Pendahuluan : Ulkus dekubitus juga sering disebut sebagai pressure ulcer, bed sore, atau borok tempat tidur diakibatkan oleh nekrosis sel dan sering terjadi dalam kulit atau jaringan subkutan di daerah tonjolan tulang. Untuk mencegah ulkus dekubitus diperlukan pengetahuan yang baik tentang ulkus dekubitus. Metodologi : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan mahasiswa keperawatan tentang ulkus dekubitus. Design penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 214 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil : Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang ulkus dekubitus dengan kategori cukup yaitu sebanyak 5,6 % responden. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan responden paling bagus adalah pada tema etiologi. Diskusi : Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa adalah dengan memberikan workshop, pelatihan ataupun mini seminar tentang ulkus dekubitus untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang ulkus dekubitus. Triage is the process by which patients are classified according to the type and urgency of their conditions to get help from a care provider. Patients and the patient families must know about the triage implementation to avoid misinterpretation of health services in the emergency unit. This study aims to identify the knowledge of patients’ families about the implementation of triage in the emergency department. The design of the study was quantitative with a cross-sectional technique. The sample of this study was the patient’s families with 90 people which were selected through accidental sampling. Data collection used was a questionnaire that has been tested for its validation and reliability. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The majority of respondents had sufficient knowledge about triage 62,2%, the respondents accounted with better knowledge about triage was 22,2% and the respondents with a lack of knowledge 15,6%. It is be concluded that based on the result of this study, it is beneficial for health care professionals to provide triage education to patient’s families to improve patients' families' understanding of triage implementation in the emergency setting in the hospital

Adolescence is a transitional phase of development that connect childhood to adulthood. adolescents in the process of development experience various important changes including psychosocial and physical changes. The majority of teenagers will be concerned with their physical appearance with a proportional body shape so that it will be provide various images and perceptions about body shape. The aim of this study is unstable body image satisfaction and self-esteem experienced by overweight teenagers will bring negative effects, creating hindrance in the social life since they worry too much about the over-sized bodies. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between body image satisfaction and self-esteem among overweight female adolescents. Research design this study applied descriptive-correlation research design using cross-sectional approach. 51 respondents took part in this study and were chosen using purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaire. The data then were analyzed using both univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi square statiscal test. The results showed that 27 respondents had positive body image satisfaction (52,9%), while 24 respondents had negative body image satisfaction (47,1%), 27 respondents had high self-esteem (52,9%), and where as 24 respondents had low self-esteem (47,1%). The result of statiscal test revealed that there was no correlation between body image satisfaction and self-esteem among overweight female adolescents (p-value 0,665 ? 0,05). The result of this study is expected to be used as a reference in developing knowledge regarding the correlation between body image satisfaction and self-esteem among overweight adolescent girls.

Underage marriages are marriages that occur where a man or woman who has not reached the age required by applicable law, that is, if the male has reached the age of 19 and the woman has reached the age of 16. The purpose of community service activities is to provide socialization and understanding to the public about the impact of early marriage in terms of legal, health and education aspects. This activity can also improve knowledge competence, skills, community motivation, and play a role in the formation of a prosperous family village development team. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation and document analysis. The results of this community service show the enthusiasm of the community to attend a series of activities, and the active role of the community is quite good. Improved understanding of the community is divided into 3 categories, namely, the village prosperous village development team, health development and Education development. Activities carried out continuously and continuously have a positive impact on community growth and development.

Stres adalah kondisi yang tidak menyenangkan dimana manusia melihat adanya tuntutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas keperawatan dalam menjalani pembelajaran jarak jauh akibat covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Keperawatan pada bulan Agustus 2020 menggunakan desain korelasi cross sectional dengan total 522 sampel, alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Depression Anxiety stress scales (DASS) untuk variabel tingkat stres dan kuesioner yang didesain sendiri oleh peneliti sesuai literature dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penyebab tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan dalam menjalani pembelajaran jarak jauh akibat covid-19 adalah tugas pembelajaran 66,3% (p = 0,000). Faktor- faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh akibat covid-19 adalah koneksi internet 56,7 % (p-value = 0,187) dan kuota internet 75,9% (p-value = 0,152). Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa mahasiswa mengalami stres sedang (37,7%), stres ringan (13,9%), stres berat (19,9%) dan stres sangat berat (31,5%) dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran berat. Pendidikan profesi Ners merupakan proses mahasiswa menjadi seorang perawat profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan profesi Ners yang meliputi persepsi terhadap dosen, pembimbing klinik dan metode pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Riau dengan 98 sampel dengan teknik total sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian ini mayoritas jenis kelamin responden adalah perempuan berjumlah 94 orang (95,9%), mayoritas berumur 23 tahun sebanyak 50 orang (41%). Persepsi terhadap dosen didapatkan sebanyak 59 orang memiliki persepsi yang baik (60,2%) pada stase Keperawatan Gawat Darurat, Keperawatan Anak, Keperawatan Keluarga dan Keperawatan Gerontik. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan sebanyak 70 mahasiswa memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap pembimbing klinik (71,4%) pada stase Keperawatan Jiwa, Keperawatan Keluarga dan Keperawatan Gerontik. Persepsi mahasiswa terhadap metode pembelajaran menunjukkan sebanyak 56 orang memiliki persepsi yang baik (57,1%) pada stase Keperawatan Jiwa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan rata-rata mahasiswa memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap dosen, pembimbing klinik dan metode pembelajaran. Peneliti menyarankan kepada institusi pendidikan untuk mengevaluasi proses pendidikan profesi Ners berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian analisis kualitatif terkait pengalaman mahasiswa dalam menjalani pendidikan profesi Ners.

COVID-19 is a disease that infects the respiratory tract to the deepest tip of the lungs. Most of the COVID-19 patients have comorbidities with hypertension, especially in the elderly. Increasing age coupled with pre-existing diseases make the elderly more susceptible to more severe COVID-19 infections. This study aims to determine what factors are related to the compliance of hypertension patients in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol. This study uses a descriptive correlation design and uses cross sectional approach. The research sample was 70 respondents who were taken based on the inclusion criteria using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire sheet for the variables of knowledge, attitudes, family support, and COVID-19 health protocol compliance. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. After collecting data on 70 respondents with hypertension at one of the public health center in Pekanbaru, the results of the chi-square test on the attitude variable with compliance showed p value 0.036 < (0.05), the family support variable with compliance obtained p value 0.005 < (0.05), and the knowledge variable obtained p value 0.212 > (0.05). Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between attitude factors and family support factors with hypertension patient compliance in implementing health protocols, while there is no correlation between knowledge factors and hypertension patient compliance in implementing health protocols

Abstract Apparently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses became the front-line health care professionals who were required to readiness physically immune. Nurses' immunity can be achieved using COVID-19 vaccination. However, not all nurses have a better understanding of COVID-19 vaccination which may cause their decision to be vaccinated. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and nurses' anxiety about the COVID-19 vaccination. This study used a quantitative analytic approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was 80 respondents which were selected using a simple random sampling technique. A questionnaire used for this study has been tested for its validity and reliability. Data collection was analysed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study showed that the majority of respondents had good knowledge of 72 people (90.0%) and appropriate knowledge of 10 (10.0%). Some of the respondents experienced mild anxiety with 72 people (90, 0%). The respondents who have good knowledge of mild anxiety levels are 68 people (94.4%) and respondents who have good knowledge of moderate-severe anxiety are 4 people (56.0%), respondents who are knowledgeable enough about mild anxiety namely as many as 4 people (50.0%) and respondents who have sufficient knowledge with moderate-severe anxiety are 4 people (50.0%). Based on the Chi-Square test, it is known that the p-value = 0.003 (P-value < 0.05). Respondents who have good knowledge will experience mild anxiety. Online nursing laboratory skills is a learning model of practice that facilitated using online learning platforms which aim to deliver nursing laboratory skills for students. The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing students' perceptions of the implementation of online nursing laboratory skills during COVID-19. This study employed quantitative research method with descriptive design. Sampling technique used was total sampling with 401 respondents. Data was collected using Google form questionnaire which spreaded through email and WhatsApp groups. Data analysis for this study used univariate analysis that describes variable investigated in this study. The results of this study showed that the majority of respondents mostly in age 20 years old (126 respondents, 31.4%), the gender most of respondents are female (370 respondents, 92.4%), the majority of class programs is regular program (378 respondents, 94.3%), and the majority of generation is 2019 regular program it is 141 respondents (34.7%). In the general, student perceptions of online nursing laboratory skill is satisfied enough (89.8%). The result of perception obtained on the subvariable method is good category (85.5%) and media is also got good category (83.0%). Researchers recommend that for future studies can investigate variables on one particular subject.Keywords : Online nursing laboratory skills; students’ perception; nursing; pandemic COVID-19

Academic stress is a condition in which a student is unable to cope with the pressures and demands received while in a school. It elicits a different response to each individual. One such response is to the social interactions that are formed in each of these individuals. This study aims to investigate the relationship between academic stress and peer social interaction of first-year students. This study used a descriptive correlative research design with a cross sectional approach. Sample of this study was 133 respondents which selected using total sampling techniques. Data was collected using DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales) questionnaires and social interaction questionnaires. The analysis used were univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi Square test. The results of this study showed that the majority of students experienced moderate stress as much as 55 (41.4%), and most had good social interactions with 74 (55.6%). In addition, results of Chi Square test showed that there is a significant correlation between academic stress and peer social interaction in first-grade students with p value (0.005) < alpha (0.05). The study results depict that students mostly able to overcome problems their experienced as well as pressures received. Therefore, it does not impact on their social interactions among other students.Keywords: Academic Stress, Social Interaction, Students
