTs Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Garut. 2) Knowing the effectiveness of applying the al qawaid wa al tarjamah method in increasing the maharah qira'ah of Class VIII Female Students at MTs Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Garut. Because there are quite significant values, it can be concluded that the application of the Al Qawaid Wa Al Tarjamah method is effective in increasing the maharah qira'ah of Class VIII Female Students at MTs Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Garut.
