Abstract

Religious character is a very important character to have, considering the many cases that reflect society's current moral crisis. This religious character is very necessary to face current developments and moral degradation. This research aims to describe the background to the integration of religious education programs, planning and implementation of religious learning and the output of religious learning in the form of religious character. The results of this research show that there are several factors that influence integration, namely the importance of religious education, the lack of PAI lesson hours, the Cilegon Mayor's Perwal and the existence of a Full Day School policy. Furthermore, from religious learning planning, teachers have prepared good plans starting from formulating learning objectives, mapping learning materials, determining learning methods and media as well as learning evaluation. And have carried out learning well according to plan. Apart from that, it is also supported by religious habituation activities to shape students' religious character. so that the indicators of religious character Thinking, acting and behaving in accordance with religious teachings, Carrying out God's commands, Tolerance towards followers of other religions and living in harmony with followers of other religions can be seen in students

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, peserta didik dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan yang lebih komprehensif dan holistik untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Penelitian ini ditulis bertujuan untuk megetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dengan model problem solving. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data yang berupa kata-kata, gambar, dan angka-angka. Dan juga penelitian ini menggunakan Triangulasi Teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dimulai sejak bulan januari 2024 hingga bulan mei 2024 untuk mencatat hal-hal yang terjadi, wawancara kepada beberapa narasumber seperti Kepala SD Cendekia Islamic School, Guru Kelas IV dan guru kelas I, melakukan analisis yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dengan model problem solving. Bagi Guru diharapkan lebih matang lagi dalam mempersiapkan kegiatan pembelajaran agar pada saat pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan. Bagi kepala sekolah, diharapkan dapat membantu para guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, penelitian ini masih dalam ruang lingkup yang terbatas, sehingga masih banyak aspek lain yang belum terungkap.

Abstract

This study aims to develop PowToon audio-visual media on the theme of my hero and determine the teacher's involvement in the media, the response of students in using PowToon audio-visual media in learning, and determine the feasibility of the media developed. In this study using the development method or in English Research & Development, the research and development method is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these media (Sugiyono, 2016, p. 297). Based on the feasibility results that have been carried out by a team of media experts, material experts, and linguists. The results of research conducted by media experts obtained an average score of 89%, validation by material experts received an average score of 81%, and the results of linguist validation received an average score of 88%. The results of the student response questionnaire in the limited trial received a score of 93% and in the operational field trial received a score of 96%. This research shows that this research produces media products in the form of audio-visual PowToon on the theme of my hero. The percentage of feasibility results of media expert validation includes the "Very Feasible" category; material experts include the "Very Feasible" category; linguists include the "Very Feasible" category. The percentage of student’s responses is included in the “Very Good” category. Therefore, the media is declared suitable as media in the learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study examines the potential of the babacakan tradition as a medium for ethnopedagogical practice at the junior secondary school level (SMP), particularly in supporting the achievement of the eight Dimensions of the Graduate Profile. Babacakan, as a Javanese and Sundanese cultural ritual rich in spiritual, social, and cultural meanings, contains educational values that are relevant to students’ character development. This research employed a qualitative approach with describing a fenomena at a junior secondary school in Banten that has integrated local wisdom into learning activities through the Strengthening of the Graduate Profile Dimensions program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that babacakan embodies values that are directly correlated with the dimensions of Faith and Piety, Citizenship, Creativity, Collaboration, Independence, Health, Communication, and Critical Reasoning. The tradition also proved effective in creating contextual and meaningful learning experiences while strengthening students’ cultural identity.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of environmental and socio-ecological challenges requires science education to move beyond memorization-oriented instruction toward more meaningful and culturally situated learning experiences. However, science learning practices often remain disconnected from students’ cultural realities and indigenous ecological knowledge. This review article aims to analyze the reconstruction of ethno-pedagogy and deep learning in elementary science education to strengthen reflective ecological thinking and contextual scientific literacy. This study employed a narrative systematic review by examining articles indexed in Scopus, ERIC, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect published between 2015 and 2026. The review identified four major themes, namely the transformation of science education toward situated learning, the role of ethno-pedagogy in culturally responsive education, deep learning as reflective and transformative learning, and the reconstruction of indigenous ecological knowledge into contextual scientific literacy. The findings indicate that ethno-pedagogical deep learning provides opportunities to reconstruct science learning through culturally grounded inquiry, environmental exploration, and reflective interpretation of environmental realities. In conclusion, the integration of ethno-pedagogy and deep learning offers a conceptual perspective for developing meaningful elementary science learning by connecting local ecological knowledge, reflective inquiry, and contextual scientific literacy.
