Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out data/factors that cause lack of productivity; knowing the model of the relationship and the influence of accuracy, compensation, leadership, and the environment on emplooye productivity; and to find out the design/solution to increase the productivity of inspectors. The method used in completing this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From the result of the research that has been done it is known that Accuracy (X1); Leadership (X3); and Work Environment (X4) significantly influence Productivity (Y1) except Compensation (X2). And the most influential variable Productivity (Y1) is Leadership (X3) with percentage of 50,4% and the lowest is Accuracy(X1) with a percentage of 20,1%.

PT Artha Food is a manufacturing industry engaged in the processing of cocoa powder trying to improve the quality of its products for customer satisfaction in accordance with the mission of the company, which is to become a world-class company focused on creating added value for consumers. But with the increase in company productivity, consumer complaints are also increasing. The biggest factor of consumer complaints is broken product when sent to the consumer. This resulted in increasing the return of products from consumers resulting in losses for the company because the rejeck product increases. The company will seek to minimize the return from consumers with existing resources so that consumer confidence increases and decreases the rejeck product. In this study, the method used in the quality control of product defects is the quality control circle used to analyze the damaged product. The method is integrated with quality loss fuction to know the producer loss factor By improving the quality with the quality control method circle the average broken product can be minimized from 295.45 kg / month before the improvement to 50 kg / month after the repair process.

Abstract

Small and Medium Industries (IKM) H.Musauwimin is a manufacturing industry in the field of tofu production. In the production process there are still frequent product defects, including coarse tofu, tofu surface torn, soft texture, and faded color. For this reason, we need a way to minimize the possibility of product defects. The objectives of this study are (1) Identifying disability factors using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method, (2) Improving employee performance performance using the Human Reliability Assessment (HRA) method, (3) Minimizing product defects in the production process so as to increase productivity. The results of this study are (1) of the four types of rejects for the biggest 3 months in tearing surface type with a percentage of 46% of all rejects (2) By testing the adequacy of the data using the SQC method in the production process for 3 months then sample we tested a total of 284. From the results of the data adequacy test data obtained a value of 7,289, so the number of samples is larger than the sample that should be. (3) From the results of measuring employee performance using the HRA method. The biggest HEP value is the type of Possible Error. The operator only estimates and there is no standard in mixing vinegar acid with the filtrate. With an HEP value of 0.48. So this factor is the most dominant cause of disability and must be corrected immediately.

Abstract

Food security has an important role in human health. Food that is not guarded can be contaminated which has a negative impact on human health. The negative impact arose due to contamination originating from various places, starting from raw materials, processes, distribution etc. In other words, contamination can be sourced from all actors chained to the supply. For this reason, consumers must be able to choose foods that are safe for consumption. This study aims to determine the extent of consumer perceptions of aspects of food safety risk. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires and processed using one way statistics. The results of the study show that food safety is the main element that is considered in carrying out the food purchasing process.

Abstract

In today's era, technology is growing rapidly. People are very easy to access information through various media either directly or indirectly. Therefore, society as consumers is very selective in determining the products and services to be consumed. There are many factors behind consumers in product selection. Among them are in terms of idolatry, food safety and quality. Companies must be able to set standards in order to maintain consumer trust and loyalty. This study aims to find out the relationship between halal factors, food safety and quality in consumer buying decisions. The object of the study is the student. As a younger generation, students can show selective and conscientious attitude before choosing a product and also have control in determining the development of trends in the future. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) methods. The results of this study are that of the 4 hypotheses only 3 hypotheses are accepted. The accepted standard of a hypothesis is if the CR (Critical Ratio) value ≥1.967 and the value of P (Probability) ≤0.05. The three accepted hypotheses are first, the influence of halal on food security. Second, the effect of safety on quality. Third, the influence of quality on buying decisions. The rejected hypothesis that halal affects the quality does not meet the critical ratio standard of -1,993 so that the results are not significant.
