Abstract

Work fatigue is one of the occupational health and safety problems that can be a risk factor for accidents at work. Fatigue can be caused by several factors, both internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of fatigue and the factors that affect worker fatigue. This study uses mental workload analysis methods with the NASA TLX assessment questionnaire, and work fatigue with the Subjective Self Rating Test questionnaire from the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC). The population in this study were 18 people. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling. Primary data collection using a questionnaire and secondary. The data processing technique used data analysis techniques, namely the chi-square test and correlation. Based on the results of research conducted, it was found that the score of work fatigue was 47.17. The score is classified as a high level of fatigue. This means that immediate action is needed to fix it in order to reduce the level of work fatigue which will have an impact on work accidents

Abstract

The culture of Nusantara represents a wealth that reflects the diversity of ethnicities, traditions, and local values in Indonesia. From the perspective of Islamic law implementation, the interaction between local culture and Sharia norms is highly relevant. Islamic law, which is universal in nature, needs to be integrated with local cultures to ensure its acceptance and understanding by the community. This study employs a literature review method to analyze various primary and secondary sources, including Islamic legal texts, scholarly works, historical documents, and literature on Nusantara culture. It examines how the values of Nusantara culture, such as deliberation (musyawarah), mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and local wisdom, can strengthen the application of Islamic law within the social and cultural contexts of society. Through this approach, the study aims to highlight the importance of dialogue between Islamic law and local culture and its implications for fostering a harmonious and just society. The findings are expected to provide insights into the synergy between law and culture in creating a more effective and inclusive legal system in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the application of Al-Ghazali's educational concepts in the contemporary education system at a modern Islamic Educational Institution. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this study seeks to gain an in-depth understanding of implementing Al-Ghazali's values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with four teaching staff and two administrative staff and analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The results indicate that the institution where the study was conducted has successfully integrated moral values into its curriculum, using teaching methods focusing on understanding and reflection and implementing a strong spiritual development program. Teachers act as role models and spiritual guides, which aligns with Al-Ghazali's view of the importance of holistic education, which includes moral, intellectual, and spiritual aspects. This study's conclusion shows that applying Al-Ghazali's educational concepts has significantly contributed to improving the quality of modern Islamic education through a holistic approach that integrates moral, intellectual, and spiritual aspects. The findings also offer a value-based education model that can be adapted by various Islamic educational institutions in the future.

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that aims to develop students into generations who have high knowledge and are able to carry out Islamic aqeedah and sharia, but in the environment of Islamic boarding schools are still often found negative behaviors such as aggressive behavior committed by teenage students. This is because teenagers are often less able to control emotions. One factor the cause of the emergence of aggressive behavior is the low level of emotional intelligence. Individuals who have low emotional intelligence tend to be aggressive. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with aggressive behavior in Islamic boarding school students. The subjects in this study were eighth grade Muslim students of MTs who lived in the Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School dormitory in 2018/2019, totaling 60 students taken with total sampling techniques. The method of data collection in this study uses two psychological scales namely the aggressive behavior scale of 24 items (α = 0.881) and the emotional intelligence scale of 26 items (α = 0.933). Data that has been collected later analyzed using the product moment correlation analysis technique which is assisted with SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results showed rxy = -0,454 with p = 0,000 (p <0.01), this indicates that there is a significant and negative relationship between emotional intelligence with aggressive behavior in Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school students so that the hypothesis is accepted, the lower the emotional intelligence owned by students, students tend to have high aggressive behavior and vice versa with an effective contribution of 20.6% which is influenced by the independent variables in this study and 79.4% are influenced by variables outside the study.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan komunikasi kini semakin berkembang di berbagai bidang dan kalangan. Salah satunya pada organisasi.Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Divisi Bimbingan Masyarakat yaitu adalah pembuatan laporan dari setiap cabang memiliki format yang sama namun setiap administrasi yang beroperasi terkadang membuat laporan dengan isi data yang tidak seragam atau tidak sama formatnya sehingga ketika laporan diserahkan ke Kementerian Agama Karawang.Pada pengembangan penulis menggunakan metode air terjun (WaterFall) menurut Rosa dan M. Shalahuddin (2013:28) atau alur hidup klasik (classic life cycle). Model air terjun menyediakan pendekatan alur hidup perangkat lunak secara sekuential atau terurut dimulai dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan tahap pendukung (support). (Tabrani, 2018). Sistem dapat dapat mengelola data users, data fasilitator, data laporan bimbingan perkawinan, data KUA, data jadwal bimbingan perkawinan, data calon pengantin, data narasumber. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki sistem pembuatan jadwal bimbingan perkawinan yang saat ini digunakan pada Bimas Islam Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karawang dan Kantor Urusan Agama setiap Kecamatan di Kabupaten Karawang dengan menggunakan program berbasis website sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan data.

Abstract

Holistic education from the perspective of KH. Ahmad Dahlan is one of the relevant approaches to form a skilled and well-mannered young generation in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 because it integrates Islamic and intellectual values by emphasizing active learning and developing social awareness. The place where this research was conducted was SDIT Assalam Sanden, with a descriptive qualitative approach as the method used. Meanwhile, data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. The formation of student morals through holistic education from the perspective of KH. Ahmad Dahlan at SDIT Assalam Sanden has been carried out well. The implementation of holistic education includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, control and evaluation.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar matematika merupakan tantangan serius dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia yang memerlukan pendekatan inovatif untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini mengkaji literatur terkait berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika siswa. Melalui analisis sistematis terhadap 15 artikel penelitian dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara 2020-2024, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi lima pendekatan inovatif utama: teknologi pembelajaran digital dan adaptif, pembelajaran berbasis permainan (gamifikasi), pendekatan design thinking, pembelajaran diferensiasi, dan manipulatif visual dan hands-on learning. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan teknologi digital menunjukkan efektivitas tertinggi dengan peningkatan hasil belajar hingga 65%, diikuti oleh gamifikasi (58%) dan pendekatan manipulatif (52%). Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya pelatihan guru, dan kesenjangan akses teknologi. Penelitian merekomendasikan pengembangan model pembelajaran hibrid yang mengintegrasikan berbagai pendekatan inovatif dengan mempertimbangkan konteks lokal dan karakteristik siswa Indonesia.

Abstract

Sambungan tube to tubesheet pada heat exchanger berperan penting dalam menjamin kinerja dan keandalan operasi. Variasi kuat arus pengelasan Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) memengaruhi heat input yang berdampak pada struktur mikro, struktur makro, dan sifat mekanik sambungan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh arus 110 A, 130 A, dan 150 A pada sambungan tube SA-213 TP316L ke tubesheet SA-240 TP316L setelah tube expansion sebesar 8% sesuai standar TEMA edisi ke-11. Pengujian meliputi uji mikro, makro, dan kekerasan metode Vickers pada enam zona. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan arus meningkatkan heat input, memengaruhi lebar Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) dan morfologi butir. Arus 150 A menghasilkan fusi sempurna tanpa cacat makro, memperhalus butir pada zona las, serta memberikan kekerasan tertinggi 357,4 Kgf/mm2 pada area of expand, sedangkan kekerasan terendah 182,0 Kgf/mm2 tercatat pada base metal tube (110 A). Peningkatan kekerasan weld metal dari 200,8 Kgf/mm2 menjadi 225,8 Kgf/mm2 menandakan kontribusi heat input optimal dalam pembentukan butir halus. Nilai tinggi pada area of expand disebabkan strain hardening akibat proses ekspansi. Pemilihan arus optimal terbukti penting untuk integritas sambungan dan sifat mekanik yang baik.
