Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the level of students critical thinking ability and the effectiveness of implementation MELS learning model on students Biologi Education Program in MIPA Faculty UNM. This research used One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instrument in this research used essay test to measure 9 indicators critical thinking ability. Data collectiion using instrument test critical thinking for Pre Test and Post Test, observation sheets to observe of learning feasibility, observation sheet to observe students’ activity, and questionnaire of students response. The data analysis by descriptive statistical technique and inferential statistical. The result as follows: (1) pretest average of students critical thinking ability is 16.94 in the low category with standart deviation 5.13. Minimum value is 8 and maximum value is  37 from score ideal 72. As for posttest average of students critical thinking is 54.94 in the medium category with standart deviation 7.57. Minimum value is 20 and maximum value is 66 from ideal score 72. In addition, the increase of students critical thinking ability shown that the average score of normlized gain is 0.69 in high category. (2) the average score of learning feasiblity is 3.5, in well implemented category. (3) the average score of students activity is 3.5 in very good category. (4) the average score of response students toward MELS learning model is 3.2 with tends to positive response category.

Abstract

This type of research is research and development (R & D) which aims to develop a web-based instructional media of biology using Moodle that are valid, practical and effective at the concept of the digestive system. Research and development phase refers to the ADDIE development model that consists of five phases: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Assessment instruments consists of three,  (1) the validity instrument that are instrument assessment of web-based Instructional media of biology validity and assessment instruments validity of the questionnaire, (2) a practical instrument of teachers and students' response questionnaire to web-based instructional media of Biology, and (3) the instruments effectiveness that are observational activities and student learning outcomes. Based on data analysis, the average of instructional media validity was obtained by three validators is 4.80 (very valid). Practicality of media was obtained by teacher’s responses is 4.60 (high) and the student's response is 4.51 (high). The effectiveness of media value obtained about 6 of the 7 observed activities that has met the criteria of activity and 88.88% of students achieve a mastery learning value. The improvement of Biology learning outcome based on data analysis was obtained by the normalized gain of 0.73 (high category). Based on the results of this study concluded that web-based instructional media of biology that was developed are valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kecerdasan majemuk, tingkat kecemasan, motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa SMAN 1 Maros, kemudian menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan majemuk terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, pengaruh tingkat kecemasan terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, pengaruh kecerdasan majemuk terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, pengaruh tingkat kecemasan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, pengaruh kecerdasan majemuk terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar, pengaruh tingkat kecemasan terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MIPA SMAN 1 Maros dengan jumlah keseluruhan 684 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah strafied random sampling sehingga dipilih 247 siswa. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar biologi siswa dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan majemuk berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, tingkat kecemasan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, kecerdasan majemuk berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, tingkat kecemasan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, kecerdasan majemuk berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar, tingkat kecemasan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar. Kata kunci: hasil belajar biologi, kecerdasan majemuk, motivasi belajar, tingkat kecemasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 11 Bone yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 11 Bone. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih dengan tujuan tertentu (purposive sampling) yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu sehingga diperoleh satu kelas yaitu kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 23 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pemberian tes pilihan ganda sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing mengalami peningkatan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan yaitu 60,00% menjadi 84,00%. Berdasarkan uji N-Gain hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang (59,32%). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada pembelajaran biologi cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 11 Bone.. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Model Inkuiri Terbimbing, Hasil Belajar Abstract This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in class X IPA SMA Negeri 11 Bone who are taught using the guided inquiry learning model and to determine the effectiveness of the application of the guided inquiry learning model on the learning outcomes of students in class X SMA Negeri 11 Bone. This research is a pre-experimental research using one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 11 Bone. The sample of this study was selected with a specific purpose (purposive sampling), namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations so that one class was obtained, namely class X IPA 1 which amounted to 23 students. Data collection techniques through giving multiple choice tests before (pretest) and after (posttest). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and N-Gain test. The results showed that student learning outcomes using the guided inquiry learning model increased before and after treatment, namely 60.00% to 84.00%. Based on the N-Gain test, student learning outcomes were in the moderate category (59.32%). This shows that learning by using the guided inquiry learning model in biology learning is quite effective in improving the learning outcomes of students in class X IPA at SMA Negeri 11 Bone.

Abstract

Analisis penelitian ini mengkaji dan menjelaskan larangan praktik euthanasia berdasarkan etika kedokteran dan etika islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan ( studi kepustakaan ) yang sumber datanya diperoleh dari bahan dokumen dan bahan pustaka dengan cara normatif yakni mengkaji praktik praktik euthanasia dari sudut pandang etika kedokteran dan etika islam. Teknik pengumpulan data mengacu pada sumber kepustakaan yang tujuannya adalah untuk menemukan dokumen atau informasi yang diperoleh dari buku-buku literatur dan jurnal ilmiah sebagai bahan referensi terkait dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa euthanasia adalah tindakan yang bertentangan dengan etika kedokter dan etika islam karena termasuk menghilangkan nyawa orang lain. Berdasarkan kode etik kedokteran yang menjadikan sumpah hipocrates sebagai landasan dilarangnya euthanasia, dalam hal ini seseorang dokter harus selalu mengingat akan kewajiban melindungi hidup makhluk hidup insani dan apabila ditinjau dari sudut pandang ajaran Islam tindakan menghilangkan nyawa orang lain dilarang dengan alasan apapun. Di sini hukum Islam berperan penting dalam menentukan apa yang halal dan haram dalam kaitannya dengan euthanasia. Ketika masyarakat terdampak oleh keadaan yang sangat mendesak, karena dipengaruhi oleh tuntutan jaman atau perkembangan teknologi, ketika masyarakat hanya bertindak semaunya saja, selama mereka berpikir sebagai keputusan yang rasional, tanpa melihat apakah tindakannya tepat atau tidak. benar atau tidak menurut hukum, agama atau etika.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the policy of Village Fund management activities and one of the government's strategies to help villages become self-reliant and develop the potential of the community in terms of community empowerment in managing village funds. This study adopts a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are village officials and the community of Tojabi Village. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana method, which involves data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the community of Tojabi Village actively participates in the management of village funds through their choices of utilization and social benefits. The community's involvement takes the form of ideas, labor, and material resources.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of Developing Project-Based Learning Packages with the TPACK Framework on Biodiversity Materials . This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the results of developing project-based learning packages using the TPACK framework. This research was conducted at SMAN 08 Makassar in class X using the Pretest Posttest Control Group Design research design. This Project-Based Learning Package with the TPACK Framework is motivated by the lack of innovative teaching materials that are relevant to developments in the 21st century. This type of research is development research (R & D) and uses the 4D model development model. 4D stages consist of 4, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Disseminate. The learning packages have gone through the validation and practicalization stages with very satisfactory grades and are therefore suitable for use in learning process activities in the classroom, followed by testing the effectiveness of implementing project-based learning packages with the TPACK framework on this biodiversity material. Judging from the test scores of student learning outcomes, it is known that the learning packages that have been developed are effective with a score of 92.1%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of Learning Packages is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut peserta didik dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis agar mampu menyaring informasi yang benar sehingga diperoleh kebenaran dan pemahaman yang tepat terhadap setiap pengetahuan disekitarnya yang diharapkan juga dapat membantu terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar dari peserta didik. Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang memiliki tujuan dalam mengetahui hubungan dari keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran biologi materi sistem pencernaan kelas XI. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Palopo. Penentuan subjek menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 147 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan instrumen tes keterampilan berpikir kritis berjumlah 10 nomor yang disesuaikan dengan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis menurut Ennis dalam bentuk soal esai dan instrumen tes hasil belajar berjumlah 20 nomor yang disesuaikan dengan indikator hasil belajar dimensi kognitif revisi Bloom menurut Anderson & Krathwohl dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda. Data keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui analisis deskripstif dan uji prasyarat dengan menggunakan uji normalitas kormogolov smirnov dan uji linearitas sederhana. Hubungan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar peserta didik diuji menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar yang bersifat positif. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman kepada pendidik dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Abstract

Mentimeter is an interactive application that is very important to use in learning, but receives little attention. The aim of this research is to provide mentimeter training in empowering the quality of teacher technology at MTS Arifah Gowa. The methods used in this research are; a) Observation; b) Discussion and Question and Answer; c) Independent/Structured Assignments; d) Assignment Review; and e) Direct and online consultation. Based on the results of the implementation of this training activity, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in teachers' abilities regarding mentimeter technology. These results can be seen from the evaluation results which show that 87% of MTS Arifah Gowa teachers understand mentimeter technology in the good category.

Abstract

In producing effective learning, a teacher needs learning tools that can support the learning process in the classroom. For this reason, teachers need learning tools in the form of teacher guidebooks to help the learning process, especially learning biology. This study aims to produce a learning unit with a flipped classroom learning setting based on guided inquiry on circulatory system material for class XI SMA/MA. This research is a development research that adapts the ADDIE development model which consists of analysis stages, namely needs analysis, content analysis, structure analysis, and objective analysis, the design stage is carried out by designing products consisting of cover design and content design, the development stage is tested for validity by an expert validator, the implementation stage is carried out by applying the product with practicality and effectiveness tests, and the evaluation stage is carried out by re-evaluating the product based on the practicality test. The developed learning unit is equipped with core competencies, basic competencies, learning materials, flipped classroom learning stages, guided inquiry learning scenarios, learning assessments, and student worksheets. The results showed practicality with an average score on the teacher and student response questionnaire, namely 86.6 and 84.02, included in the practical category.
