Abstract

Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and steps involved in creating, informing, communicating, and exchanging offerings that have value for consumers. That way creating, informing, communicating is the right marketing strategy that can increase the development of Cafe D'poto in Situbondo. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product diversity and endorser on consumer satisfaction at Cafe D'poto Situbondo with purchase intention as an Intervening Variable. The population of this research is all consumers of Cafe D'poto, Sumberkolak Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, endorser has a positive significant effect on purchase intention, product diversity has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, endorser has a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction consumers, purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product diversity on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect, endorsers on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Marketing management can be defined as the analysis, planning, implementation and control of programs designed to create, build and maintain profitable exchanges with target markets with a view to achieving organizational goals.The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of service quality and facilities on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers from the Situbondo Sport Center Futsal, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by the simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, facilities have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, facilities have a negative but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, service quality on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect, facilities on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The world of increasingly sophisticated technology makes the development of information and communication in the current era of globalization grow very rapidly, this is supported by people who rely heavily on technology in their daily activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of Experiential marketing and Trust on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel Kartu As users on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University through buying interest. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that Experiential marketing is not proven to have a significant effect on Customer satisfaction, Experiential marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention, Trust has no significant effect on Customer satisfaction, Trust has a significant effect on buying interest. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Experiential marketing variable on Customer satisfaction through buying interest has a significant positive effect, Trust on customer satisfaction through Buying interest has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The restaurant is a business in the field of catering services that provides services for ordering food and drinks and provides a place to enjoy the dishes in the restaurant. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of product quality and word of mouth on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at Sari Indah H.Komar Restaurant in Situbondo. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers of Sari Indah H.Komar Restaurant. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction, Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Product Quality has an effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction, Word of Mouth has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resource management is a field of management that specializes in studying the relationship and role of humans in organizations, facing the current of globalization, human resources are very dominant in playing a role in organizational activities and activities, human resources are also seen as the most valuable asset and have a very important role. In the survival of the organization, the purpose of this study is to analyze and test, the effect of ASN Training and Competence on ASN Performance through ASN Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at the Department of Agriculture and Food Security in Bondowoso Regency. Bondowoso district. The sampling method was determined by non-probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that Education and Training has a significant effect on work discipline, Competence has a negative but not significant effect on work discipline, Education and training has a negative but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Competence has a significant positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of ASN. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that Training and Education on ASN Performance, through work discipline, has a significant positive effect, Competence on ASN Performance through work discipline has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

This research is initiated by the economic contestation in both the Islamic and Western worlds. In the context of Islamic theology, there are several views which say that success is dependent on human’s effort and God's will. The purpose of this research is to explore the concept of entrepreneurial motivation that carried out by the Qolbu Management (QM), Emotional Spiritual Quotion (ESQ) and The Pattern of Allah's Help (PAH). It’s a qualitative approach. The source of data in this research are by analyzing books, videos, audio visuals such as Youtube, then by studying literature (library research). Scientific interviews will also be conducted with several individuals (academics and practitioners) as supporters of the distinction of Islamic theology with an entrepreneurial spirit. The findings were motivated by the emergence of the concept Qolbu Management, ESQ and PAH which is one of the efforts to integrate the teachings of Theological Tauhid into the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship. The similarities between the concepts of Qolbu Management, ESQ and PPA are Theological Tauhid. While the differences are the Qolbu Management Concept is closer to Asy Ariyah theology, ESQ is closer to the Mu'azilah theology concept, while PAH is more identical to the Jabariyah concept. The point of the concept of entrepreneurship, monotheism and the concept entrepreneurial of Qalbu Management, ESQ and PAH, namely: Guiding towards the maximum monotheism and teaching humans to try with their potentials and do not forget to surrender to Allah SWT Penelitian ini diawali dengan kontestasi perekonomian baik di dunia Islam maupun Barat. Dalam konteks teologi Islam ada beberapa pandangan yang mengatakan bahwa kesuksesan adalah tergantung dari usaha manusia dan kehendak Tuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendalami konsep motivasi wirausaha yang dilakukan oleh Manajemen Qalbu (MQ), Emotional Spritual Quotion (ESQ) dan Pola Pertolongan Allah (PPA). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisis buku-buku, video-video, audio visual seperti Youtube, kemudian dengan studi literatur (library research). Wawancara ilmiah juga akan dilakukan dengan beberapa individu (akademisi dan praktisi) sebagai pendukung distingsi ilmu teologi Islam dengan spirit wirausaha. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya konsep Manajemen Qolbu, ESQ dan PPA yang merupakan salah satu usaha untuk mengintegrasikan ajaran-ajaran Tauhid Teologis kedalam konsep wirausaha secara islami. Adapun persamaan dari konsep Manajemen Qolbu, ESQ dan PPA yaitu Tauhid Teologis. Sedangkan perbedaannya Konsep Manajemen Qolbu Lebih mendekati teologi Asy Ariyah, ESQ mendekati Konsep teologi Mu’tazilah sedangkan PPA lebih identik dengan konsep Jabariyah. Titik temu konsep kewirausahaan dan ketaudhid dan konsep wirausaha manajemen Qalbu, ESQ dan PPA yakni : Membimbing terhadap ketauhidan yang maksimal dan mengajarkan manusia untuk berusaha dengan potensi yang dimiliki dan kemudian tidak lupa akan berpasrah diri kepada Allah SWT

Abstract

The phenomenon of moral degradation among the younger generation indicates the urgency of systematic interventions to prevent the decline in the quality of the nation's future leaders. In a strategic effort to address this issue, this research focuses on exploring the development of school culture at MTs Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat as an alternative model for fostering positive character. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, conducted through comprehensive data collection methods, including field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation.The research emphasizes the implementation of fundamental values encompassing religious, social, knowledge, and technological systems as the foundation for character building. The findings reveal significant success in instilling superior character traits in students, reflected in improvements in honesty, tolerance, discipline, and social responsibility. However, the study also identifies several complex challenges, including the diversity of students' backgrounds, the acceleration of information technology, and the lack of parental involvement in the character-building process.These findings underscore the need for a collaborative approach between educational institutions, families, and communities to create a conducive ecosystem for shaping a quality generation. The significance of this study lies in its contribution to designing a holistic educational intervention model that not only transfers knowledge but also actively fosters positive character in young people as a preventive measure against deviant behaviors in the future

Abstract

This research is motivated by the management of Hajj ritual guidance to improve the quality of Hajj pilgrims at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Jambi Province. In terms of improving the quality of Hajj pilgrims, good and appropriate management is needed, especially since every year there is an increase in the number of pilgrims performing the Hajj. Guidance on Hajj rituals will not only have an impact on the congregation but also on social activities in general. The aim of this research is to find out how the Hajj ritual guidance process works to improve the quality of Hajj pilgrims at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Jambi Province. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 7 informants, and carried out from January to February 2023. Based on the data obtained, analysis was then carried out and grouped the data based on the topic of discussion. The results of this research show that the management of Hajj ritual guidance is carried out by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi Province in Improving the quality of Hajj pilgrims is through: First, classifying Hajj pilgrims such as origin, age, education and occupation. Second, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi Province provides guidance for Hajj pilgrims through the Regency/City Ministry of Religion, at the sub-district level, the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the use of multimedia to improve students' learning motivation and explain the process of using multimedia strategies in learning, and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors faced in the learning process, both teachers and students to improve students' learning motivation with multimedia usage strategies. The purpose of this study is to improve students' learning motivation with the use of multimedia, and to improve teachers' ability and understanding to understand various learning strategies that can be used to create a more effective and efficient learning process. This research is a qualitative research based on descriptive conducted at the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah Integrated Vocational High School Muaro Bungo. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, documentation techniques. This study produced three things, namely: (1) explaining Islamic Religious Education Learning why it has not been optimal in the learning process which has an impact on learning motivation. (2) Implementation of Islamic religious education teacher strategies in the use of multimedia, teachers utilize various multimedia platforms such as presentations, interactive videos which aim to convey lesson materials in a more interesting and easily understood way by students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan desain evaluasi dan pelaksanaan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MAN 1 Merangin. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain evaluasi mengakomodasi ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik melalui beragam instrumen, seperti tes tertulis, observasi sikap, dan penilaian praktik keagamaan. Tindak lanjut dilaksanakan melalui program remedial, pengayaan, serta keterlibatan orang tua. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan waktu, beban administrasi, dan sarana penunjang. Namun, komitmen guru dan dukungan pihak madrasah menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan guru secara berkelanjutan, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam evaluasi, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga.
