Abstract

Catfish farming is one of the businesses that is very much in demand by the community, because it can improve the community's economy. However, not all catfish farming businesses can produce maximum results. This can be caused by several factors, both from feed, management and water quality. Decrease in water quality can be caused by feces and fish feed residue. Poor water quality can cause the growth process, physiology and level of fish behavior to be disturbed. Efforts that can be done is to use aquatic plants as phytoremediation. The plants used in this study were Azolla sp, Eichhornia crassipes, Lemna sp, Ipomoea aquatic. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The parameters observed in this study were ammonia levels, pH, and plant population. The results showed that Eichhornia crassipes and Lemna sp were able to reduce ammonia levels in catfish cultured water by 0.01 mg/l at the end of the study.Keywords:AmmoniaWater plantsCatfish

Abstract

MC Coffe Bireuen is a place visited by customers to shop for food and drinks, the restaurant business has been very much in demand by the public in general, because apart from having a good turnover, it is also easy to develop. The current condition at MC cafe is still using the manual ordering method and the exemption from the use of internet access by customers. This makes it difficult for cafe owners to spend on internet access bills, plus the payment system is still manual which causes the calculations to be quite time consuming. then designed a local website and management system for the use of internet access that is able to provide solutions in working on ordering services. In the design of this application system, it provides an Android ordering menu to make it easier for customers and their workers to handle orders and payments.

Abstract

Proses penerimaan karyawan baru di Perumda Tirta Pase Aceh Utara, data yang diperoleh dari hasil seleksi masih menggunakan cara manual yang dapat menghabiskan waktu dan tenaga bagi Human Resources Department (HRD) perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam melakukan proses penyeleksian karyawan baru pada Perumda Tirta Pase Aceh Utara.  Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) memiliki tahapan proses dalam menentukan nilai kriteria, bobot, alternatife  sehingga hasil penelitian ini mampu memberikan nilai perangkingan terhadap karyawan terbaik dan menjadi rekomendasi bagi Human Resources Department (HRD) perusahaan dalam menentukan hasil seleksi karyawan. Adapun pembuatan sistem dibangun berbasis web. Hasil metode moora adalah A1             dengan 0,25300731, 0,17484539 0,078161917, peringkat ke-5. sedangkan peringkat pertama A4     0,400386782, 0,13259626, 0,267790523. hasil rekomendasi dalam sistem adalah boidah peringkat pertama, jamal, samiun, raudah dan maimunah.

Abstract

The electricity subsidy program is one of the poverty reduction programs by providing electricity subsidy assistance funds to poor and disadvantaged households paid by the Government of Indonesia to PT PLN (Persero). The government implements a targeted electricity subsidy policy, the subsidy must be truly enjoyed by the poor. The purpose of this research is to test the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm in predicting the receipt of electricity subsidy assistance. In the dataset of beneficiaries used in this study, there are 45 records or tuples with four attributes (house condition, income, occupation and number of amperes). The prediction of new data categories is done by using the manual calculation stage of Euclidean Distance from three different K values. The results show that with K=15, K=30 and K=45 the new data (46) has an "Ineligible" category with an accuracy rate of 100%. Then with K=45, K=30 and K=45 the new data (D46) has a "Viable" category with an accuracy rate of 66.6%.

Abstract

Action Mobile Bangking merupakan layanan yang ditawarkan oleh Bank Aceh Syariah untuk mempermudah transaksi keuangan melalui smartphone. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan transaksi digital di indonesia yang semakin hari semakin meningkat, membuat banyaknya bank-bank pesaing mulai meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan fitur-fitur terbaru pada mobile bangking, mengingat Bank Aceh merupakan Bank Daerah (BPD) maka dari itu perlu dilakukan Analisa Pengembangan atau Persamaan Digital Marketing Pada Aplikasi Action Mobile Bangking Bank Aceh hingga mampu memberikan alternatif dalam melayani kebutuhan Transaksi Nasabah. Menggunakanl metode Technologyl Acceptance Modell (TAM) danl perhitungan Usability yangl dapat menjadil acuan dalaml menetapkan berbagail pemanfaatan danl penggunaan TIl dari perspektifl pengguna terhadapl manfaat danl perspektif terhadapl penggunaan. Hasil Analisa pengukuranl TAM Perceivedl Ease ofl Use (PEOUl) yaitu sebesarl 95% yangl artinya memilikil nilai yang sangatl layak. Kemudianl hasil lperhitungan Usability diperolehl hasil pengukuranl TAM Perceivedl Usefulness (lPU) yaitu sebesarl 96%, serta erorr 5% yangl menunjukkan bahwal hasil pengukuranl Usability aplikasil Action Mobile memilikil nilai sangatl layak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi penambahan fitur ke pada pihak Bank Aceh Syariah guna melayani kebutuhan transaksi nasabah serta meningkatkan jumlah pengguna baru.

Abstract

Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di Indonesia, terutama dalam menentukan faktor risiko utama yang memengaruhi penyebarannya. Pendekatan konvensional dalam seleksi penyebab DBD sering kali mengandalkan analisis deskriptif dan pengambilan keputusan manual, yang cenderung memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap subjektivitas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam seleksi faktor risiko DBD. Metode SAW memungkinkan evaluasi multikriteria, melibatkan kondisi lingkungan, perilaku masyarakat, dan data epidemiologis, dengan bobot yang ditentukan secara sistematis berdasarkan relevansi tiap kriteria. Studi ini menggunakan data kasus DBD dari wilayah tertentu, memanfaatkan proses normalisasi dan perhitungan agregasi bobot untuk mengidentifikasi faktor dominan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW mampu meningkatkan akurasi seleksi faktor risiko hingga 92%, serta mempercepat proses analisis secara signifikan dibandingkan pendekatan sebelumnya. Dengan demikian, metode SAW menjadi alat pendukung keputusan yang efektif, relevan, dan dapat diadaptasi dalam strategi mitigasi risiko DBD. Kata Kunci: Demam Berdarah, Pengambilan Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Faktor Risiko, Mitigasi Risiko. ABSTRACT Dengue fever (DF) remains a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, particularly in identifying the key risk factors influencing its spread. Conventional approaches to determining DF risk factors often rely on descriptive analysis and manual decision-making processes, which are time-consuming and prone to subjectivity. To address these limitations, this study implements the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to optimize data-driven decision-making in selecting DF risk factors. The SAW method facilitates multi-criteria evaluation, incorporating environmental conditions, community behavior, and epidemiological data, with systematically assigned weights based on the relevance of each criterion. Using DF case data from specific regions, this study applies normalization processes and weight aggregation calculations to identify dominant risk factors. The findings reveal that the SAW method improves the accuracy of risk factor selection by up to 92% while significantly accelerating the analytical process compared to conventional approaches. Consequently, the SAW method serves as an effective, reliable, and adaptable decision-support tool for mitigating DF risk. Keywords: Dengue Fever, Decision-Making, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Risk Factors, Risk Mitigation.

Abstract

Pada musim hujan, sungai sering kali meluap sehingga menimbulkan banjir yang mengakibatkan banyak menimbulkan kerugian bagi penduduk setempat. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan sistem peringatan banjir berdasarkan ketinggian muka air sungai. Perancangan sistem ini menggabungkan sensor ketinggian air dan aliran air sehingga tercipta suatu program yang dapat menampilkan hasil pemantauan ketinggian air sungai. Untuk memahami kinerja sistem pemantauan ketinggian air sungai sebagai peringatan banjir, dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas mikrokontroler dalam mengukur dan mengendalikan sistem. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan prototipe akuarium, dan pengukuran dilakukan secara terus menerus selama sehari. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memantau peringatan banjir secara efektif. Dengan demikian, alat yang dikembangkan dapat memantau tingkat aktivitas air, program yang dibuat dapat menjalankan alat yang dikembangkan, dan hasil pemantauan dapat ditampilkan melalui LCD yang dapat memvisualisasikan aktivitas air. Sistem peringatan banjir ini dapat mengukur ketinggian air sungai dan mengolah data masukan dari sensor. Ini juga menampilkan data status streaming sehingga dapat dipantau melalui aplikasi Telegram. Mikrokontroler dapat mengontrol sistem secara akurat dan menginput data dari sensor untuk mengukur ketinggian air dan dapat dipantau melalui smartphone

Abstract

Posyandu adalah program kesehatan masyarakat yang fokus pada kesehatan bayi, balita, dan ibu hamil. Salah satu kegiatan posyandu adalah konsultasi antara masyarakat dengan bidan desa untuk memberikan informasi kesehatan yang dibutuhkan. Saat ini, proses konsultasi kesehatan di posyandu di Kecamatan Peudada masih bersifat manual. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan sistem informasi posyandu dengan fitur konsultasi online menjadi solusi praktis agar masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi kesehatan tanpa harus menunggu jadwal posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pelayanan posyandu dengan fitur konsultasi online di Kecamatan Peudada, guna memudahkan masyarakat berkonsultasi dengan bidan desa dan kader posyandu. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan dengan wawancara dan survei untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan akses layanan kesehatan. Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi dan berkonsultasi dengan tenaga kesehatan secara online. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan penyimpanan data dan proses login admin yang perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has opened great opportunities for the implementation of real-time monitoring systems in supporting smart city management. This research aims to develop an IoT integration model that can monitor various urban aspects, such as traffic management, energy consumption, waste management, and air quality, in an efficient and integrated manner.
