Abstract

Facing Covid-19, the government responded with a new normal policy. The public must implement the 5M health protocol to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19, such as wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, and limiting mobility. Through the policy, a compliance action can be investigated. speaking about gender, gender differences seem to influence the health behavior of men and women. According to White, gender is a description of the behavior patterns of men or women which recognized in social life. This study aimed to determine the correlation between gender and compliance with health protocols in the New Normal Era. The population in this study were all students studying at the top 5 universities in Riau Province using the Propionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. In this study using construct validity (construct validity). Testing the validity of this research instrument was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 application/software and using the Pearson bivariate technique. Meanwhile, the instrument reliability test in this study used the Cronbach Alpha Formula technique and the SPSS 25 in windows program. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Spearman's Rank test, which states the correlation between X and Y variables. The results obtained by this study indicate a significant correlation between the Gender variable and the Health Protocol Compliance variable.

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the plantation products that becomes an export commodity and has a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, especially Riau Province. Riau Province is a province that has the largest area of palm oil and has the highest CPO (Crude Palm Oil) productivity in Indonesia, so that Riau Province exports CPO or palm oil. Export activities will generate income in the form of export value. This study describes the efforts of the Riau Province government in exporting CPO to India. The export of CPO commodities is one of the leading foreign exchange earnings for national exports. India is a destination country for Indonesian palm oil exports. The volume of Indonesian palm oil exports to India sometimes continues to increase every year. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through literature study sourced from several books, journals, official documents, articles, websites and interviews. This research uses the perspective of Neo-liberalism, the level of analysis of the nation state and the theory of international trade.. The results showed that the Riau Province government's strategy in exporting CPO to India included increasing the production and productivity of oil palm plantations optimally in Riau Province, which is competitive and has quality for plantation welfare; the realization of a sustainable bio-industrial farming system that produces a variety of healthy foods and high value-added products from agricultural biological resources; improve the human resources capacity of the apparatus/farmers to work professionally; improve the clean, transparent and thorough internal services of regional apparatus organizations in the plantation sector. Abstract

This research is about Indonesia diplomacy effort to introduce Wayang Kulit in United States. Wayang Kulit is an Indonesia cultural art that is unique and loved by adults and children. With the set of Wayang Kulit by UNESCO as Indonesia's cultural heritage, it is the responsibility of Indonesia to introduce Wayang Kulit to other countries. Wayang kulit is one of the steps to introduce Indonesia cultural to the United States, and this research aims to know the Efforts of Indonesia Diplomacy Through Wayang Kulit held in the United States.This study uses a neorealist perspective, which focuses on the state as the main actor in the international polytic system. Indonesia wants to introduce the art of Wayang Kulit cultural in the United States. To describe this research, the author uses the theory of cultural diplomacy. This research is qualitative, this research uses library research technique, where this research with data collection technique from book literature, magazine, newspaper, and visit to internet and other sources.The results of this study indicate that Indonesia made efforts through multi track diplomacy to introduce Wayang Kulit cultural in the United States through multi track Government, Non Government and private citizen, with the effort, Indonesia got the response by the United States community well.Keywords: Wayang Kulit, cultural heritage, multi track diplomacy, diplomacycultural

Abstract

This study analyzes how the implementation of the Indonesia Pakistan Preferential Trade Agreement (IP-PTA) by Indonesia in 2013-2018. IP-PTA is a trade agreement between Indonesia and Pakistan covering certain products and for a limited time. This trade agreement was signed by the two countries in 2012 and began to be implemented in 2013. Currently, Indonesia has established many PTA with other countries. Therefore, this study aims to see how the implementation of the trade agreement.            This study uses qualitative research methods with primary data obtained through interviews as well as secondary data derived from various existing reading sources such as books, journals, newspapers, and others. This study uses the Perspective of Liberalism, Level of Nation-State Analysis, and International Cooperation Theory.             The results of this study show that Indonesia implements IP-PTA in several ways namely, ratifying the IP-PTA through Presidential Regulation No. 98/2012, facilitate and reduce trade barriers by giving preferential tariffs to the products listed in the agreed agreements, as well as reviewing the Pakistan joint agreement to see how the development of the IP-PTA in each country. The review was carried out three times before two countries agreed to continue the plan to expand trade cooperation.Keywords: Preferential Trade Agreement, Implementation.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe why Indonesia agreed corporate with Turkey in producing Medium Tank. This corporation was held because Indonesia need to increase and modernize its army defense. The cooperation consist of three steps, Design, Prototyping, and Producing. The signed of MoU, has been done between the two countries since June 2010.In this research, Researcher analyzed this case using qualitative methods to find data and facts through some literature. The literature collected from books, journals, mass media and websites. Researcher use realism perspective which believe all policies issued by the state is an attempt to achieve or defend the national interest. The level analysis of the research is nation-state and also use national interest theory by Donald Edwin Nuctherlain.From this research it can be seen, Indonesia choose Turkey as a partner in producing Medium Tank because of Indonesia’s needs to increase the Indonesia’s military industry. Military industry cooperation made a major impact on changes in military technology by the armed forces of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

Economic cooperation is one of the interests of every country that wants to maintain its position in the international political system. Japan and India are no exception. In this study, showed the reasons behind Japan's interest in agreeing to cooperate with India to build partnerships through the Asia Africa Growth Corridor (AAGC) in 2017. AAGC reflects the convergence of bottom-up and top- down rocesses, which is in the interest of Japanese businesses in using India as astepping stone to Africa and a desire to provide a geopolitical alternative to the region. These two dimensions need to be considered in analyzing the beginning of the collaboration. This research is theoretically built using the perspective of neoliberalism, and is supported by foreign policy theory. The formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical frameworks in this study uses a qualitative explanation method. This study also uses the nation-state as a level of analysis. The results of this study are that there are three sources of foreign policy that underlie Japan to realize the AAGC as the fulfillment of its country's interests. First, systemic sources explained that the balancing of China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) strategy was through Japan's Free and Open Indo-Pacific Strategy. Second, societal sources see India as a stepping stone to the African market. Third,the government source is Shinzo Abe's proactive foreign relations strategy towardsIndia. Abstract

This study aims to find out about The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) efforts to promoting aesthetic plastic surgery in South Korea. Compared to other countries, South Korea has the highest desire to achieve the ideal appearance. It is estimated that at least 1 out of 5 woman in South Korea have plastic surgery. According to data of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) also shows that South Korea as the country has the highest per capita level of expenditure in the world in terms of plastic surgery.The data used in this study a secondary data. Secondary data was obtained through library research, and search online media research. The writer uses of the pluralism prespective, and organization level of analysis. Theories used in this study based on the role of international organization theory by Clive Archer.The research result is the effort of International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) to promoting plastic surgery in South Korea through a branding, “A Commitment to Safer Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Worldwide”, realization of that is ISAPS do Surgeon qualifications, Surgeon training, Facility accreditation, Patient education, Consumer protection, and create ISAPS Global Alliance Participating Societies.Keywords: International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), effort, aesthetic plastic surgery, patient safety

Abstract

This study discusses how Rumah Batik Andalan is doing to promote and export Batik Bono to China. One area that already owns and produces its own batik is Pelalawan Regency in Riau province. Bono batik describes the bono wave in Pelalawan district. This research uses liberalism perspective and group level analysis, International Trade theory. The researcher uses a literature study research method by collecting data from books, academic journals, official documents, laws, sources from the internet related to research on the Mainstay Batik House Strategy in Exporting Bono Batik to China in 2016 – 2019 and researchers also use primary data namely by direct interviews with the head of Rumah Batik Andalan and field surveys. The results of this study indicate the Strategy of Rumah Batik Andalan in Exporting Batik Bono to China in 2016 – 2019, namely by providing support from the Pelalawan district government for the existence of the mainstay batik house export, and Rumah Batik Andalan being a foster partner of the Riau Andalan Pupl and Paper Company or APRIL, and also do promotions through social media such as Instagram and Facebook. Abstract

ASEAN stated that terrorism was very dangerous. Terrorist attacks kill innocent people, damage infrastructure, destroy the environment, and hinder ASEAN from achieving its goals. In 2016-2021, ASEAN stated that the threat of terrorism was growing, such as cooperation between regional groups and ISIS groups, the return of foreign fighters, and the emergence of single terrorists. The author examines the role of ASEAN in dealing with terrorism in the Southeast Asian region in 2016-2021. In this research, the writer used descriptive qualitative method. The author used literature and interviews in collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through official ASEAN website sources, and interviews with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while secondary data was obtained from journal articles, the internet, books, etc. which were then processed according to the topic of discussion. This study usedthe perspective of Pluralism and the theory of the Role of International Organizations. The results of the study show that ASEAN plays a dominant role as an arena in dealing with terrorism, namely facilitating discussion and cooperation through the ASEAN Defense Minister's Meeting (ADMM), ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), and ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (AMMTC) mechanisms to produce documents that serve as guidelines in tackling terrorism in the Southeast Asian region. ASEAN also cooperates with Russia and Australia in dealing with terrorism. The impact of ASEAN's role, namely terrorism attacks in the Southeast Asian Region, has decreased. Abstract

ABSTRACT CV. Rumah Tamadun MSME business unit engaged in handicrafts. This study aims to describe CV strategies. The House of Civilization is in the process of internationalization. This study also describes the implementation of factors related to the internationalization process of CV. Rumah Tamadun. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through primary data collection sourced from field research and through secondary data collection through literature studies sourced from several books, journals, articles, websites and using the concept of Penta Helix and Internationalization theory. The result of this paper is that CV. Rumah Tamadun has a strategy for the internationalization process, namely a product marketing strategy that has a correlation with the elements of the Penta Helix indicator. Internationalization of CV. Rumah Tamadun products in America are marketed through KEREIN Production and e-commerce. The concept of Penta Helix and its implementation in the internationalization process of CV. Rumah Tamadun in the form of a combination of elements of Academia (Conceptor), Business Player (Enabler), Community (Accelerator), Media (Expander). Government (Regulator). Keyword : CV.
