Abstract

Initially, tourism was seen as an economic activity, and the main purpose of tourism development was to gain economic benefits, both for the community and the region/country. Tourism has a high impact on people's lives. So the importance of community readiness in tourism development. Knowledge about tourism is needed. Mentoring and also social capital of the community itself for good tourism development. The condition of tourism on Abang Island for six years of existence is still premature. The vacuum of tourism-aware groups makes tourism difficult to develop.The title of this research is social capital of tourism development in Abang Island, Batam, Riau Archipelago. The results of this study show and explain that the social capital of the community on Abang Island does not have the impetus for tourism development. The habit factor of the people on Abang Island can be a driving factor for social capital for tourism development. Position and role factors, education, social class and economic disparities as well as consumption patterns and personal values ​​can hinder social capital in tourism development. In the current conditions, competition for tourism managers is not only among the people who become managers but also competes with resorts on Abang Island. This makes managers implement active, passive and network strategies so that they can still be tourism managers on Abang Island.

Abstract

Dendrobium jacobsonii orchid is a flora whose distribution is limited to the eastern part of the island of Java, with Mount Lawu as the western limit of its distribution. This endemic epiphytic orchid of Java is currently threatened due to habitat destruction and illegal hunting. One of the initial efforts to conserve the Dendrobium jacobsonii is to know its population in nature and identify the characteristic of its habitat. The aim of this study was to determine the population size and habitat character preferences of Dendrobium jacobsonii. This research was using the purposive transect method and was carried out in March 2019. 189 clumps of Dendrobium jacobsonii orchid were found in the exploration. The distribution pattern was found to be clustered at an altitude of 2200-2400 masl and 2700-3000 masl. Most of Dendrobium jacobsonii were found in the temperature range of 22-27 °C. The air humidity preference of Dendrobium jacobsonii can be found in the range of 63.1-68%. While the light intensity was in the range of 2000 – 10.000 lux.

Abstract

Counseling services that use a lot of verbal, would be boring, otherwise the teaching and guidance counseling or services would be more interesting if the students excited to learn or happy because they feel interested and understand the material received the services. Thus the learning activities will be more effective. Phenomena mentioned above, encourage researcher to undertook an action research (action research) in Counseling services using information services in seventh A graders. The presentation result of the data research proved that the service information in Guidance Counseling services, could increase students' motivation in Guidance Counseling services that affect the interest of students in the seventh A graders of the the first state yunior high school Kalitengah Lamongan in following Counseling services.

Abstract

Pembangunan jalan di kota Pontianak sendiri pada akhir-akhir ini banyak menggunakan jalan beton karena jalan beton dapat digunakan pada struktur tanah yang memiliki daya dukung rendah. Diketahui bahwa di Pontianak didominasi oleh tanah lunak yang mempunyai daya dukung yang rendah. Kondisi tanah yang memiliki daya dukung yang kecil berpotensi untuk terjadinya penurunan pada jalan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada jalan tersebut. Dengan kondisi tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bentuk pelat yang memiliki nilai penurunan terkecil terhadap beban pada pelat beton di atas tanah lempung dengan variasi kemiringan sirip. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian secara eksperimental melalui metode uji pembebanan langsung (loading test). Dalam penelitian ini diteliti daya dukung pelat beton bersirip di atas tanah lempung yang memiliki kemiringan yang berbeda, yakni 0°, 10°, 20°, 30° dan 40°. Selanjutnya dihubungkan ke dalam grafik untuk melihat grafik dari kelima sampel tersebut mana yang memiliki trend kurva penurunan terhadap pembebanan yang terkecil. Dari hasil pengujian beban dan pengamatan grafik didapat sampel yang memiliki penurunan paling kecil dengan beban yang relatif sama terdapat pada sampel dengan kemiringan sirip 30.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to: (1) improve the knowledge and skills of the farmers relating to: (a) technical aspects and socio-economic aspects of geomembrane technology; (b) Management of salt farming with the development of geomembrane technology (2) knowing the response of salt farmers regarding geomembrane technology (3) establishing relationships between universities and the community. Implementation of activities carried out using the andragogy method through counseling and demonstrations to the target group. The results of the activity show that: (1) this activity has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of salt farmers especially relating to: (a) technical aspects and socioeconomic aspects especially related to improving the community's economy, especially salt farmers through the development of geomembrane technology; (b) Management of salt farming using geomembrane technology shows good results, is healthy and environmentally friendly; (c) group management ability in efforts to take advantage of existing potential is good; (2) The response of salt farmers to extension activities is quite high; (3) This activity has increased communication between tertiary institutions, especially UNRAM, and the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas Program Rumah Restorative Justice dalam mencegah dan menangani konflik sosial di Desa Pematang Rahim Kecamatan Mendahara Ulu serta menelaah kesesuaiannya dengan perspektif hukum Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini efektif dalam menurunkan angka konflik hingga 87% selama periode 2018–2024, dengan tingkat keberhasilan mediasi 90% dan kepuasan masyarakat mencapai 82%. Integrasi nilai hukum Islam seperti prinsip ishlah (perdamaian), ‘adl (keadilan), syura (musyawarah), dan tasamuh (toleransi) menjadi landasan utama pelaksanaan program. Meski terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan mediator dan anggaran, program ini terbukti mampu memulihkan hubungan sosial dan memperkuat kohesi masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan dukungan anggaran agar program lebih optimal. Dengan demikian, Program Rumah Restorative Justice merupakan model penyelesaian konflik sosial yang efektif dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual hingga saat ini masih menjadi kejahatan yang paling sering terjadi dimanapun dan kepada siapapun. Permasalahan kekerasan seksual kini kembali ramai menjadi pemberitaan diberbagai media massa karena sering terjadi pada kalangan anak muda yang semakin meningkat. banyaknya kasus kekerasan seksual sebab pada kenyataannya masih banyak perempuan korban kekerasan seksual yang tidak melapor kepada pihak kepolisian atau lembaya layanan seperti Komisi Nasional Anti Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan maka dari itu. Tujuan dari sosialisasi terhadapa peraturan Menteri Agama (PMA) tentang penanganan dan pencengahan kekerasan seksual agar berani untuk melaporkan atau memberikan informasi menganai terjadinya kekerasan seksual dan mewujudkan lingkungan pendidikan tanpa kekerasan seksual atau untuk menjamin ketidakberulangan terjadinya kekerasan seksual. bentuk lainnya terkait kekerasan seksual, pencegahan melalui kegaitan pembelajaran dengan pengembangan kurikulum dan pemebalajaran, pembautan modul, buku dan literature untuk menimalisir terjadinya kekerasan pada anak.Kata Kunci : Peraturan Menteri Agama Penanganan Dan Pencegahan KekerasanUntil now, sexual violence is still the most common crime anyone and anyone. The problem of sexual violence is now back to being busy coverage in various mass media because it often occurs among young people who more increasing. there are many cases of sexual violence because in reality there are still many women who are victims of sexual violence who do not report it to the police or service agencies such as the National Commission on Violence Against Women. The aim of socializing the regulations of the Minister of Religion (PMA) regarding the handling and prevention of sexual violence is to have the courage to report or provide information about the occurrence of sexual violence and create an educational environment without sexual violence or to ensure the non-recurrence of sexual violence. other forms related to sexual violence, prevention through learning activities with curriculum and learning development, building modules, books and literature to minimize the occurrence of violence against children.Keywords: Regulation of the Minister of Religion for Handling and Prevention of Violence
