Abstract

Implementing entrepreneurship learning requires direct experience, not only theoretical, but must also be integrated with learning in the field. Many methods are used in learning, one of which is the experiential learning method. This research produces a product in the form of an entrepreneurship textbook based on experiential learning. The aim of this research is to develop an entrepreneurship textbook based on experiential learning to increase students' entrepreneurial intentions. The type of research used is RnD (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. The subjects of this research were Economic Education students at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. Data analysis uses designs including One group pretest posttest design. The results of this research indicate that textbooks are suitable for use so that they can be used by students in learning entrepreneurship, and the use of books among students provides positive and significant results in increasing entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Upaya mengatasi jumlah sampah di Indonesia menjadi salah satu perhatian pemerintah salah satunya dengan pembentukan Bank Sampah di wilayah-wilayah Indonesia melalui kementrian lingkungan hidup. Kelurahan Sukorame Kota Kediri memiliki komitmen kuat dalam mengurangi sampah melalui kegiatan bank sampah dan pembuatan kerajinan dari daur ulang sampah dimana hal ini menjadi potensi kampung keren sebagai misi kota kediri memperkuat perekonomian daerah berbasis potensi unggulan daerah dan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang berkeadilan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan potensi kelurahan Sukorame menjadi kampung keren. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan 3 tahap yaitu pelatihan produksi, pelatihan pemasaran, dan pendampingan pembentukan koperasi. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan ketrampilan warga kelurahan Sukorame dalam produksi dan pemasaran produk daur ulang sampah sebagai unit bisnis kampung keren kelurahan Sukorame, serta pengelolaan koperasi sebagai badan usaha yang menaungi unit bisnis kampung keren. Dari penilaian kriteria kampung keren kategori lingkungan, Kelurahan Sukorame sudah memenuhi pembentukan kampung keren. Jika disetujui nama yang diusulkan adalah “Kampung Kreatif 3R”.

Abstract

Konsep yang dikenal sebagai "pengabdian pada masyarakat" melibatkan masyarakat sebagai mitra aktif dalam proses pembangunan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam menemukan dan menyelesaikan masalah lokal. Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui pencarian dan pengoptimalan sumber daya lokal, meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dalam proyek pembangunan lokal. Pemerintah desa Karangrejo, tokoh masyarakat, dan berbagai pihak terkait lainnya adalah mitra pengabdian dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengabdian menggabungkan langkah-langkah ABCD dan mendorong masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses identifikasi aset, pembuatan rencana aksi bersama, dan pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan. Hasil yang diharapkan termasuk peningkatan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan masyarakat Desa Karangrejo dalam mengelola sumber daya lokal, peningkatan partisipasi dalam proyek pembangunan, dan perbaikan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the implication of entrepreneurial learning based on the experience in Management program study. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed using reduction, data presenting and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the experiential learning makes the students have their own experience based on knowledge, what is seen, heard and felt. Intrapersonal ability such as cultivate self-confidence, ability to overcome problems, independence and responsible and critical thinking increases

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat di lingkungan perumahan Kuwak Utara Desa Ngadirejo Kecamatan Kota Kota Kediri ini dilatarbelakangi masalah warga yaitu waktu luang yang kurang produktif disaat masa pensiun, keinginan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan yang sempit dengan menanam aneka sayur organic dan wawasan yang minim tentang bercocok tanam hidroponik serta bagaimana bisa menghasilkan pupuk organic. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, kesadaran serta memotivasi warga purna tugas/ mitra khususnya kelompok ibu- ibu dalam pemanfaatan lahan kosong/ pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan/ketahanan pangan dan pendapatan keluarga; (2) menerapkan beberapa teknik sederhana penanaman lahan pekarangan dan pemeliharaannya yang dapat diimplementasikan secara mudah oleh masyarakat; (3) mampu menyediakan pupuk organic untuk tanaman hidroponik yang ditanam; dan (4) merubah mindset para warga yang semula sebagai pegawai menjadi wirausaha baru. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini, maka kami harus mempunyai metode yang tepat untuk kegiatan ini. Beberapa metode yang kami pilih untuk menjawab tujuan pengabdian ini antara lain dengan bimbingan teknis, sosialisasi dan workshop yang didalamnya terdapat kegiatan praktek langsung oleh warga tentang bercocok tanam hidroponik, pembuatan pupuk organic, membuat studi kelayakan bisnis, merancang strategi pemasaran,, dan rencana lanjutan pendampingan kelompok usaha baru yang dibentuk oleh warga. Dari hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: (1) pada dasarnya warga masyarakat lansia yang ada di perum Kuwak Utara ini telah menerapkan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan, sehingga kegiatan pengabdian difokuskan pada peningkatan keterampilan ibu-ibu dan juga bapak-bapak dalam menyiapkan media tanam untuk budidaya sayuran dengan cara cocok tanam hidroponik, serta pemanfaatan bahan-bahan sekitar untuk pembuatan pupuk organic sesuai tanaman sayur hidroponiknya; (2) kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan warga tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan sistem bercocok tanam hidroponik, sehingga memberikan kesempatan kepada mereka untuk menjadi wirausaha baru yang kedepannya akan tergabung dalam kelompok-kelompok usaha.

Abstract

Screen Printing Shift is a service business that was founded in 2016. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Screen Printing Shift content marketing strategy works to increase customer engagement. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with two people from Sablon Shift and two people from customers. The results of this method are expected to increase customer engagement. The process of increasing customer engagement is carried out by analyzing the content marketing strategy carried out by Sablon Shift by understanding several important points from the content marketing strategy, namely regarding design, current events, the reading experience, timing, and tone. With these points it is hoped that it can help increase customer engagement with Screen Printing Shift which can affect the number of sales.

Abstract

Research Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, service quality, and location on purchasing decisions at 3 Putra Baron Flower Shop, Nganjuk either partially or simultaneously. Research Method: The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the type of causal research, the sampling technique uses multivariete analysis, the sample size used is 40 respondents, and the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and test hypothesis with SPSSv25 tool. Research Finding: The results showed that price and location had a significant effect, service quality did not have a significant effect, and there was a significant effect between price, service quality, and location simultaneously on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research aim: Research aims to find out how to increase competitiveness through branding strategies that have been carried out by Berdua Pictures. Design/Method/Approach: This research is a qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation to provide in-depth information about the operational situation of the research object. The subjects of the study involved company owners, employees and one consumer as resource persons who provided information related to the context of this study. Research Finding:  the results of this study documentation services of Berdua pictures have used branding strategies according to gelder such as brand positioning, brand identity, brand personality that makes Berdua pictures known (brand awareness) and have an impression (brand image) by utilizing social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp, which can increase the competitiveness of Berdua pictures, by always evaluating performance results and utilizing their advantages. Theoretical contribution/Originality: Implementing the right branding strategy not only creates added value for the product or service, but also allows the company to differentiate itself from competitors, providing an edge in attracting customers and grabbing a larger market share. Practitionel/Policy implication: branding strategy plays a crucial role in increasing brand awareness. The findings show that the implementation of an effective branding strategy is able to form a strong brand image and identity, increasing the level of brand recognition and understanding among consumers. Research limitation:  the research focuses on branding strategies applied by Berdua pictures that can increase competitiveness in the photography industry.

Abstract

Research aim: The aim of this research is to determine the application of the 7P marketing mix used by the Kawoel's industry to increase the export sales volume of coir pot products. Design/Method/Approach: The type of research used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The method used in collecting data is observation, interviews and documentation to describe the industrial situation in its operations. The sources in this research are owners, employees and customers. Research Finding: The research results show that the 7P strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, Physical Evidence, Process) has been successfully implemented in Kawoel's industry. These products are sold with good quality and contemporary designs. The prices applied are in accordance with the quality provided. The location used is to analyze the market potential of the export destination country. Promotion utilizes social media WhatsApp and Instagram as a tool to market products. This industry has employees who are friendly to consumers so they can serve customers well. Kawoel's industry has raw material suppliers so that making its products does not require a long time and already has adequate tools and facilities so that it can help to increase export sales of coir pots. Kawoel's industry should prioritize which countries have great opportunities and leverage e-commerce platforms and social media applications to increase sales. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The 7P marketing mix helps the industry more comprehensively design marketing strategies to create a better customer experience. Practitioner/Policy Implications: The 7P marketing mix involves product, price, place, promotion, people, processes and physical evidence so it is necessary to understand how each element can influence business performance and meet customer needs. Research Limitations:This research only focuses on marketing which is used to increase export sales.

Abstract

Research aim : Examination determine effect customer review, customer trust, and customer experience on sunscreen facetology customer loyalty in generation Z. Design/Methode/Approach : Using a quantitative approach and type of causality analysis. The total sample used was 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out by classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. Research Finding : Partially customer review variable, customer trust doess not signnificant effecct on customer loyallty, while custommer experience variable effeect on customer loyallty. Customer review, customer trust, and customer experience simultaneously affect facetology sunscreen customer loyalty in generation Z. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Customer loyalty occurs when individuals are accustomed to purchasing products provided and often interacts and makes purchases within a certain period of time, while remaining loyal to all offers from the company. Practitionel/Policy implication : Examination facetology sunscreen products through shopee in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty.  Research limitation : This research examines strategies for customer loyalty with a focus on customer reviews, customer trust, and customer experience for Facetology sunscreen products for generation Z in Nganjuk Regency through Shopee.
