Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention and its effect on employee performance in the context of PT. JJ Gloves Indo is a manufacturing company. No previous research has studied this relationship at PT JJ Gloves Indo. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 staff members working in the production department. Data was collected through a proportional sampling technique. Structural Equation Model (SEM) from the Partial Least Square (PLS) program package was used to analyze the data to determine whether there is a relationship between the research variables. The results of this study show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on turnover intention and employee performance. However, turnover intention does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance and cannot mediate the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance, this states that any change in turnover intention either in the condition of direct influence or as a mediator will not reduce or increase employee performance. This suggests that maintaining job satisfaction and organizational commitment can help reduce turnover intention and improve employee performance.

Abstract

Didalam organisasi sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu hal yang penting karena menjadi jantung organisasi sehingga pimpinan harus pandai dalam me-manage manusia didalamnya. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut terdapat beberapa hal yang bisa dijalankan salah satunya dengan melakukan analisis kepribadian (OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dan menentukan sikap yang harus diambil organisasi demi kelancaraan kegiatan organisasi kedepannya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap OCB, 2) lingkungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, 3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of the work environment, employee ability, and work discipline on Work Performance. This study employed a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling and a method of purposive sampling. This study's samples consisted of one hundred respondents who were disseminated by Google from the BPJS offices in Surakarta and Sukoharjo. Using the smartPLS application, outer model and inner model analysis are used to handle these study data. The results of this research show that the work environment, work ability, and work discipline have a positive and statistically significant effect on Work Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 150 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of organizational culture, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This research method is quantitative. The population of this study is all employees at Bank Bri Kanca Sukoharjo Kota, Bank Bri Surakarta City Center, Bank Bri Unit Serengan, Bank Bri Kc Solo Slamet Riyadi and Bank Bri Kc Solo Sudirman. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 64 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data.  Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM structural equation model. The result of this study is that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

In the industrial world, employee performance is a crucial element in determining the success of a business. Extensive research has been conducted to identify factors that influence employee performance, in particular, the general tendency to leave a job. This research aims to explore how perceptions of organizational support, career development, and organizational culture influence employee performance, with organizational commitment as the mediator. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach by utilizing perceptions of organizational support, career development, and organizational culture as independent variables and employee performance as a dependent variable which is mediated by organizational commitment. The research population was employees of OneCare Wellness Malaysia Company who used the saturation or census method with data collected from 44 employees. An online questionnaire distributed via Google Form facilitated data collection, while multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the findings. The results of data processing using SPSS software show that perceptions of organizational support and career development do not have a direct and significant influence on employee performance. It is important to note that not all employees feel the support provided by the company, and some employees may not have the same opportunities for career development. On the other hand, organizational culture has a direct and significant influence on employee performance, organizational commitment successfully mediates the independent variable in the dependent research.

Metode penelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna atau konsumen dari merek By.Neeth. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini ialah 100 responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SMART PLS. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh Daya Tarik Iklan, Brand Image dan Brand Ambassador terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Azarine Cosmetic. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pengguna Azarine Cosmetic di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan Malhotra. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini ialah 150 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini ialah Daya tarik iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Daya tarik iklan, brand image, dan brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi, kemampuan, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Alpuma Timber yang berlokasi di Salatiga. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner. Sebanyak 80 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probability sampling dari total 130 karyawan di departemen produksi menjadi sampel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan insentif tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti jumlah responden yang terbatas dan hanya melibatkan satu perusahaan, serta adanya perbedaan dalam durasi kerja antar karyawan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya melibatkan sampel yang lebih besar dan lebih beragam, serta mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang lebih relevan.
