Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), mediated by job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach with a population consisting of 58 employees of BPPKAD, Wonosobo Regency. The data were processed using SPSS version 26. The data analysis techniques include respondent description, variable description, validity test, reliability test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, and Sobel test. The results of the study indicate that leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, competence has a positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive effect on OCB, competence has a positive effect on OCB, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB. However, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of leadership on OCB, while job satisfaction mediates the effect of competence on OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and job characteristics on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 58 employees of the Wonosobo District BPPKAD. The data were processed using SPSS version 26 software. Data analysis techniques included respondent description, variable description, validity test, reliability test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2) test, t test, and Sobel Test. The results showed that career development had a positive effect on organizational commitment, job characteristics had a positive effect on organizational commitment, career development has a positive effect on employee performance, job characteristics have a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance, organizational commitment mediates the effect of career development on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the effect of job characteristics on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work involvement on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction. The research used an associative approach with a population of 139 employees of the Demak Regency Regional Health Office. The number of samples is calculated using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples used is 104 employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with the criterion of employee service period of more than 1 year. Data were processed using SPSS software version 23. Data analysis techniques included respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F-tests, R2 tests, t-tests, and Sobel Tests. The results stated that organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work involvement has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment, work involvement has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Future findings demonstrated that organizational culture has an effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction, and work involvement has an effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 80 employees of PT. Hanazono Engineering Indonesia. Data were processed using SPSS software version 26. Data analysis techniques include respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F tests, R2 tests, t tests, and Sobel Tests. The results of the study state that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The population is 803 employees of Community Health Centers in Wonosobo Regency. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample size of 100 employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of employees with permanent employee status (PNS, PPPK and BLUD) and a minimum education of high school. Data were processed using SPSS software version 27. Data analysis techniques include respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F tests, R2 tests, t tests, and Sobel Tests. The results of the study stated that leadership style does not affect job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a negative effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and talent management on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable in the Civil Service (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat of Wonosobo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving a population of 118 respondents. The data were processed using SPSS software version 26. Data analysis techniques included respondent description, variable description, validity test, reliability test, F test, R2 test, t test, and Sobel Test. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive effect on employee engagement and talent management had a positive effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support does not affect employee performance, talent management has a positive effect on employee performance, and employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance. Employee engagement mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, and employee engagement mediates the effect of talent management on employee performance.
