Abstract

Information system is a system consisting of interrelated components that interact to gather, process, store, and disseminate information required by an organization or individual to achieve specific goals. The information system also functions as a processor of daily transactions, supports managerial information, and organizational strategic activities, as well as external parties with necessary reports. HOT-Fit stands for Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit, which is an evaluation framework that combines concepts from the Information System Success Model (ISSM) with the IT-Organizational Fit Model. HOT-Fit is used to assess the compatibility between humans, organizations, and technology in information systems, particularly in healthcare information systems. The research type employed is analytical survey research or explanatory research with a cross-sectional design, where measurements and observations are conducted simultaneously at one point in time. This study utilizes a reflective measurement model assessed based on loading factors (correlations between component values and construct values) of indicators measuring the constructs. The success of implementing the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) is influenced by factors such as System Quality, System Use, and Net Benefit. Net Benefit is directly affected by system use, meaning that the higher the perceived benefits experienced by users in using SIMRS, the higher the users' intention to use SIMRS.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja mencakup berbagai hal seperti kondisi dan kecenderungan perilaku seseorang. Kepuasan-kepuasan itu tidak tampak serta nyata, tetapi dapat diwujudkan dalam suatu hasil pekerjaan. Salah satu masalah yang sangat penting agar mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja dengan lebih produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai khususnya di lingkungan kantor BPN Kabupaten Klaten. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor BPN yang terdiri dari beberapa tingkat jabatan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Software SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan tingkat keberhasilan karyawan dalam menyelesaiakan pekerjaan baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapakan menjadi pedoman yang bisa digunakan oleh berbagai perusahaan atau instrasi dalam menentukanp engaruh kinerja karyawan dan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dari para karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu satpam Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebamyak 110 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kompensasi berpengaruh positf terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap karyawan, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Perusahaan J&T Express Cabang Solo Timur Surakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi gudang sortir dan admin yang bekerja di J&T Express Cabang Solo Timur Surakarta. Sampel yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 74 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dimana data diperoleh dari jawaban responden melalui kuesioner yang telah diberikan. SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan dalam penelitian sebagai alat bantu analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu dengan nilai 0,674 atau 67,4%

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Job Stress and Satisfaction on Turnover Intention mediated by Organizational Commitment at the Pekalongan Post Office. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia Pekalongan Branch. The number of respondents taken was 100 employees. Data analysis uses SmartPLS to test the validity, reliability and test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that work stress has a significantly positive effect on Turnover Intention and a negative effect on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction has no effect on Turnover Intention and has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has no effect on Turnover Intention. The results of path analysis testing on the indirect effect of both job stress and job satisfaction on switching intentions through organizational commitment did not show a significant relationship. Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of the work environment, employee ability, and work discipline on Work Performance. This study employed a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling and a method of purposive sampling. This study's samples consisted of one hundred respondents who were disseminated by Google from the BPJS offices in Surakarta and Sukoharjo. Using the smartPLS application, outer model and inner model analysis are used to handle these study data. The results of this research show that the work environment, work ability, and work discipline have a positive and statistically significant effect on Work Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence, job satisfaction, and work experience on the performance of employees of PT Batik Solo Trans Surakarta. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study were all drivers at PT Batik Solo Trans Surakarta, totaling 138 people. The sample used in this study were all drivers of PT Batik Solo Trans Surakarta totaling 138 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling or total sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used computer aids with the SPSS for Windows 17.0 program. The results of this study are that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BST Surakarta. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BST Surakarta. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BST Surakarta. Competence, job satisfaction, and work experience together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BST Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work conflict, communication and work environment on employee performance at the transportation company PT Bengawan Solo Trans. This research method is quantitative. The type of data used in this research is primary data. Primary data used in this study were obtained from answers to questionnaires given by each respondent, namely all employees of PT Batik Solo Trans Surakarta. The population in this study were all drivers at PT Batik Solo Trans Surakarta, totaling 138 people. Sampling was done by meeting the driver and asking for his willingness to fill out a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling or total sampling. So, all members of the population were sampled, namely 138 drivers. The data analysis technique was carried out with the help of the SPSS for Windows computer program. The results of this study are that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance of PT BST Surakarta. Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BST Surakarta. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BST Surakarta. Work conflict, communication, and work environment together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BST Surakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and hygiene factors on employee job satisfaction at the Directorate General of Taxes. Utilizisng a survey method and a quantitative approach, this study collects and analyzes data to evaluate how these two factors contribute to job satisfaction. The findings indicate that both motivation and hygiene factors significantly positively impact job satisfaction within the Directorate General of Taxes. Employees experiencing high levels of work motivation tend to see an increase in their job satisfaction. This suggests that strong motivation from job aspects such as recognition, achievement, and responsibility can enhance employee job satisfaction. Similarly, hygiene factors such as good working conditions, supportive organizational policies, and positive interpersonal relationships at work also contribute to increased job satisfaction.The conclusions of this study underline the importance of paying attention to both motivation and hygiene factors as strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction. The Directorate General of Taxes is advised to implement policies and practices that support these aspects to improve employee well-being and overall organizational effectiveness. This research provides valuable insights for human resource management in designing and implementing programs that can strengthen work motivation and ensure adequate hygiene conditions in the workplace.

Abstract

students for the dynamic global world. Research shows a positive relationship between entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial activities, and entrepreneurial intentions of vocational students. The integration of entrepreneurship education in the vocational education system supports the national agenda to encourage innovative and entrepreneurial practices among youth. In this context, the development of entrepreneurial skills among SMK students is essential, including communication, collaboration, and digital skills. The 2019 National Standard for Vocational Education emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurship, character, and literacy competencies.   Business Model Canvas (BMC) training is a solution to help SMK students understand and plan their business comprehensively, improve their readiness to create jobs and overcome obstacles in starting a business. The study involved 30 students of SMKN 1 Gantiwarno, Klaten, and was organized at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta using lecture, demonstration, and discussion methods. The result was an increase in students' knowledge, skills, and abilities in planning a business with BMC.   This activity successfully benefited the Perempuan Indonesia Maju community and the vocational school students. It is desired that students can apply the knowledge gained and it is recommended to organize follow-up training to deepen the material and understanding. Continuous evaluation will ensure the long-term impact of this community service.
