Abstract

To get the right employees and in accordance with the criteria of the company or agency is certainly not easy. Therefore, to get the employees desired by the company or agency, a selection of prospective IT staff in a company is needed so that later the company or agency will get competent IT staff in accordance with their field. The large number of applicants in the company makes it difficult for companies to experience obstacles and difficulties in choosing prospective IT staff. In the selection process, it is often influenced by subjective factors that can lead to the election of incompetent employees. For this reason, an information system is needed that can help companies in selecting prospective IT staff. This system is known as a decision support system. for this study, the Preference Selection Index method is used based on several studies that have been published. The final results of the calculation were obtained the names of candidates in order from rank 1 to 10, namely: Fani, Bunga, Agus, Evan, Putra, Jaka, Dani, Andi, Citra and Intan

Abstract

− Lubuk Palas Village, precisely in the Banjar Village area, is one of the villages where most of the people make a living as farmers. One type of plantation crop that is cultivated in Lubuk Palas Village is cocoa. However, the productivity of cocoa plants is always decreasing, the problem is pests and diseases. So far, the farmers of Lubuk Palas Village are still using manual methods such as guessing in determining pests and diseases on the cocoa plant. This causes the results to be less accurate and take a long time to determine. Due to the absence of a system that can help farmers in Lubuk Palas Village in overcoming pest and disease attacks on cocoa plants quickly. Therefore, a decision support system is needed using the MOORA method with the calculation of the web-based MOORA method that can make it easier for cocoa farmers in Lubuk Palas Village to determine pest and disease attacks on cocoa plants quickly, and can overcome the losses caused by attacks by nuisance organisms. the cocoa plant. In this study using quantitative methods. The data sources used are based on interviews, questionnaires and observations. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that fruit-sucking ladybugs (Helopeltis spp) are obtained with a weight value (0.42545616), and fruit rot disease (anthracnose) is obtained with a weight value (0.426163942), these pests and diseases often occur and detrimental to cocoa farmers in Lubuk Palas Village.

Abstract

Proses penentuan siswa yang layak menerima beasiswa berprestasi seringkali hanya berdasarkan seleksi berkas, yang memakan waktu lama dan dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang akurat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang mempercepat proses seleksi siswa penerima beasiswa berprestasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) dan TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Kedua metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik berdasarkan pembobotan dan memilih tujuan berdasarkan kriteria yang berbeda, yaitu benefit dan cost. Metode ARAS menghasilkan ranking berdasarkan perbandingan fungsi utilitas alternatif dengan nilai fungsi utilitas optimal, sementara metode TOPSIS menghasilkan ranking berdasarkan jarak terpendek dengan solusi ideal positif dan jarak terpanjang dengan solusi ideal negatif. Dari nilai-nilai tersebut, alternatif yang memenuhi kriteria ditetapkan sebagai siswa penerima beasiswa berprestasi melalui perhitungan menggunakan metode ARAS dan TOPSIS. Hasil uji korelasi Rank M Arsya Almusa menunjukkan nilai 1,0546 untuk ARAS dan 0,8739 untuk TOPSIS. Hasil perhitungan secara manual dan melalui sistem memberikan hasil yang sama, sehingga sistem dapat digunakan untuk menentukan siswa penerima beasiswa berprestasi.
