Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penerapan budaya kerja 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) dan persepsi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kesadaran perilaku K3 siswa teknik pemesinan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Kesadaran perilaku K3 menjadi krusial mengingat potensi bahaya di lingkungan bengkel pemesinan. Meskipun program K3 telah diterapkan, insiden terkait K3 masih mungkin terjadi, menunjukan perlunya pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai factor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kausal asosiatif dengan regresi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner kepada 77 orang siswa teknik pemesinan di provinsi Gorontalo. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya kerja 5S dan persepsi K3 secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesadaran perilaku K3 siswa teknik pemesinan di Provinsi Gorontalo sebesar 0,505. Hal ini berarti pengaruh budaya kerja 5S dan persepsi K3 terhadap kesadaran perilaku K3 sebesar 50,5%.

Abstract

This community service activity is the second of three years of village service assisted by the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering UNG which has started in 2020 and will end in 2022. The Department of Industrial Engineering carries out village development service activities in four different locations, one of which is Lopo Village. Batudaa Pantai District. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the potential of Lopo Village human resources through tune-up training for fishing boat propulsion engines (ketinting). The implementation of activities is divided into 3 stages, namely (1). Preparation stage, where surveys and problem identification are carried out. (2). The stages of program implementation are the provision of training materials and practices (3). Reporting and publication of service activities. The results obtained from this service activity are, after the tune-up training, the fishing communities participating in the training are able to tune up the ketinting machine that they use to earn a living independently without having to use professional staff which of course costs money.

Abstract

PT. Davinci Airindo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang memproduksi air mineral dalam kemasan yang dimana setiap periodenya mengalami permintaan produk yang berfluktuasi. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perencanaan agregat untuk menghadapi permintaan pasar yang tidak pasti dengan mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang ada sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan biaya produksi seminimum mungkin. Penilitian ini diusulkan kepada bagian manajemen produksi PT. Davinci Airindo sebagai upaya menentukan cara terbaik dalam memenuhi permintaan dengan menyesuaikan tingkat produksi, kebutuhan tenaga kerja, persediaan, waktu lembur, sub kontrak dan semua variabel yang dapat dikendalikan perusahaan untuk memproduksi air mineral 220 ml agar dapat memperoleh laba yang maksimum. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan peramalan pada produk air mineral 220 ml adalah moving average, trend analisis, naïve method. Sedangkan pada perencanaan aggregate planning strategi yang digunakan adalah chase strategi, level strategi dan mixed strategi.Kemudian dipilih strategi terbaik untuk menghasilkan biaya yang minimum. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode peramalan yang terbaik adalah trend analisis dengan total nilai MSE sebesar 371.210.959 dan strategi aggregate yang menghasilkan biaya minimum yaitu mixed strategi dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 13.784.960.960.

Abstract

PT. XYZ Gorontalo merupakan suatu perusahaan di bidang industri tepung kelapa , minyak, dan santan kelapa. Industri ini mengalami peningkatan kapasitas produksi, dan harus memenuhi target produksi yaitu 300 ton perharinya, tetapi perusahaan hanya mampu memproduksi 250 ton perhari. selisinya antara kemampuan produksi dan target produksi yang terjadi tidak terjadi baku sehingga siklus produksi dan produksi tidak seimbang. Keseimbangan lintasan adalah konsep pemilahan atau pengelompokan tugas produksi dalam beberapa stasiun agar tercipta alur produksi yang baik. Dengan penerapan konsep penyeimbangan lintasan disuatu perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operator dalam bekerja.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah stasiun kerja yang dibutuhkan agar mendapat keseimbangan lini produksi yang optimal dan meningkatkan peningkatan penyajian lini produksi yang efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini menadapatkan bahwa keseimbangan lintasan dengan metode Metode Peringkat Positional Weight (RPW) dan Metode  Region Approach (RA) mendapatkan hasil yang sama, yaitu terbagi dalam 2 stasiun kerja, efisiensi lini sebesar 81%, balance delay sebesar 19%, waktu menganggur sebesar 33 detik dan smoothness index sebesar 32.98.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi unggulan daerah di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara dan mengetahui kesesuaian bidang keahlian SMK dengan potensi sektor unggulan daerah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Gorontalo, pada enam SMK yang tersebar di 5 Kecamatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi model sequential explanatory dengan analisis data location qoutient (LQ) dan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil analisis data LQ diperoleh bahwa lapangan usaha Pertambangan dan Penggalian dengan nilai 1,59. Kedua adalah pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan dengan nilai 1,37. Ketiga adalah administrasi pemerintahan pertahanan dan jaminan sosial wajib dengan nilai 1,15 nilai LQ. Data hasil wawancara diperoleh bahwa pertanian, perikanan, peternakan, Pertambangan dan Pariwisata merupakan sektor unggulan daerah. Kompetensi keahlian yang sesuai dengan sektor unggulan daerah terdapat 6 kompetensi keahlian yaitu kompetensi keahlian. Kompetensi keahlian tersebut antara lain, Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura, Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian, Agribisnis Tanaman Perkebunan, Nautika Kapal Niaga, Agribisni Perikanan Air Payau dan Laut, Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal and external environmental factors and to determine the position of CV. XYZ on the level of growth and market share and determine the best business development strategy to win market share competition. The method used in this study to identify internal and external factors that exist in CV. XYZ, namely by using the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) method and to determine market growth and market share in CV. XYZ uses the BCG Matrix (Boston Consulting Group Matrix) method. In this study, the authors used a descriptive quantitative approach by identifying external and internal factors as well as sales data in the last 2 years that could influence business development at CV. XYZ. The conclusion of this research is CV. XYZ is in quadrant 1 which is obtained from external and internal results which have been processed later on the BCG PT method. XYZ is in the cash cow quadrant which means CV. XYZ experienced low market growth and high relative market share. Advice to the company is to do business development and get certified.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of waste in the cheese banana chips production process at Flamboyan UKM and find out how to minimize waste in the production process. This study uses the lean manufacturing method in evaluating the formulation to identify and reduce waste that occurs in Flamboyan UKM. The results of this study are two wastes, namely waiting time where waiting activities occur in the stacking of finished products in the draining process with a time of 247.13 seconds and in the cooling process with a time of 251.77, and waste defects where there are cracked chips, charred chips and packaging processes that are not good , causing the chips to not be crispy. The conclusion of this research is to minimize waste wasting time by adding a spinner machine in the draining process, as well as for the cooling process to minimize waste waiting time for the chips to be separated into several containers. Furthermore, for waste defects, conduct training for employees and carry out product checks or checks. Suggestions for Flamboyan SMEs need training for employees to be more effective in carrying out good work and making continuous improvements in order to get good product results

Abstract

Abstract: Sugar Product Quality Control Using Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis Methods at Pt. Gorontalo Sugar Factory This research aims to determine the types of sugar defects, factors that influence sugar product defects, and suggestions for improvements in the quality of sugar products at PT. Gorontalo Sugar Factory. The method used in this research, namely Failure Moidei and Eiffict Analysis (FMEiA), is one of the methods that functions to identify the value of failure in a system, design, process or service (seirvicei). Then Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is a technique used to identify risks that play a role in identifying risks that play a role in failure. The results of the research were that there were three defects in white crystal sugar at PT. Gorontalo Sugar Factory, namely inappropriate sugar color, humidity, and inappropriate sugar size or what is usually called grind size. Then it was analyzed using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to obtain a value of RPN, purification with a value of 343, centrifugal & Drying with a value of 252, and packaging with a value of 252. Suggestions for improving sugar defect failure modes caused by machine factors are that it is best to carry out supervision SOP before carrying out the production process and the company should implement maintenance on sugar production machines so that machine performance can be maintained.

Abstract

MSME Cita Rasa is a manufacturing industry in Gorontalo City. Fulfillment of consumer demand for the quantity and time of orders is closely related to the availability of raw materials, labor, machines, working time and other resources that support bread-making production. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the scheduling of capacity requirements for bread products to see available capacity and actual capacity. The aim of this research is to create a bread production plan and determine the feasibility of bread production capacity at MSME Cita Rasa using the Rough Cut Capacity Planning method. RCCP is a method used to measure work station capacity so that it can be seen whether a production schedule requires overtime work hours or subcontracts. Based on the results obtained, from the production capacity feasibility test using RCCP, it can be seen that all work stations in the MSME Cita Rasa have a positive value, which means the capacity is feasible

Abstract

This study was conducted at UMKM Massempo Bakery with the aim of identifying and minimizing waste in its production process. Waste occurring during production can negatively impact efficiency and effectiveness, making improvements essential. The methods used in this research are Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S. VSM was applied to map the value stream in the production process and identify existing wastes. The research findings revealed several types of waste, including defect, waiting, and motion. To minimize these wastes, improvements were made through the implementation of the 5S methodology, which includes Seiri (Sorting), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shining), Seiketsu (Standardizing), and Shitsuke (Sustaining). The implementation of 5S resulted in a more organized workspace, cleaner production areas, and a more efficient workflow, ultimately helping to reduce defects, shorten production times, and eliminate unnecessary motion.
