Abstract

Kepemimpinan sebagai pola pikir dan tindakan yang memotivasi bawahan untuk bekerjasama guna membangun hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Hal ini mempertimbangkan efektivitas dan efisiensi untuk mencapai tujuan produktivitas. Teori kepemimpinan jalan-tujuan menggambarkan bagaimana tindakan seorang pemimpin dapat mempengaruhi motivasi dan hasil bawahannya dalam berbagai lingkungan kerja. Sumber daya manusia adalah beberapa subtansi industri yang paling beroengaruh karena mempunyai dampak terhadap kemampuan bisnis untuk bertahan hidup. Untuk mendapatkan efisiensi yang maksimal, pekerja harus diberikan tempat yang nyaman untuk bekerja. Tempat kerja merupakan salah satu factor paling penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

High operational costs and downtime risks can affect industry efficiency making equipment maintenance optimization an urgent need. PT. IAA AMO, as a manufacturing industry in the field of aircraft maintenance, faces significant challenges with the low reliability of Ground Power Unit (GPU) engines which only reaches 86%. This has led to an increase in the company's operating costs. The purpose of this study is to optimize Preventive maintenance on the Ground Power Unit (GPU) in aircraft maintenance at PT. IAA AMO using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The results show that the MTTF of the GPU is 311 hours, while the MTBF is 373 hours. To prevent  sudden breakdowns, preventive maintenance is recommended every 311 hours for non-repairable components  and 373 hours for repairable components. This research offers a more effective maintenance strategy to improve GPU reliability and lower operational costs. This research results in more effective maintenance planning, which not only minimizes downtime and operational costs, but also improves the overall reliability of the GPU machine. With the implementation of FMEA methods and  the right preventive maintenance  strategy, companies can anticipate breakdowns early, extend engine life, and ensure smooth operations in support of aircraft maintenance.

Abstract

Higher-order thinking skills is an ability that all vocational high school students should have because vocational high school graduates are required to have the good soft skill and hard skill. The reality was their HOTS ability was low, as stated by several explanations from researchers and strengthened by the observation in vocational high school. This research aimed to find the students' learning activity through blended learning of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model and jigsaw model, and their influence on the HOTS. This research was quantitative research using the quasi-experiment method of nonequivalent control group design with research subjects of 50 students that were chosen using simple random sampling. The data was collected using test instruments in multiple choices and descriptions and non-test tool in the form of observation sheets. The data then were analyzed with t-test sample independent test. The results showed that the usage of STAD and jigsaw blended learning made students more active and energized in following the learning activities. The direct learning model made students inactive and not excited during learning activities. Also, the blended learning of STAD and jigsaw had significant influence compared to the direct learning model on higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

Higher order thinking skills (HOTS) are abilities that should be possessed by all vocational high School (VHS) students, because VHS graduates are required to have good soft skills and hard skills. The reality that occurs the ability of HOTS possessed by students is still very low, it is proven based on the exposure of several researchers strengthened by conducting observations and observations in VHS. Therefore the research aims to determine student learning activities when taught using blended learning Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) and jigsaw, using direct learning models, and their effects on HOTS. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi experimental nonequivalent control group design method with research subjects of 50 students using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using the test instrument in the form of multiple choice and description and non-test instruments in the form of observation sheets. Research data were analyzed by independent sample t-test. The results showed that the use of STAD and jigsaw blended learning in learning made students more active and enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, direct learning models made students less active and lacked enthusiasm in the learning process, and STAD and jigsaw blended learning significantly affected compared to learning models directly to HOTS.

Abstract

bad XXI merupakan suatu era dimana terjadi perubahan secara besar-besaran di segala aspekkehidupan manusia. Aspek pendidikan merupakan salah satu yang paling terdampak. SekolahMenengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang wajib mengikuti tuntutan eraXXI dikarenakan SMK berorientasi kerja. Tuntutan kompetensi lulusan SMK juga semakinberagam diantaranya skills, knowledge, attitude, values, dan ethics. Untuk mencapai kompetensiabad XXI kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di SMK harus di rancang dan dilaksanakan denganbaik sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik agar kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dapatbermakna bagi peserta didik. Pembelajaran yang mulanya berjalan dengan baik menjadi terkendaladikarenakan wabah penyakit yang terjadi di seluruh penjuru dunia. Wabah tersebut merupakanwabah Covid-19, yang saat ini disebut sebagai pandemic covid-19. Karena pandemic covid-19tersebut kegiatan pembelajaran yang awalnya dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka yang sering disebutdengan luar jejaring (luring) dialihkan menjadi pembelajaran online atau sering di sebutpembelajaran dalam jejaring (daring). Berakhirnya wabah penyakit tersebut membuatpembelajaran daring masih kerap dijadikan alternatif proses pembelajaran jika pendidikberhalangan hadir secara langsung. Oleh sebab itu untuk mencapai kompetensi tersebut dandibatasi dengan pembelajaran hanya bisa dilakukan dengan pembelajaran daring maka perlumenggunakan model pembelajaran yang menarik agar peserta didik tetap bersemangat dalamproses pembelajaran meski pembelajarannya dilaksanakan secara daring
