Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan PT Politama Pakindo sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang dianalisis merupakan data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil olah data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi deskripsi responden, deskripsi variabel, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R²) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The findings of this study offer valuable implications for marketers and businesses looking to optimize their strategies on TikTok. This emphasizes the need to harness the effect of celebrity to shape Gen Z’s purchase intention. The research explores the interplay between these variables, providing insight into the complexity of Gen Z’s decision-making process in the digital era and social media marketing. It also sheds light on the mechanism through which trust mediates the relationship between celebrity endorsement and purchase intention. Understanding the pivotal role of trust can guide the development and more effective and credible marketing campaigns in the realm of live-streaming TikTok. The respondents of this research were the Gen Z that live in Semarang. This research indicates that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on trust. Also, celebrity endorsement and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Trust was found capable to mediate between celebrity endorsement and purchase intention.

Abstract

Competition in the world of banking, especially in people's economic banks, requires the development of quality human resources to increase employee capabilities and employee contributions outside formal roles. Employees' ability to balance professional, personal life, and spiritual intelligence is a factor in fostering good corporate behavior. The main purpose of this research is to find out whether person-organization fit and work motivation influence performance with satisfaction as a mediating factor, in the banking context, especially the People's Economic Bank. This research took the population at PT BPR Artha Mranggenjaya Demak, which has 87 employees. These criteria were chosen to ensure respondents have sufficient experience and personal stability to reflect the company's suitability for improving performance, as well as providing a sense of employee satisfaction. The research results state that person-organization fit and work motivation influence employee performance and cannot be mediated by job satisfaction. These findings show that job satisfaction is not an important factor for human resource development in companies, but company management needs to pay attention to employees so that they are satisfied with what has been assigned by the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada 110 responden secara online. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Engagement on Organizational Commitment, mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research employs an associative approach involving 104 respondents who are employees of the Regional Health Office in Demak Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The population consists of 139 employees, and the sample of 104 was determined using Roscoe's formula (1975). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the criterion that employees must have worked for more than two years. The data were processed using SPSS version 23, and the analysis techniques included respondent and variable descriptions, validity and reliability tests, F-test, R² test, and t-test. The findings show that Organizational Culture has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Work Engagement also has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Additionally, Organizational Culture positively affects Job Satisfaction, and Work Engagement positively influences Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction also mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment, as well as the relationship between Work Engagement and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a vital role in determining organizational success. This study examines the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational climate, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research population comprised 100 employees from Mega Baja Semarang and Bogor, Indonesia. One hundred questionnaires were distributed, and 92 valid responses were analyzed. Data were processed using SPSS 25. The findings reveal that emotional intelligence has no significant effect on employee performance, while organizational climate has a positive and significant effect. In contrast, organizational commitment shows no significant influence on employee performance. These results highlight the critical role of organizational climate in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

As the influencer marketing landscape and growth, brands will need to carefully assess their marketing strategies and find the balance to find the best way to get impact for their brand awareness. This study explores the impact of mega and micro influencers on brand awareness, a type of critical component in shaping consumer perceptions and driving brand growth in digital marketing. More over social media becomes increasingly influential, brands are leveraging both mega influencers with massive and high visibility. Also, micro influencers known for their niche audience and higher engagement rates. This research utilized quantitative methods, by gathering data from questionnaires that aimed Generations Z as the criteria of this research. Findings indicate that only mega influencers significantly contribute to enhancing brand awareness though their impact varies. While micro influencers has positive effect but not significant. The study suggests that brand seeking to optimize brand awareness consider broad reach of mega influencers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze efforts to improve employee performance through emotional intelligence and psychological capital mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this study was 332 employees of PT BPR BKK Purwodadi (Perseroda). The number of samples was 117, taken using the Roscoe formula (1975). Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of employee service period of more than 1 year and employees in the operational section. Data were processed using SPSS software version 22. Data analysis techniques included respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F tests, R2 tests, t tests, and path analysis tests. The results of the study stated that emotional intelligence had a positive effect on OCB, psychological capital had a positive effect on OCB, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance, psychological capital had a positive effect on employee performance, OCB had a positive effect on employee performance, OCB mediated the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, and OCB mediated the effect of psychological capital on employee performance.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah elemen fundamental untuk keberhasilan suatu organisasi, terutama dalam mendorong perilaku sukarela di luar deskripsi pekerjaan formal atau fenomena organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Studi ini berupaya mengkaji pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap OCB dimediasi kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi studi ini terdiri dari 126 pegawai. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan persyaratan masa kerja melebihi satu tahun, sehingga diperoleh 100 responden sebagai sampel. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisa mempergunakan SPSS 25. Temuan studi ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja. Hasilnya juga mengonfirmasi bahwasanya keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada OCB. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada OCB, dan juga memediasi hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dan OCB.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan faktor krusial dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi. PT. Bahtera Sapta Permata menghadapi tantangan mempertahankan tingkat kepuasan kerja optimal yang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Ketidakpuasan kerja berdampak pada penurunan kinerja, tingkat absensi tinggi, dan turnover karyawan yang merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bahtera Sapta Permata Semarang. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 100 karyawan dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan teori Roscoe. Dari 100 kuesioner yang disebarkan, 75 kuesioner layak dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, komunikasi kerja tidak berpegaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja
